For 4 years since I moved in I have liked everything from the property to the staff, the manager YI who manages the complex is very kind and attentive, she cares about everyone, I am a person with multiple conditions and they although it is not their problem they are always looking out for me and for that I am very grateful and I thank them a thousand times. I congratulate them for the remodeling that is being done, the bad thing here is some neighbors who do not respect the property regulations and that is despite the office talking to them and they are aware, but some do not know how to live together or are not educated about what it is like to live in apartments, but in the end the office solves it and it is appreciated. Cheer up and keep it up, thank you all a thousand times. Por 4 a?os desde que me mude me ha gustado en todo desde la propiedad hasta el personal, la manager YI que maneja el conjunto es muy amable y atenta, se preocupa de todos , Yo soy una persona con m?ltiples condiciones y ellos que no es su problema siempre est?n pendiente de mi y en eso estoy muy agradecida y les doy las mil gracias. Los felicito por la remodelaciones que se est?n haciendo, lo malo de ac? es algunos vecinos que no respetan los reglamento de la propiedad y eso que la oficina les habla y estan pediente pero algunos no saben convivir o no est?n educados a lo que es vivir en apartamentos pero al final la oficina soluciona y se le agradece. Animo y sigan as?, a todos mil gracias.

Good community and good services

My family moved in this place last year. My daughter was born in this Sunblossom Gardens place . The community is nice and good. The office management is great. At night quiet .the neighbors are cool.Green shade trees carry cool here.

Last Saturday, my neighbors gather together for a party again! The music and their talking were so loud that make me couldn’t fall to sleep! The party still going on until 2:00 or 3:00 AM ! I called the police to disperse the noisy group because I knew the office would not solve the issue! The manager come to the office randomly!

I remember that when I came to office and met with Stephen and the way he approached and his first impression was my lease and he is really helpful and overall all the staff at office were helpful and appreciated for that .

I received awesome welcome . The leasing Agent Sarah is really a good agent. She is kind and help. She showed the apartment and around the area mail box, swimming pool ,school ,shops with map. We felt good and got the apartment here.

Great services and beautiful place

I moved in this Sunblossom Gardens community since 2010 as a single. Now i have children and transfer to two beds room. The office manage and repair that all needed . The securiry is rounding at night. Good to live.

I have been living in this Sunblossom Gardens since 2017. Until today no problem for me . At night there is security running. In day the office is opening. Any problem I called to the office lady and they managed well.

My apartment half of the electricity went out . The kitchen refrigerators also no light. I reported to the office lady and the maintenances came to fix but in a few hours the light went out again. They came again and fixed the problem.

I have been living in this apartment for 3 years, and everything has been convenient.Whenever I mention what is needed at the office, they come to fix it immediately. For example,if the stove breaks, they come to fix it right away; if there is a water problem, they come to fix it; whether it's a broken balcony light,a malfunctioning A/C, or a plumbing problem, they fix everything.From the cleanliness of the surrounding to the security, everything is order.All the staff members have good interpersonal skills, they do everything needed without complaining.I am very grateful for this. I have lived here for years and have seen multiple changes both negative and positive. The rent goes up every year but limited alteration have been applied to the apartments. Appliances, painting, repairing cracks on the door ( due to so many bugs coming thru) should be upgraded.

My half apartment was went out light. The refrigerator also stopped working at night. I called the office lady and she arrangement to send the maintenance to fix. They came twice to fix my apartment at night.Good services.

This place is very good. Convenience for who like asian cultural and foods; Chinese, Indian, Japan, Burmese and Vietnamese, Korean... Also you can easily find Spanish stores and shops. The location is in quiet community. Warmmy family and friends.
