Services and caring to residents are very good.
[Incentivized Review] Every body wants caring and kindness. they always response my calls and follow that need to fix. My family feel really warm and feel safe in this community, My children are happy playing around swimming pool area which is in front of my apartment. I love here.

I love this SunBlossom Gardens
[Incentivized Review] my family moved in this community last year November. my children are really happy and enjoy this apartment community. They enjoy swimming pool and around there. monthly kids activities are always here. I do thank and appreciate the maintenances and office management. They all re really kind.

my bathroom water pipe was leaking . Even the maintenances came to fix at night. I do appreciate their duty and responsibility. After they fixed , the next day they came to check the situation was good .Great services.

I moved in this property SunBlossom Gardens in 2023. I do like this place and community. Especially the office services and management. All that i needed work repair requitements, they response and fix very fast.

My apartment Ac was running stopped. The maintainers workers came to put window Ac units as soon as i reported. They fixed and changed Ac fan new one. Now the Air conditional is running well. Good services.

The half apartment of Electric was on and off. Even I could not turn on the stove. As soon as i called to the office, the technician came and fix the problem But at night the light went out again. I called the office lady and the office workers came to fix fast. I like here.

Un lugar seguro, donde pueden conocer gente amable y buena, en los 4 a?os que llevo viviendo aqu?, no he tenido problemas con vecinos, todos respetan los horarios de descanso. En bonito como ver a todos los ni?os jugando y saber que se sientan seguros.

No me quiero mudar y me siento bien no es un condominio ruidoso y eso me gusta mucho me resuelven algunas situaciones o problemas que surgen rapido y muy bien. El condominio es ordenado y lo mantienen limpio.

My apartment bath room faucet pf Bathtub was leaking and loosen. The water pressure as very low and no pressure. The office maintenance came to fix and changed new parts . Now all are working very good.

I moved in this apartment SunBlossom Gardens from 2020. I do not have any problems. The office usually help and fix all my apartments problems. the cabinets door fallen one also they fixed very well. Happy living.

My apartment kitchen Garbage disposal was leaking alot. I reported to the office lady and the worker came immediately and fixed for it. They fixed the floor tiles cred also. Even i forgot to report but the worker fixed for it.

The toilet is leaking alot . The maintenance came to fix two times. and they changed the parts. My toilet is working well now. The works to fix , the workers come always. I am happy living here.
