My experience at my community is fabulous! Everyone (leasing office, maintenance, neighbors, all) are so polite and kind, and respectful! They are friendly and it is a treat to meet them. We have get togethers on a regular basis. Communication is great. It's easy to recall when the next get together is. The leasing office is super about having yummy treats and beverages, so if someone has been at work or had a busy day, they don't have to stop and eat before they come.We even have a variety of food trucks that visit. The food is great, the price is right, and it's fun to meet new neighbors. Great idea for those of us who don't drive. This is a wonderful, warm, inviting place to call home. I would most definitely recommend coming by for a visit!!!

I have lived in the Forest View community for 11 years. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds are very nice and the office staff are the best anywhere. As a handicapped senior, I really appreciate the care and concern to my needs that the staff and maintenance crew have provided over these past years.

This location is close to my job and gym where I am most comfortable. Adam and Carly have been great with communicating issues given by me with a resolution. I am saving money by renting here. There should be more exterior lighting on the perimeter of the parking lot.

Honestly average in the beginning when I first moved here when it was income based it was worth what you get but now it’s just not also it’s just not the same since Erica & Colton left but Carlie is amazing & caring

I have had nothing but issues with plumbing and the ac units suck and the noise is terrible people upstairs from me always made a lot of noise I will not renew my lease I will be going somewhere else but the maintenance and office staff is great they just need to improve the quality of the apartment. Plumbing ac units etc.

I have loved living here, the community is wonderful! The leasing office is always reaching out with neighborhood updates and community gatherings. The staff is always prompt when asked to assist a tenant with any issues. The area is very pet and family friendly!

The staff is really friendly and helpful, I do have very loud neighbors one that has a dog that barks almost 24 hours a day and then on the other side somewhere someone’s either having a full band practice or someone’s playing drums and someone’s playing bass and someone’s playing guitar a lot. My kitchen, dining room and bathroom closet walls vibrate when they’re playing people upstairs even asked me one time if I did something to vibrate my ceiling not sure what I could possibly do to do that so it has to be the people playing music.

I have only ever received exceptional customer service from both the front office staff and maintenance crew! I have not one complaint. Every maintenance request is completed in a timely manner. The front office is very accommodating and it is clear how much they care about the community and its residents.

My experience here at forestview has been stressful. I don’t know if it’s just the unit my family moved into but it’s been issue after issue. I’ve never experienced such a bad renting experience. I wish that the apartment management can put effort into the units instead of just sloppy cover ups and crossing fingers no one will notice until lease is signed.

We just love it here. Every one one is so nice and extremely thoughtful. There is so much to do within walking distance or an extremely short drive. The actual property is beautiful. It’s like living in a treehouse. Management, office staff and maintenance are AMAZING!

I deeply regret moving into Forestview. They are not associated with the Better Business Bureau, and my experience has been one problem after another. Nonfunctional oven: Since moving in (October 2024), my oven has never worked. At one point, I even discovered a dead rat inside it. Instead of replacing it with a working unit, management gave me another outdated oven and dismissed my concerns because I'm an old tenant. Pest control wasn't sent until the following week simply because that's when they were already scheduled� not due to urgency. Broken shower: My second shower has been unusable since move-in. Despite numerous maintenance requests, all I get are temporary, superficial fixes. I was promised a contractor would come the next day, but months later nothing has been resolved. Poor maintenance priorities: The staff focus on exterior work to make the property look appealing to outsiders while ignoring serious interior issues once you've signed a lease. Unsafe conditions: During pressure washing, dirty water was sprayed into my apartment while my young son was crawling inside. Completely unacceptable. I pay for ( Apt 513) three-bedroom, two-bath unit, yet I can't fully use what I'm paying for. I've since found other nearby apartments that are cheaper, better maintained, and far more professional. Forestview is not worth your money. I cannot wait to move out and strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Small community. Great location. Love the layout of the floor plans, semi private. Friendly management, they listen for suggestions to keep improving the experience! My only wish will be that I would like to upgrade my apartment from carpet to floors, willing to pack everything to make it easy, but I don't want to move, I really love my apartment and location!

Forest View has lots of space.It's in the middle of town With plenty of nature still. The community always has fun activities for the kids too. The price is unbeatable. Office is relaxed and responsive. Grateful for this complex. Happy to call it home

They do care here. It's obvious through experience and talking to other residents that have been here a long time. The insides are always kept up like new. I see landscapers from time to time getting up on our roofs to clean out gutters, or to trim trees back. I see a van cleaning carpets a lot, or another van that comes and paints the whole inside, re-doing the kitchen to upgrade it. The office communicates well with all residents, as when I talked to a few about something, they'll say 'yea, we got that email too.' It's quiet here too. Most people are nice to live next to. No dogs barking all day or at all, no drug traffic that I see as I work from home, no fighting or yelling. I only hear the lady at my next building sneeze loudly!! Holy cow can she sneeze loud!!! It's a nice place to relax and live here!
