Awesome Childhood Spent here.
This apartments were a blast to live in. It's close to the schools and great ambience. The neighbors were quiet only some spoiled teenager would go knocking on people door and run away before you openned the door. There were no problems for parking. The only time there was an incident was when I left my bike chained up to the bike rack. Someone cut the chain and too my bike, but not my friends old one! But that was my fault, for not keeping it inside the apartment! Other than that it was awesome. I also like the fact you can rent the office lobby for parties and such!

OK not great
This apartment complex is ok to live in. Just don't fall into the lies that the old ladies tell you in the office. It is NOT a crime free complex by any means. Cars get stolen and broken into, and when you go and tell the office they act as if they are going to let the rest of the tenants know about it so they can protect their property but all they do is sweep it under the rug. The front entrance look nice and welcoming but the rear entrance is littered in cigarette butts and urine stains. The pool area is noisy and never attended by a lifeguard or parents. Its an accident waiting to happen. The electrical sockets aren't up to regulations. When you turn off a light in the apartment your tv or computer will flicker on and off.

Great
I lived here for two years and was overall very pleased. While they are not the newest apartments around, they are good quality, well kept and reasonably priced for The Woodlands. The office staff is very professional and friendly, and the maintenance staff really stays on top of things. The only complaint we've had while living there is pool noise-sometimes the kids get a little rowdy, but it wasn't a big problem. There was always plenty of parking, and I felt very safe living there.

7 Years
I have lived here for 7 years and soon will be moving out. Not because I don't like the apartments though. This is a good place to live. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. I have never had a single safety (crime) issue.

Great Complex
I moved in here in August of 06, the staff was nice and the units are also great. The pool area looks like a fancy hotel, has a palm tree and stuff. The maintenance staff comes same or next day, though I've only had one problem (my a/c stopped working). My electric bill is as low as 60 during the winter and only as high as 100 during the summer. Though I only run my a/c during the evenings and during the weekends. (It's off when I'm at work). Only pay 599.00 a month for a 1 bed / 1 bath. Has vaulted ceiling on the third floor. Huge patio and storage / utility closet. The layout of the apt is awesome, I love the built in shelves in the closet and dining area. When moving in the stair cases are extremely NARROW, my frist floor neighbor even said it was hard for them to move things in because the stairs are directly in front of the door. The only thing I can really complain about is when my boyfriend, who lives here with me, his car was broken into and the front office acted like they didn't care at all. There is a sheriff that lives on property that walks around randomly at night but still had the car broken into. Sucked but nothing they could really do. Happens everywhere i suppose. The Woodlands is a really nice area though..
