Im working on my second year all is been well apartment staff and maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful they do fix things in a timely manner the issue I have is a bounty unattended children throughout the apartment on a daily basis and also how the dumpsters are Full of trash on the ground when the dumpster is empty thats residence being lazy but we need to figure out a way to fix this problem it makes our whole community look bad

We have lived here for a little over 3 years and we love it! The staff is always friendly, and maintenince is fast and efficient. No complaints ?? lots of kids around the area, and it's a very family oriented community. We also love the fact that there is a fire station very close by, and the location is very central.

We are so happy with this apartments , es clean , safety, very fast in fixing any problems in your apartment, quit, manager and all the staff are very friendly , I m really recommend this apartments to my friends!!!

Pretty decent. I would love if the appliances were upgraded. I have not seen any security so it would be nice if there were some on site. The staff are friendly. Never had an issue with the maintenance team.

The management is really bad, they are not helpful and it feels like you work for them and you need to do everything they ask you for. Also if you have an A/C problem it will not be fixed. Just please everything is expensive to fix it.

Forest View is more than a apartment complex to us. It has been our home for over 14 yrs. The grounds are beautiful & filled w/nature trails, a huge tropical pool & paths to local stores & restaurants.

Great apartment complex with an amazing staff. Very calm and peaceful community for the most part, and never really any problems. Quality people and experience here, only thing lacking is a gym and occasional parking issues.

No Hurricane Harvey Mercy!!! This is a low income complex. They sent out a memo that the rent schedule is business as usual. A lot of us were out of work last week. Even their own offices were closed last week due to the horrendous flooding. And STILL they will not relax the late fees. People are scraping their rent together and these folks are just raking it in on the late fees. There are plenty of apartments all around us who have given their tenants an extra couple of days by waiving late charges... Not Venterra Realty!!! Nope! Business as usual. Chaching chaching!

Mostly quiet, friendly neighbors. The staff is friendly and outgoing, I actually look forward to visiting with them. Everyone loves my dog and it’s very pet friendly here. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere.

I have lived here for 10 years now. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Barbara the manager and the staff are so wonderful and I am very thankful for all of them. I would highly recommend check in Forest View whether you're single or have a family, it's a wonderful place to live,

Forest View has its good and bad. The price of the apartments is great. The neighborhood is nice, and there is a shopping center within walking distance. However, it is not the safest place in The Woodlands. We had our car broken into while living here and a few things were stolen and some things they didn't want to keep were dumped in the trees behind the apartments. We also had someone try to enter our apartment shortly after moving in, but luckily we keep our doors locked while inside. But I'd have to say the biggest issue of all is the black mold. I have included photos that show just how severe the black mold problem was in our apartment when I found it. After reporting the issue to management, I was told that I was wrong, this was "not mold" and it was "completely normal." Not only are those statements completely untrue, but I knew this mold was affecting my health because of the migraines I was having every single day since I began living in the apartment (never having had migraines before in my life). They refused to clean it for us or even test it because they "don't do that," even though I was having obvious health problems and had a baby living with me who could not speak about how the black mold might have been affecting her. After moving out of the apartment, I have not had a single migraine since the day we left the apartment, about three months ago now. It was very upsetting that management refused to help me with my issues and completely disregarded my concerns. The fact that they consider the severity of this mold to be "completely normal" is quite concerning - maybe this issue is COMMON here at Forest View, but it most certainly is not NORMAL (or healthy). Please, if you decide to live here, have your apartment inspected for mold before signing your lease.

It's a beautiful place, safe; surrounded by green trees, peaceful. Family friendly. Pet friendly. Located in prestigious area. Close to important business, shopping centers, restaurants and parks. You will breath pure air because surrounded green areas. You will love to live there !!!

I've already recommended this property to a friend and they're looking to come apply to live here! The maintenance staff is attentive and friendly, as well as the office staff. Everyone has a warm and welcoming face. The apartment itself is fantastic, it's exceedingly spacious for the price!

Forest View was by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in (and I've been in 7 apartments over the years!). I just moved out after 2 and a half years, and I miss it already. The area is great, the staff is great, the property is beautiful and the apartments are well-kept and I found it to be perfect for me. I honestly never had any issues with the staff, or with maintenance - they were always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, and any requests I made with maintenance were quickly addressed. I felt safe and comfortable there, and the only reason I moved was to pursue a program in a different city. I jokingly told my friends that if I could, I would just relocate my apartment to every city I lived in, in the future. There was a very eclectic group of people that lived in the complex when I did - people like myself (younger), elderly folks and families. Great place to have a family, I'd think. Adequate parking, adequate lighting, well-maintained grounds.. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about the place. Thanks, Forest View, for everything.

I love my apartment and the community here @ Forrest View! Other than my neighbor's dog barking at all times of night I feel satisfied with my stay here. Maintenance is excellent and the staff is good as well. I love living in this area of the Woodlands and I would not be able to afford it if it were not for the controlled rent here.

I would have liked to given a positive review for this place and ask me when I first moved here that is exactly what you would have gotten....But times have changed and so has this once family friendly community.... Theft occurs even in broad daylight with a community watching.... This once quiet and well keep community has fallen astray to allowing anyone that has rent to move in.... Kids went from playing to running anywhere and everywhere without any supervison.... The mature community has moved on given way to loud teens yelling on their balcony and jamming to tunes without any self respect....The rent is great and even a hike up isn't that much but what you get is about the same.... If you`er hurting financially it may be an option but don't expect much in return....~
