The staff is always helpful and on time to respond. Maintenance is always super fast. The staff member Colton always goes above and beyond. I never feel uncomfortable asking for help or asking any questions. The complex is always clean and safe. After the big storm the staff had the place clean up in less than a few days. I really appreciate this apartment complex’s scenes of urgency.

THIS COMMUNITY IS VERY CLEAN ANSD PEASFUL IF I NEED SOMETHING FIX THEY FIX IT THAT SAME DAY IAM VERY HAPPY WITH THE MANAGEMENT THEY HAVE GOING ON ,POOL IS ALWAYS OPEN AND ALWAYS CLEAN MY KIDS ENJOY THE PARK AS WELL AS IS ALWAYS CLEAN ,

Ok quiet, excellent service, nice place to live, located it’s good, access to woodlands Parkway and gosling rd, near a USPS, you Can play many activities in the town, walking, ride a bike etc, in resumen the woodlands it’s a good place to live

I’ve been living at Forest View apartment for five year by now, I feel home when I come back to my apt. This is a great community with a great management and maintenance services team. They are friendly and considerate and make you feel part of a family. I am at 10 min from work and from places to go to eat, have fun and distract.

Overall wonderful experience. Super affordable for the area, close to shopping & fine dining, quiet, well-kept considering the age of the property, satisfactory response time from staff regarding concerns or maintenance requests, and a family-friendly community.

It’s been quiet and everyone is very friendly. I love the trees and the peacefulness. We’ve had very little issues maintence wise and when we do they come out in a very timely manner and fix my problem instantly.

Excellent location, I like the apartment, I think they need to update the appliances so you don't need to repair them constantly. And contractors that come to repair majors issues should respect the property and clean up their mess

Have lived here off and on since 2008. Great community. Office staff and maintenance crew are top notch. Always have had good neighbors. Convenient place to live as there is shopping, nice restaurants, post office, and medical facilities less than 15 minutes away.

Great place to live! Very quiet and good area to raise children. Very clean and friendly.. apartment staff are very nice and professional. Clean pool and small park for the kids to play, walking trails for exercising very nice area.

Office staff is amazing. The pool is nice! Wish there was a work out room. I love how quiet the community is. No issues as of yet except seeing a very roaches that the office has sent in exterminator for. Overall I am happy living here.

I enjoy living at Forest View. It is very quiet here. There is a nice walking path in the middle of the apartments through the trees and by the pool and it is beautiful and peaceful! My puppy loves his walks and so do I. While living here for 6 six years I have experienced anything scary. Not even fights between neighbors. It is clean here. No trash lying around or stock piling on porches. A nice place to live.

My experience started great in 2012, but gradually declined when the building started to age inside and out, while rent was increasing. As rent increased, there hadn't been any interest from management to fix old and broken appliances, there was also no records of my carpet being professionally cleaned since the 90s, so I had to force them to give me entirely new carpet.

Nancy and I consider Forest View Apartments our home, not just a place we rent for our living quarters. It is a pleasure to live at Forest View; it's a safe community and very quiet. The management staff is very helpful and responsive to our requests. The grounds and the swimming pool are also well-kept and maintained. I would highly recommend choosing Forest View to anyone as a great place to live. Thank you.

I love my experience at Forest View. The maintenance crew is always prompt, office staff are helpful, the grounds stay natural and beautiful. It’s a low cost apartment yet it doesnt feel that way due to the maintenance and relatively pretty interior of the apartment itself

My experience has been great. Friendly and helpful staff; with outside areas well kept, convenient parking, large patios, and easy access to walking trails. Restaurants and shops within walking distance is a huge plus !

I feel I can't divulge what I see and experience, without getting a rebuttal, as an answer. I want to be treated equal, I'm not a disturbed person, I am aware of my thoughts and actions. For instance easily 6 months ago I reported there was a natural gas leak in the laundry room, they repaired a bad pipe fitting underground where the gas enters the building. The gas continues to leak users of the facility open the windows to dispel the odor. I again reported it and the answer I got was that smell is coming from one of the dryers. Would this prevent a gas explosion? again just one more example.

Just pretty ------ honestly. The garbage is always everywhere, random people park here who don’t even live here, not a gated community and that’s why cars are always being broken in to. Make sure not to complain about someone who bangs and jumps every night, in the MIDDLE of the night because if they’ve lived her longer than you, the apartment manager isn’t gonna do anything about it. (Bull crap if you ask me) I understand, it’s nice to save a few hundred bucks living in a government housing, but i’d rather spend that fee extra hundred and have a CLEAN, SAFE, UPDATED, AND RESPONSIBLE apartment complex. I will not be staying here ever again.

The complex is nice.I don't have much else to say but I need to fill the required minimum characters so it will let me move on. This is alot of characters needed. Might want to consider reducing the amount of characters.
