I have been a resident for 15 years and find the location of the complex convenient to all the needs of living in the community. The landscaping could be better, but the location being surrounded by trees may pose a problem.

Its been a good experience.. I dont get bothered much.. grounds are good and staff is knowledgeable and friendly..it would be nice if fellow residents would properly put their trash where it goes and werent as loud as it can sometimes be.. the walls , floors and ceilings arent completely sound proof so sound travels pretty freely and makes it a little tough to sleep.. but its ok and understandable..

Nice friendly community. Great school district. Very staff. Maintenance requests are handled very timely sometimes within 30 minutes of the request. Nice walking trails near by. Overall great community

Love the community and the neighbors are nice. The complex it is safe and well located. Price and apartment are fair and well maintained. We love to leave how close is to everything that we need. Staff is awesome!

A wonderful place to live. I like the well-designed apartment and the lush trees. The staff is professional, friendly, caring and great and the Maintenance Team is superb! I love the trees around and between the buildings.

Its been a good experience so far. Ive only been here for a month so it could be too early to say. My only complaint is that they didnt have my keys ready when I moved in and I still havent gotten them. They gave me the set they have for them to get in and that is what I have been using.

It is one of the best communities to live in the woodlands if you are looking for location and price profitable so if you want to move to the woodlands do not hesitate to visit this place before you make any desition

The only thing I wish we had were more updated appliances. The apts overall are wonderful! They are spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and staff/ maintenance is Excellent!! They go out their way to make your day better.

Awesome apartment community! I've lived all over the US. This is my favorite home base by far. The staff is dedicated and a caring supportive group. We plan to be herefor quite some time. I highly recommend this community if anyone is considering The Woodlands as a potential relocation area!

I have loved living here. The staff is extremely nice and efficient! They are always so friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful place to live and very conveniently located to get anywhere you need to go in The Woodlands. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone thinking about living here.

The community is pretty quiet for the most part. There are no safety measurements in place as far as security guards or cameras. There have been car break ins at the community in the two years Ive been there.

Some office staff members seem to enforce rules with some residents but not others, ongoing maintenance issues with one of my bathrooms, but I just give up until I can hopefully eventually move, and noise level in my apartment is horrible since someone in the office decided to move a family with 4 children under the age of 5 upstairs from me. I would like to see one of them live underneath this family, but hey money talks.

I like living here. It's very peaceful and quiet. The only problem I have here is the parking. Most of the time when I come from work, I dont find parking close to my unit. I always have to park like 3 buildings away, then walk to my unit. If this community apartment is still a low income apartment, why does the room rate go up each year?

I don't have a rating compared to other communities because I'm still fairly new to Texas and haven't been to many other apartments to give a fair rating in comparison. Every place has noise sometimes. It's usually neighbors who have kids....or something. The grounds are pretty nice. I've never had any safety issues so far. Maintenance is the best group of guys. They are quick, efficient, respectful and always respond in a timely manner. This staff has always been great, never had an issue with any of them yet. I would recommend this community to my friends based on what they are in the market for.

I have only lived at Forestview. There have been two owners I believe. There have been many staff members. The staff members that are here now are some of the Best! I am trying to find enough adjectives to describe just how great the staff is!

A wonderful place to call home. Good energy. I love the layout of the property...the caring staff...the proximity to local shopping, post iffice, etc. Good size on the units. Great maintenance staff. The walking park for the dogs is excellent. Great cookout area and pool.

Very warm and friendly upon move in even in the hard times due to Covid-19. So far the neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. My son is special needs and so far the reception has been polite. Thank you!

I am blessed to be approved to live in this nice,safe,and friendly community. When you need of any assistant the staff is nice and for concern of your issues. Very please with my decision of moving of here I was looking at other property. Now I can say this HOME for us thanks for a new journey in my chapter.

Great, Noisy neighbors. However great area and schools. Utility is very high, prior to moving g here I lived in a large 5 BR. 3 Baths home and my electric bill was the same. I also have constant cable and internet service request, as per Xfinity the wiring in the building need to be replaced do to ageing which cause the constant malfunction of service.

The staff especially Ashley goes above and beyond to help you. The maintenance workers will do what it takes to fix any issue under your home. And they are fast. I have no complaints about the community or the staff. I recommend this great place for anyone.

Well kept clean and quiet. I love this areas. The maintenance men are so quick and clean when they come into my unit they are friendly and easy going making you Feel comfortable in your place I know has to have perks.

ForestView has been the best decision I have ever made! The Staff is Fabulous & my neighbors keep to them selves. Any requests for maintenance/service is filled almost immediately. Police response is Outstanding.

the maintenance man called me about 2 min after I submitted the request and let me know that they would be there first thing in the morning to resolve the issue and he came while I was at work and fixed it.

Very few people who have worked here actually cared about the residents. The ones who do try to get things done, but most employees don't. It has been a tumultuous experience with a lot of problems, several of which are still on going, like the mold in the apartment, and outside the apartment, and the electrical issues with the apartment and building, constant fire ants, and things not being fixed properly.
