Peaceful and quiet community. Helpful staff. Responsive maintenance department. Sufficient parking. Affordable rental rates, no water or gas bill. Cable optional. Location near The Woodlands Mall and Interstate 45 - Very convenient!

Residents can be pretty trashy and/or questionable behavior. My upstairs neighbors are super noisy. I have complained, but nothing has slowed down. I spent a lot of time picking up trash out of the woods behind my apartment where people like to use the cut through. A firefight happened outside my daughters’ window. Again… the cut through was being utilized. Some young men came into my balcony one day. Luckily my son was visiting, busted them and chased them off. A group of people like to go into the woods beside my apartment. Not sure what they are doing but when they saw me sitting on my balcony, they moved to the side of the storage facility where I could not see them. I bought cameras to surround because there are so many people with suspicious behaviors walking behind my apartment to use the cut through. The cameras make me feel my kids and I are more safe. The staff and maintenance team are really great though. It’s just a lot of the residents who bring the value down, unfortunately.

Very Happy to beapart of the community. Will recommend to friends. Kids enjoy amenities offered from Property. Convenient commute to work and schools. Look forward to years coming and living at Forest View, Erica and Colton are very awesome and understanding

Significant decline in tenant safety and significant increases in annual rent rates that apply to everyone after your first year. SWAT RAID with suicide in my building last year. Police regularly at the apartment complex in past few years. Unattended young children in parking lot, fast cars in and out of parking lot. It used to not be like this.

Being on the post office side is kind of terrible in the morning but otherwise, its been great for me! The staff answers all of my questions quickly and maintenance has been super helpful with any issues I have had.

Great location and Management. Parking is a little tight but Management Police it pretty good. Its quiet and my neighbors are respectful. The only thing I would like to see improvement in is the consistency of the cleanliness of the grounds.

It's a nice community and I like the management team Erica is a good manager and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. The only thing I'm not a fan with is the stomping from upstairs and some of the people don't watch there kids properly on the playground

It has been a great experience so far, the staff in the leasing office do their best to address every concern as soon as possible, they are very accommodating, respectful and professional, I hope a lot more people would be able to have a chance to get an apartment here

Quiet, comfortable. Clean. The staff is friendly, professional. The Office is very informative concerning the community. Maintenance is prompt and courtious. I love the community, pool, and grounds. It feels like home.

someones apartment was broke into, someone was shot, someone died, police are over here a lot, kinda dangerous, some people here are crazy and say weird things, but besides all that the staff is nice at least

Not too many issues for the past three years. The staff is friendly and quick to react. The maintenance usually spot on if you have a problem. I wish the complex had a exercise gym. Residents have access to only one utility company and they seem to keep raising the rates.

Forest View has been amazing, close to beautiful trails, maintained and kept cleaned and always prompt with issue if any. Never had any issues and would totally recommend to anyone that loves the woodlands area.

I loved this place since I moved here . Everything was perfect when I first moved in . It is still good at this point . Ive never had any issues while living here . My neighbor are very respectful and nice . Ive never had my apartment or my car broken into . In my opinion and experience it is very safe .

I have had a very pleasant and happy experience here at Forest View. The apartments are very nice and quiet. The buildings are kept nice and clean. The location is ideal and the walking trails make for a very healthy lifestyle.

The community needs improved trash removal. Many dumpsters are overwhelmed with furniture, appliances, and other inappropriate items. Strick rules with strict consequences are needed to support the health and safety of residents. Recycle bins are also needed.

From personal experience, I think the maintenance team is excellent, they are very courteous and knowledgeable. I havent experienced any problems with them. I did have a complaint regarding the Leasing office staff, which I have already submitted to the Venteras website in hopes they will make the necessary adjustments.

Its very peaceful and the staff is extremely nice, however the more you renew your lease the more rundown the apartment begins to look. It would be nice to get some new paint or new tile after 4 years . The price us going up year after year but the quality of the place is going down

I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 9 months of living here at Forest View apartments. The staff in the office, and the staff on maintenance team have been extremely helpful and respectful of any of my needs. I have not encountered any problems one would come to expect at most apartment complexes. Neighbors are respectful to one another, the grounds are kept clean, it is quiet, and it is safe. I have lived in over 18 different apartment complexes throughout the country, and with that knowledge, I can honestly say that I highly recommend Forest View as a good place to call home for anyone.

Office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Maintenance work is done half ---. Laundry room burnt a few months back & hasnt been repaired. Neighbors are shady. Apartments are filthy upon move in.
