I have lived here for almost two years. I currently reside on this facility. My family and I have lived two other apartment facilities prior to Forest view apartment. The neighborhood is safe especially for my kids. It's just amazing out here.

Owners must not care. The entire complex is falling apart, and is held together by paint and caulk, by a maintenance team on a shoestring budget. High turnover rate of staff. Current staff has been pretty good, but are hamstrung by budgeting.

Experience here has been great. Any problems were quickly resolved. Love living here. Love the quiet atmosphere, location to schools and shopping. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apt in this area.

All the years I have been at Forest View, have never had a problem. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Also responsive to my concerns. I hope to be able to live here for a longer period of time.Have never had a problem with anyone at this complex.

Great. The grounds are kept fairly neat as well as the fact that they are repainting the building now. Maintenace guys are always friendly and quick. Front office though they never answer the phones are always there for any questions you might have.

Management and associated staff work diligently to keep Forest View well maintained and provide residents with support for community and individual needs. A great place to live, they have heart and approachability no matter what comes up!

Ive been living here for almost 6 years. I love the neighborhood. Its nice and calm. Managers help you in time when you need it. Perfect if you have young kids. The maintenance guys are awesome. I extremely recommend Forest View.

I have lived here since 2003. It is a really nice community and I enjoy being here. The staff is really nice. Maintenance is usually on top of their game. The only problem that I've had in 7 years in this complex is it is hard to get ahold of the staff on the phone.

I only been here since aug. But it's been awesome experience the people in the front are nice the maintenance people are great. The neighbors are friendly. Surroundings are nice and beautiful. So far I'm loving it

Its a great community to live in!!!! I am very happy to have chosen this apartment complex to live in!!!! I am very pleased with the staff and with all amenities that the apartment complex provides. I am planning to stay here for a while!!!!

First I'll start out with the office staff. Bre is the best ever she was so sweet and kept in touch while I was on the waiting list and when I came in the office she even pulled out some LEGO's and played with my baby boy while I filled out paperwork. When I went in the office to get my keys for move on I spoke with Ashley I believe her name was and she was also so sweet and showed me to my new apartment and made me very comfortable. The guy in the office I can't remember his name but he has the blonde hair, helped me walk some packages out to my car that were delivered from amazon for myself that came to the front office. Best experience with them. And when it comes to the apartment itself it's so cute I love the set up and just feels really cozy and clean lol. As for the apartment grounds they are very clean and well kept and I love all the trees makes it really peaceful. All the neighbors have been friendly so far. & the maintenance guy wow I didn't get his name but about 10 minutes after me calling he was at my door. I feel like God wanted me here at these apartments and am very happy this ended up working out for me.

It's great here love it here wouldn't change nothing. Will tell more of my friends if love the woodlands and need place. Come here. The management has been there for us if need help with anything. Even the maintenance guys.

Great, so far! I like how its quiet, in the woods, and clean! The staff is great and Ashley is very helpful. The pool party was nice, and the neighbors seem very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff is always helpful and the neighborhood is always clean, has parking and I have had no issues since I have first moved in. The office will have events and you can opt in for them to let you know which makes you feel part of the community

I can smell cigarette smoke throughout my apartment and overwhelmingly in my bathrooms due to other tenants smoking in their apartment. I have informed the management office/maintenance and nothing has yet to be done.

I really enjoyed my stay at forest view they are very nice. People that lives there and a awesome staff members . Manger. Catheryn Collins is a supa manger and very sweet and kind lov her so much she rocks!?? as well as all the other office staff are just extremely nice ,kind ,caring and very professional I really love them they was there for me whenever I need them they gifted me and my son with a sofa after we got flooded from our previous home and my heart is full with so much gratitude and will forever be grateful cause they didn't have to do that but the kind of people they are this is the blessing I received.I'm very bless.I recommend these apartments to anyone I mean anyone that want to feel cozy and feel very homy and comfortable.I've always feel safe and quietly on property u will be able to rest very well Ashley and Natalie lov u girls for your love gift u guys really rock!??

Awesome staff, grounds could use some upkeep, the apartment is roomy and clean. Love the location, it's close to pretty much everything. Good neighbors, every one we've met so far has been very friendly and respectful. Great place to rent!

I have lived at this community for several years now and have always been able to call this my home. Ashley in the office has been nothing but great and always seem on top of her work. My neighbors has always been sweet and caring. Great place out of the city but close enough to get to the interstate. If I ever have any maintenance issues the guys are always on top of my issues. Even if I walk by and ask for an ac filter on the way to my car.. boom you got it!! I feel most at home at this community more than I have ever felt in any other place I have lived. I highly recommend this property to live at especially for the fact that there is a wide variety of population.
