Love the apartment. Easy move in process. Very friendly staff. Love it here. Wish appliances were newer but that would be my only suggestion. Ac unit also not as strong as it could be. A newer stronger unit would cost less and last longer.

Living at Forest View has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are well cared for, the grounds maintained, and the staff utterly professional. Everyone is so kind and friendly, too. From the maintenance crew to the office staff, I've been treated so well. It is clear Forest View is served by the love of the staff to always improve in anyway and show the most care towards residents they can. I highly recommend living here to anyone!

I like everything in forest view apartments; the surroundings, environment, service. I feel at home. And knowing such good neighbors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I like the community activities they have, even though I have not been able to be there because of work.

I wish I could take Forest View everywhere with me when I Travel!...I would like to move to Florida, but how can I when there is no Forest View to move into! Forest View is exceptional and has everything I need,I would recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was bigger then I expected. The way the staff works with you is some of the best. They allow pets, there also is awesome walking trails to just go be in nature and still feel safe. There is always some one looking out for you here.

I love feeling at home. It is peaceful and the staff is professional and respectful. The only thing i would change is return of money orders as a option to pay. My boys love it here and it's a great location as far as school are concern.

Great place to live! Close to everything - great neighbors! Maintenance is quick to respond and very professional. Property is well lighted and kept up well. The trees are pretty - looking out my window I feel as though I am in a forest!

love this complex and loved the neighbors who live here and love the security, because I leave my family until the middle of the night safely, as well as the wonderful calm here, as well as the Services provided by the office staff and I hope to put the grill so good have the chance for us to starchy them without going to another place for grill

The office and staff are awesome. They even stage special events in the clubhouse. The complex has a policy of performing maintenance requests within a specified time and even follow-up with surveys from their tenants. This property is very well maintained. Venterra is tops in striving for the tenant's satisfaction.

The complex is unusually attractive, making excellent use of the naturally occurring landscape. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment layouts are unique to this area, with the biggest patio/balconies I've ever seen in an apartment.

Lived here for a few years now. Never had a problem. It's quiet for the most part. The staff is great! The location is close to everything. Walking trails start right outside the complex. There has been no reason for me to leave this community.

Forest View is an average apartment complex. Nothing fancy, you get what you pay for. Basic amenities, basic kitchen/bathroom (good size closets). Best rent rates in the area if you qualify. The overall look of the complex is nice. Dumpsters are never overflowing, things are kept pretty clean for the most part.

This place is awesome. The staff is so prompt and courteous. The complex is clean, the noise level is very quiet, everything is nice, and is right by everything! Love love love it! I couldn't be happier here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a good environment.

ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WOODLANDS. The staff Kristin, Ashley and Nicole are very helpful and accommodating, maintenance is always fast, and the facilities are clean and nice. , I have lived at this apartment complex for about 2years and I thoroughly enjoy living here. excellent location. I would recommend residencies at Forest View.

On 6/4/2015 they closed the pool in the afternoon for 2 hours and they said the resean is that there was an accident in the pool and they need to clean it up. They opened the pool after 2 hours and when we got in there, there was still poop on the side of the pool, after letting them know, we still had to wait for another hour for someone to come and clean the mess up!!!! Desgusting :(

Thank you for your comments, we always encourage resident input. Concerning your post, yes there was one of our swimmers who had an "accident" in the pool. As per protocol, we immediately closed the pool for cleaning and treatment. Because it was a beautiful day and there were many residents in the pool who had to leave, our goal was to get it cleaned and re-opened as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, in our haste, there was a small area on the deck that was overlooked. The maintenance staff was back to the pool area within 15 minutes and had that area cleaned. I apologize that it was missed and for any inconvenience this caused to our residents that were at the pool. We strive to provide a top notch living experience for all of our residents. Thank you.

The best affordable apartments in The Woodlands! I've lived here 2.5 years w a toddler, & always felt safe. Rarely see bugs. Try to live in the front area, for noise reduction. Dogs allowed for a fee!

I've lived at Forest View for ten years now. It's in a great location which is close to work, shopping, and lots of events here in The Woodlands. The front office has always had a great staff that works hard to help the tenants!

Layouts that are spacious and open, so you don't feel boxed in. Location that is quite beautiful and calming. And, if after all the spectacular-ness, you're worried about noise, let me tell you, other than a slight ruckus on the weekends (music or people, but nothing to wake a three year old up) it's a pretty mellow complex. So, if you're tired of trying to find a great rent with friendly staff and neighbors, it's time to check out Forest View in The Woodlands :)

I am retired trying to live off of Social Security and a small annuity. If rent goes any higher I will need to find a less expensive rental apartment. I feel the rent is higher than what the apartment is worth. They need upgrading with rug and appliances
