Review of Persistent Leakage Issue in Apartment I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing leakage problem in my apartment, which has now occurred for the fourth time in just two weeks. This situation has not only caused significant inconvenience but also raised concerns about the potential damage to my living space and belongings. While I appreciate their efforts to address the problem, the temporary fixes implemented have failed to resolve the underlying issues. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone until the leakage issue is decisively addressed. Living here has become a stressful experience, and I hope that the management takes immediate action to restore a sense of comfort and safety to its residents.

As a community we haven’t really meet a lot of people we work a lot and barely are at home. It would be great to have a bigger pool and the fitness room. More cameras in each floor and more safety doors.

Loved the pre approval process. The office staff is impeccable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and correctly. There are socials about once a month and the neighborhood is easy to get around due to the pathways.

Quiet and minimal noise from other nearby apts. Apts are homey and my living room has high beam ceiling. Looks into treetops as I am on the second floor. Good mgmt and maint staff help keep all going well.

Noise level: On weekends around the pool & green space in the center of the complex the crowd was totally out of control. It has gotten better; I am assuming management has identified the repeat offenders and have warned them accordingly. Grounds: The grounds needed a lot of attention, they are starting to look much better. Safety: With the repeating theft of auto rims, tire and a motorcycle parked at Bldg #3, I do feel not as safe as I once did. I try to not be in the parking lot after dark. Maintenance: At lease renewal I turned in a list of items that needed attention. Other than the regular items they check for only 3 items on my list were completed. 1) Replace 5 tiles in the kitchen which had lifted, 3 were replace but the tile doesn't match, 2) replace the sink stopper in the master bath which broke at lease 4 months ago. It was finally replaced but at some point, something started leaking and yesterday I discovered items in the bottom of the cabinet are setting in at lease 1/4" of water. Hopefully maintenance will get it fixed today Aug 7th... I'm not impressed with new maintenance! And, 3- a hanging plank of hardy siding just outside my front door was finally secured, it's been on my list for at least the last two years. Finally, Staff: The staff has always been nice to me and attentive. It seems to me they manage the property within many limitations.

they are older 31 years old they need to up date the refrigerator with Ice makers and they all need a Microwave and ceiling fans in each room that should be standard not luxury the price is High for not having any washer or dryers but because they are in the woodlands you are paying the woodlands price

I have been living in this community for two months and have experienced nothing but issues. The AC was broken when I moved in, there are tons of ants everywhere, and my front door is having problems not only with the lock but also the entire doorknob came off. I was told I would have to pay to replace it, and then they replaced it with what looks like a bathroom doorknob. After the hurricane, my AC malfunctioned again; this time, the evaporator coil is completely frozen. When I turned off the AC and defrosted the coil, it became apparent that the maintenance team, who did "renovations," painted the coil in some spots. Having worked as an HVAC tech in the past, I can confirm that this is definitely not a good idea. Although the office and the price are great, it seems that you get what you pay for. I guess cheap repairs should be expected.

I was without air and the crew responded very quickly identify the problem instantly fix it very quickly and told me that if I ever needed to call for an. Emergency call I was able to and let me know what I could do. I was very glad to have my air turned on. It was very hot and I'm glad that they came and then they were prompt. They were friendly with a positive attitude And ready to work hard I've been in this community for almost a year now. It is a very nice community full of very friendly individuals list. The average variety of friendly and there is a lot of stuff to keep you busy. It's located in the great spot with plenty of privacy. It is a safe and kind community..

I am fine with everything but the cockroach problem, cockroaches are everywhere, and the parking spots are not assigned to each unit, which creates chaos on finding each tenant to find the parking spot close to their apartment unit.

A hidden, quiet gem! I live in building 2 and it is super quiet. It can be loud down by the playground area, but up front, it is soooo peaceful! I love the wooded areas, so beautiful. The maintenance guys do a good job of picking up everyone's trash they threw next to the dumpsters instead of putting them inside. I wish the laundry room had a locking door and the property had a gated entrance. The neighbors are mostly quiet, the apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. AND...the best part....they are connected to the walking trails throughout the Woodlands!!

I appreciate Adam's professionalism, his caring when I have a problem and his ability to stay cool under pressure. When I needed a working dishwasher, not new, it took four weeks to get one. It took almost 4 weeks to get gutter fixed so my patio wouldn't flood. The solution...2 screws!

I have stayed with Forest View Apartments because this apartment community is pleasant, the staff is excellent and it stayed affordable for all these years. And it was right in my neighborhood which made the move here as smooth as possible.

The community is clean, quiet, and staff actively engages with residents. Not only is the complex ideally located, but a night out is literally a five minute walk away. We are right by the interstate, and a ten minute drive to highway 99. I struggle to think of downsides to this community.

My overall experience here at Forest View Apartments is an overall excellent rating. I have had no problems with the staff, neighbors or crime. The only reason I would not be able to stay at these apartments is because the Rent be priced to standard market value. I have seen new modern apartments for the same price or cheaper. There is no way I can afford the new prices that will expected with a new contract. I will hate to have to leave this nice comfy place.

The apartment had to be treated several times because of evidence for roaches when I first moved in. Since I've only seen ants, which likely live in the walls and come out of the outlets. Maintenance requests get closed before completed and issues go on for unreasonably extended timeframes. Office staff are polite, yet I don't feel they communicate well or follow-up when it's expected. I love the location in proximity to the rest of my life, the year-round pool and I enjoy all the natural light with multiple windows. However the entire property needs a refresh from top to bottom.

I've only lived here a little over a month so I can't say much, but so far so good.Nice location, nice residents and nice staff and I love the environment, and it's very peaceful, nice trails and parks. Conveniently located near lots of shops grocery stores and dinning and the traffic isn't all that bad in the mornings.

Erica, Colton and Adam always do a phenomenal job at helping out their residents. Maintenance also does a very good job at getting all of my work orders done. I have been here for 4 years and this is the best experience ever.
