I wish we had more ways to connect with the apartment community. I previously lived in an apartment complex that had bimonthly building gatherings or parties (depending on the season/occasion) and workout classes on Saturdays in our courtyard (weather permitting). There was also an app where people could join groups and schedule meetups for community members only (game boards, hobby groups, book clubs, online sales of furniture, etc.).

I recently moved into the Aspen Apartments. The place is clean, and the concierge service is excellent. Although the building is older and some of the furniture shows wear, my overall experience living here has been quite satisfactory.

Our experience has been good so far. We have had some minor issue that have been resolved and more concering issue related to a smell in our apartment which seems to be either overall outside temperature and the use of using our air condition. As the it has become cooler outside we have not been using our air condition and the smell has went away almost 80%. Overall we have had a enjoyable stay.

The shuttle drivers are very nice and on time. Employees are nice and building is well. Maintained and cleaned. However, the elevator are smelly (pet/dog) sometimes. There were occasional barking dogs but not too much.

This has been my home for over 11 years and I love the location. The staff is kind and friendly. The building is kept clean and fairly quiet. The building is maintained and kept up to standards. I am very happy here.

The facility is not as clean as I expected. The apartment I was shown was not appealing at all. The laundry facilities are not great. Elevators are frequently in disrepair. On the bright side, the leasing associate was helpful and honest.

I have been here go weeks and my experience is too so far except my balcony did not cleaned when I moved in and still waiting the power washer, the managment team told me already ordered before July 22, which was my move in date.

My experience has mostly been good. On several occasions I have smelled marijuana in the hallway leading to my apartment, and I have reported it to the rental office before. There is also a dog on my hallway that barks constantly.

I have lived here since 2002. They try to keep everything clean and to make sure insect infestations are minimal. There is a shuttle to metro. This is an old building, so there are issues, but they try to fix them quickly.

I have loved living at the Aspen. The building is older, but with that you get more space for your money and better sound-proofing than in new builds. The light in my unit has been phenomenal, and the maintenance staff is reliable. While I have had maintenance issues, I never have to worry about someone responding to it. You cannot beat the location if you want to live in a diverse area with proximity to everything you need, but enough distance to get a neighborhood vibe. I hope this building endures.

The Aspen is a great community! Earl Is a great manager and personalizes the experience living in such a big apartment building! The staff is amazing and are always willing to go above and beyond when dealing with maintenance issues!

So far so good. There are problems sometimes but overall I'm satisfied. My only concern is the door entrance at the back. It is always unlocked and broken. Anyone could enter in the middle of the night and wee hours. We are all issued with key Fob to assure that only residents could enter and open doors so if it remains unlocked and broken the Key fob doesn't serve its purpose anymore. Regarding the community I think most of residents if not all are decent and respectful. I still have to meet someone who isn't.
