Rocky start when we first moved in. They seem to be working to better the facility. I appreciate the current management state. I would like a designated dog area, I use the backdoor entry and it smells like urine as I return home everyday. I also live on a high trafficked floor. 4th. Smells of urine and dog as well. I would like to not frown entering my home everyday.

    why do you want a 200 character answer. this is very annoying. all that i wanted to do was rate the service of the maintenance staff. they did a great job, but the only way to relay this information to to write this.

      A decent community with good sized apartments but the facility is showing its age. One of the three elevators was offline for over a year so when one was occupied for moving, there was only one elevator servicing the rest of the building. The HVAC issues ancient and is an either or set up so the shoulder months can be a bit brutal, especially in March and April given global warming. The whole building has to be switched over to air at once and there are always 3-4 weeks with several days where it's too hot and you can't do anything about it. So I'd tell people they can live here but go in with their eyes wide open.

          I love the community and the community events. The community is very helpful, some of the people are very cordial. I love the gym and swimming pool. Also, the availability of the vending machines make this apartment very efficient.

            Nice building and location! The community is nice and the shuttle is very helpful to get to work in the morning and afternoon. Could be cleaner with common areas and roaches in the bin rooms but otherwise clean and nice

                  Overall good apartment community, excellent location. This is a surprisingly quiet location given its location and is very affordable for the area. The property is well keep and has a safe quiet feel overall, highly recommended!

                    This community is safe, and the apartment building is nice, but the lease cancellation policy is terrible. Lease transfers aren't allowed, which is extremely frustrating. The paperwork process is unnecessarily rigid, with no flexibility?even in emergencies. Management communication and coordination are poor, and the management is not supportive to residents. High staff turnover only makes things worse.

                      I love the Aspen. I've been here for five years and you can't beat the value. I have a wonderful view and the stuff that I've worked with been incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend this building to anybody that's looking for an affordable and nice place to live.

                          Basic older apartment building with limited frills apart from a big swimming pool. The apartments are larger than average but dated, and never updated unless you move out. Laundry machines break regularly. Front desk and office staff not engaged with residents.

                            I recently moved into my new apartment and found that there was an electrical issue with one of the outlets in the kitchen. I sent in a request at 10pm on a Sunday for the maintenance crew to look at it and they were there the next morning at 9am to fix it. Great service!

                              It's been great! It's quiet and clean. I like the location and the shuttle they provide. Maintenance is fast and get the job done. The apartments are spacious and have great views on the balcony. Outside the fire alams going off every month and the issues with the elevators not working periodically. I enjoy living here.

                                  I had a very satisfying experience the two years I lived at the Aspen, the team performed very well in all aspects of management. The condition of the building and grounds was well kept and the location is very advantageous. Only minor quibble was towards the end when the concierge service stopped notifying arrivals of packages, which makes it a bit difficult to keep track of things sent by private individuals.

                                    Mostly very positive. I appreciate all the improvements year after year. I raise of rent prices has been difficult. It's gone up between 3-11% a year. I'm a single, full time mom so the increases have been hard. Having said that I am committed to raising my son in the neighborhood which is also just expensive.

                                      Gervon is upbeat, friendly and very helpful. He means it when he says you can call with questions! My daughter was having some technical difficulties with the application process and he was more than willing to help out.                                         Great stay at Aspen! Staff is responsive and professional despite changes. Front desk is helpful, and upkeep is solid. Enjoyed the pool and overall experience at Aspen. Gym could use heavier weights, updated equipment, and a smith machine for fitness fans! Aspen's staff is great, and the quick responses are appreciated. Gym updates would make it even better, but the pool is a nice touch. Professional staff and well-maintained spaces at Aspen. Adding more gym equipment would elevate the experience for fitness enthusiasts. Aspen's staff is welcoming and efficient. The pool is a great addition, but gym upgrades like heavier weights and modern machines would be a big plus!

                                              They do a good job of helping you but it is also very expensive. The elevators are constantly broken and HVAC has consistent issues. Staff are friendly enough to stay but because it is a corporate place we'll probably get priced out due to some algorithm that is just barely legal. David and Earl are tight though.
