I knew Fairfax Square was the right place for me the moment I walked into the doors. The staff is beyond amazing but the person that stood out most was Aroua Saddam. She is amazing, She helped me with the whole leasing process and it did not just stop there. I feel she really cares about the people she encounters. She calls me every few months to make sure everything is fine and never forgets to ask if there is anything else she can do to make my stay better. maintenance is always great and really fast. They do a great job at keep the community looking great. If your thinking about Fairfax square go for it. every place has its ups and downs but its pretty great here. The staff and mostly Aroua has really allowed me to feel wanted and special.

The experiences I have had at fairfax square are beyond amazing. The managment team here are always eilling to help and go above and beyong to make sure their residents are happy. My community captian, Sierra, is very quick to respond with aby questions ir concerns i have. I have reffered a few people here and I will continue doing so.

Alright, first of Fairfax square is a very child friendly location for when my family and I moved in the neighborhood was great! The staff was very understanding and flexible with requests I had for selecting a town home. Especially the areas captain and manager Amber. I've known her for a very long time and she has managed to be helpful every time I come in and if she's not there I usually look for Sierra who is also extremely helpful. I have to say a partial downside to this place would have to be the noise, luckily management usually takes care of things before they get out of hand anyways. So overall it a very quiet and cozy neighborhood that is great for children and settling down as long as you request to stay away from college kids!

Amber is our community captain and we feel lucky that she is because she is very approachable and listens to any concerns we have even if she is busy. We recently had a noise problem with one of our neighbors and talked to Amber about it. The problem was taken care of that same day. We have a piece of mind knowing that any issue or concern we have will be taken care of because of Amber's helpfulness and professionalism.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the extensive property knowledge the leasing agent showed when I went to view this property. Not only did she show enthusiasm about the property and it's amenities she was also able to answer questions I had about the surrounding area. While the agent won't be a deciding factor in my decision to rent a home here it definitely encourages me to want to live. I have visited properties where the agents act like I am imposing on whatever they might have going on and rush me through my tour of the property. A++ to Sierra White for taking the time to show me around and answer all the questions I had. What a great asset to an awesome community.

The team at fairfax square are some of the most professional and polite people I have encountered. From the time you walk into the office, up to the time you end a lease, the staff is so helpful and they really care about their residents. The property manager Sierra and the receptionist Amy have been especially gracious when I've had any questions or concerns about my home. The facilities themselves are beautiful and well maintained by the maintenance staff, who are always so nice and on top of things. I always recommend fairfax square to any of my friends who are looking for a place because I know that they will be taken care of. Sierra makes sure that all of the staff is always aware of any situations and makes sure every one of the office held events are fun for residents.

Prospective/New resident Recently, I learned I would start a new job in Fairfax in 2 weeks. I had to move fast. Before I even flew in....I was contacting leasing agents. I talked to several and made appts. for as soon as I was in VA. I even talked to several realtors. But, I have to say....Richard Downs at Fairfax Square was excellent. He was professional. He was in contact with me the whole time. Now, I realize he was the only agent that did that. He was patient, answered all my questions.and he was well informed about the complex. I love living here so far. I enjoy how the complex is always clean and if you have an issue the staff is more then willing to help. I've stayed other places and they were ok but here I just love the whole atmosphere. Maintenance maintenance maintenance hands down are the greatest group of guys!! No issues so far.

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday working with Leasing Associate Richard Downs. He really too the time to educate me on all the amenities at Fairfax Square Apartments and how much I would love living there. Although I did not end up leasing an apartment there, I certainly will recommend it to anybody I know who may be looking for an apartment in Northern Virginia.

I was in a hurry to find a place to live when I came across Fairfax Square. They had a great special and when I emailed, their response was almost immediate. I reserved the apartment the same day and moved in a week later, thank you Aroua Saddam!

if your thinking about moving to Fairfax square apartments then do it! The prices are not bad and so far nothing has gone wrong! I have a 2 bedroom and I live the top floor so I have not heard to much noise! The leasing office is great! My agent was Aroua she is upfront and honest. Everything she told me I would be I getting I got no games no hidden fees. She is a busy lady I must say, when she was showing me around I noticed a few people all waiting to speak to her. If you also speak Arabic and do not understand to much English she can help with that. I noticed everyone at Fairfax square really care about their clients. This place is close to GMU and that's great for me.

I have lived at Fairfax square for a bit now. It is one if the best places I have lived simply because of the staff. Aroua Saddam is my community captain and every time I call on her to answer a question or make sure something is done she is on it! She will return my emails on her days off and drop off a last minute parking pass to my house when I call. Aroua treats everyone like her family and she is a sweet girl. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. The landscaping is well taken care of and although the apartments are nice they are not sound proof at all. Parking is not the best but I have seen the tow truck go around and I think that has helped the problem. Not a bad place to rent. A little pricey but what can expect its Fairfax.

Best place to live ever!! I called this place HOME for over 11 years. Thanks to Asma, Amber and of course the maintenance team, Juan, George and Speed. The reception area folks as well. Thanks to all. What a team. The apartments and lawns are clean. They taken care for everything. What a team. I will miss this place that I called home for all these years. I wish I could stay here forever but personal reason forced me to leave. BEST PLACE EVER. I feel sad I have to leave. Will be back any time again for sure.

The community is so comfort and the staff are amazing especially Aroua Saddam the leasing consultant .she is really really helpful lady. I cant imagine living in us without staying in fairfax square . I feel they r my second family . Even the maintenance is perfect just do the request they will be their right away . Bottom line fairfax square is amazing

Sad to say I moved out recently of Fairfax Square. I already miss my apartment. Just wishing they had an apartment complex in Falls Church. Crying over the places I have looked at recently here in Falls Church and wishing I was back "home" = Fairfax Square !! The move out went smoothly. I lived in two apartments there. Both were exceptionally kept well maintained and the Manager and office staff were just Awesome !!! The apartment was laid out nicely with my own washer and dryer...big room and kitchen and lots of windows and closets. Plus lots of great amenities. I miss you all !! Great Professional neighbors !! I miss it sooooo much !!!

I recently went to view these apartments and they are awesome. The grounds, apartments and area are perfect. The agent who showed me around, Sierra, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have a few more places to look at but will most likely be back!!

Really great place..have just renewed my lease..extremely helpful staff and a big shout out to Amber and Asma for being completely awesome!!! Great spacious apartments, well maintained grounds and facilities and a good experience overall..definitely recommend this place.

I am a new resident at Fairfax Square and I have to say that I have never had as good an experience as I have through the whole process from the first moment to the day I picked up my keys from Sierra. Sierra was on top of the whole process with every answer for all the fifty million that was asked of her from us but everyone that walked in the door she never neglected anyone. She acknowledged and helped everyone that needed her attention!!! I am in the people business and I would like to have half of her work for the five people that work within my immediate work group. This is a very lucky company to have such a dedicated and delightful young lady working and representing there company and name! I would also like to mention that the other young lady that Thanks Sierra for all your help!

I had an issue today and Sierra, Richard and Aurora (spelling?) in the leading office helped me out. The staff here is wonderful and the grounds are kept clear and beautiful. The only issue I have is the trash dumpster are far away from my building. But the staff at Fairfax Square rocks!
