Fairfax Square is a safe and quiet community with well-maintained space and units. The pool is like going to a resort and the gym is brand new - no private gym membership is needed! The location is convenient to everything! The office staff are always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are responsive, quick, and good! My experience here has been second-to-none!

The clubhouse is a beautiful building with a mangnificent pool right out front. The apartments thenselves are spacious and affordable! The team members are always helpful and curteous. Issues we had when moving in were quickly delt with.

Good place to live, the location is great but management is ok. Parking isn't all that great, and you can hear your neighbors. The maintenance staff is great and friendly. The pool is nice and the gym is nice.

Fairfax Square is a fantastic place for college students to live because it offers nice, affordable housing to suit any of your needs. Additionally, the staff is always super friendly and helpful, providing great service to residence.

Durante todo este tiempo he sido atendido muy bien y s?lo creo que que deber?an analizar cada ves que pasa un a?o si deben estar subiendo o aumentando la renta por que eso hace que los cliente busquen otros precios bajo y se vallan del condominio .

I lived in an apartment here for 7 years and greatly enjoyed my time there. The maintenance staff was responsive and resolved issues quickly. The staff always was able to answer any question I had. The fitness center was more than adequate.

Very clean and safe. The leasing agent Matt was wonderful and very helpful. The maintance staff were all courteous Speedy, Juan and Alex. The grounds are very clean. The access to shops and restaurants is wonderful. The amenities are clean.

The WORST apartment experience I have ever had including being forced out of my prior apartment due to some stupid ability to not be required to offer me a lease renewal. The ONLY thing this place was good for was convenience to my job while I had no car. I am SO GLAD I'm moving out of this prison. It is the most poorly run, poorly maintained apartment complex I've ever seen. And it STINKS and they did not care about my problem with the downstairs neighbor and their constantly barking dog when I sent minimum 4 emails to the leasing office. They do not care about their tenants or respect their rights and they slap false dates on documents that make it seem ok but really isn't because they just predate them to cover themselves. I hate this place.

Everything here is great! Services, facilities and people~ I like this community, especially swimming pool, commercial center, fitness center~ I have recommended three couples, my friends to live here. They all like here.

My husband and I really enjoy living here since we have moved from Park Georgetown Apartments in Arlington, VA. However, we missed a very cozy and friendly management there - Matthew who is the manager of the property is the only manager who knows his community people by name. But Fairfax Square has its own benefits - so many community activities that we feel welcomed. WE love pools parties, Christmas or Thanksgiving parties that we will miss a lot. We are moving out because we bought our own house in the area.

Very nice and beautiful complex. Maintenance and office staff is very attentive to my needs. My apartment is very nice and comfortable. The location is very close to town center, restaurants and stores.

Great apartment home, courteous staff, nice amenities. Maintenance is always timely and appreciated. Neighbors are friendly and the location is nice. Rent prices are fairly reasonable. I would recommend this apartment home.

Love living in this community. It is in a great locations with plenty of shopping near by. The leasing office has a great staff, kind, courteous and friendly. The maintenance staff is great and completes requests promptly. They are always making things nicer around the grounds. Great place to live for your family and pets.

the neighborhood I great. quiet and peaceful. there are lots of shops around. no complaints . The neighborhood is always well kept, parking is not an issue. my experience here has been fine, everyone is nice

Over all just great solid teraflops of space but sadly can't even go that fast due to the newborns doing the 420 every other day that smells pretty good and I would like some Togo please and thank you

I moved in mid-Feb this year and can only say that my experience has been AWESOME from the time I took the tour to the present day. The community is very quiet on the side I live and they keep everything kept so nice and clean. My neighbors that I have met have been nothing but so very friendly. I am enjoying my life here so far! The staff in the leasing office are all amazing!

one time there was a dog lost in the area and he came at front our door he was screaming and he fried me and my friend also my friend couldn't go out side to back his home that day was the first time happened like that and I was shocked

I have lived at this community for a very long time. There are too many reasons to list as to why I am so happy here but suffice it to say, the property is simply beautiful. The pool is the absolute best all summer long and though we have a simple gym, everyone uses it because we have all the basics. In addition, everyone who works the front office is super professional AND the maintenance team is absolutely first class all the way.

A pleasant, peaceful community with polite staff & courteous neighbors.The family-friendly environment at this community, makes it an ideal home for families, with young children.The regular fun events held at the club house and by the poolside, is a great way of bonding with this wonderfully civil community.

The best part of this apartment is the maintenance staff. They are friendly and efficient. However, a big drawback for this place is that they raise the rent by 100 dollars every year, making it unaffordable in the medium to long term. This significantly outpaces inflation wage growth, and we've tried to mention this to management, but they aren't interested in negotiating fairer rent increases. There are other apartments in the area that are more reasonable in their rent increase rate.

It is pricey even this is an old complex. It should be more upgraded for the plan. The swimming pool is very small and shallow. I always hear my neighbor noise at midnight. The issue has never been issued. But it is very convenient.
