I sold my house and moved to Fairfax Square in July. I had looked and looked with no luck until I found Fairfax Square. My daughter and I came to visit, was greeted by Amber and we signed the lease that day! We are very happy here and love the neighborhood. Amber and all the leasing office staff have made us feel right at home. The maintenance men are quick at responding and are very friendly as well.

We had been looking at apartments all over the area, but Fairfax Square felt like home. He was getting out of the military and would be starting a new job soon. Aroua helped us find an apartment, and made it easy to make the transition. The place is wonderful, homey, and the responses are quick and helpful. We cannot wait to move in!

We were looking for a apartment in Fairfax Square about 2 month ago. However we had communication problems with our e-mail so we couldn't get our home. We had to move in until August 19th, because someone else was moving in to our house. We were so worried we might not have a house and had to sleep in a inn for a month. Amber Leiker, The Leasing Consultant found a 1 bedroom house for us which was just what we needed. The day when we moved in, we had some problems with moving out from our old apartment. Now their normal time the office closes, was 5. However we were very late and arrived at nearly 9. t Amber waited for us and we were so happy and surprised she waited for so long. If she didn't wait for us that night we might have slept in a random inn with awful lot of luggage. Also, we are happy about our house. The house was far more better than we expected and the view is beautiful. We would never regret moving in here. It has great environment, great workers that are organized and very helpful.

Fairfax square is an amazing place to live, I have currently lived in my townhouse for two months and am already setting up to release for the next year. People are extremely friendly, townhouses and apartments are both clean and extremely spacious and best of all there is many open spaces for me to walk my husky puppy. My fairfax square realtor was also top notch, her name is Aroua Saddam and she was extremely friendly and also more importantly extremely knowledgeable about all topics including apartments and townhouses. Overall my experience with Fairfax square was extremely top notch and I would recommend this community to anyone whether that be a few friends looking to room together or a family because this community has it all.

The community is wonderful and Jad is a great employee and very helpful. The only issue I have is with the trash disposal area being too far and only getting one reserved parking space.

He is a very genuine and honest individual and really knows his job well and I can't say that about many people who have worked in the office. I am happy to say that i am a new resident at fairfax square. I walked in and was greated and toured by Aroua Saddam. I must say she has got to be the best there is. he knows her job so well that i could not say no and i leased that same day. She toured me on the town home and another place and took her time. she explained everything to me with so much detail that i could not ask a question. The apartments look very clean the rent is not bad for the area. If your looking for a apartment or town home go see Aroua she will be up front and honest with you and make sure you leave with no questions. they are pet friendly and and people friendly as well.

I have lived here for a while now and I love this community. Everyone is so nice and so many other dogs for mine to play with, easy to say he loves it here too. Also, the people in the front office are so nice! I would recommend Aroua for anyone looking for a new place or if you have any questions. She is always there when I need her and emails me back ASAP.

I have been living in this place for the past 3 years and I can only say I absolutely LOVE this place. Maintenace guys are quick and helpful, the staff is very, very friendly and attentive. Everytime I have requested an order they have called back to check if the job was done properly. I can call this place home, I've gotten to know everyone they really take care of their residents! I have to give a shout out to Scheila Brambati I am so happy she is back!!

I have lived in the Fairfax area for the last 9 years, attending GMU and living and working in the area. I will be moving back to my hometown, but I like to give a good recommendation to places when I feel they deserve it. I lived in Avalon Apartments off of Ox Rd, prior to this complex, and Avalon was perfect. Unfortunately, they raised their prices quite a bit, which is why I feel Fairfax Square is such a great value. The is just the right amount of seclusion, homely feel, and space in the 1 bedroom that the price cannot be beat. You are close to 495. I took the VRE train into work from Burke/Springfield. I feel too many apartments these days charge you far too much so that you can enjoy granite countertops and vaulted ceilings. If that is what you want then fine, however, I wanted a place that was not too expensive, safe, and well kept! Fairfax Square has it all! The heating bill is very inexpensive too (they use natural gas), and because of the brick layout I think the buildings keep their heat well. You can also go on a nice bike ride or walk in the very nice Fairfax neighborhood/park right next to the complex. Again, Out of your choices for Northern Virginia, you cannot beat Fairfax Square. In this economy who needs granite countertops? No one. Safest place to live too!!

I currently live in Florida and recently accepted a position in Virginia. ------------ with Fairfax Square Apartments was more than accomodating to my out-of-state needs and went above and beyond to ensure I received personal pictures of the unit I was interested in renting. While I did not end up leasing with them due to the location of my new position, I would highly recommend Fairfax Square to friends in that area. Thanks, ------!

My husband and I have been living in the Fairfax Square community for over 2 years now and have just extended our lease again. We just referred some friends to move in because we love it so much. The location of the complex is perfect and central to everything: downtown Fairfax shopping, public transportation, grocery stores, parks, and just 10 minutes from 66 and 395! The apartments are spacious with great sized balconies and tons of natural sunlight. The pool is a great perk - they even kept it open past Labor Day this year because the weather was so nice! The 24 hour gym is equipped with everything for the novice to advanced gym rat: free weights, pilates mats, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc. They have computers, printers and fax machines for residents to use in the club house and there is even a room residents can rent out for Superbowl parties, poker night, etc. Roughly once a month a resident appreciation event is held in the club house, which has been a great way to get to know our neighbors. The staff are true customer service professionals! After 6 months we knew the entire Fairfax Square staff by name and were friendly, now they are more like extended family. Asma Mahmud, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. She and her team make a corporate managing company really personable and make you feel taken care of. Dan Hoke, Donnie Edwards, Sarah and Leah (the leasing office staff) are naturally friendly and helpful people. Any time an issue has arisen, they address the situation immediately and even follow-up to make sure everything has been taken care of. Such a great touch! The maintenance team is also extremely responsive and friendly. Speedy and George are there around the clock and they also have overnight support, which is a godsend. The longest we have had to wait for a maintenance issue to be fixed is 24 hours, because they were waiting for a part to arrive. So awesome! Really, I can't say enough nice things about this property and the staff.

Fairfax Square is really is great place to live. The location is wonderful; it's close to GMU where I go to school, the Vienna Metro stop is only 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic, and the staff that services the residents is quite exceptional. Yesterday, I had to go to the office because I lost the keys to my apartment. Jad, who was new to the Fairfax Square team, didn't let his inexperience show, as he was very attentive and friendly when he searched the lost and found for my missing keys. It doesn't sound like much of a feat, but their collection of lost items was extensive and he was exuded nothing but patience and a passion for helping others as he tended to my needs. Even though my keys were not in their lost and found, I had nothing to worry about, as another team member, Asma, saved the day with her compassion and understanding, as she allowed me to get new copies of my keys -- free of charge. How generous! To top it off, one of the gentlemen that provides maintenance for our community, unfortunately I did not catch his name, let me into my home, had two new sets of keys made for me in less than 20 minutes, and then hand delivered them to my apartment! I couldn't ask for a better servicing team. The ease of the entire process made my day. Experiences like these make Fairfax Square that much more enjoyable of a place to live and I would definitely recommend living here :)

I recently moved to this apartment and everything is going good so far. The apartment is right next to main street so all the places are easily accessible. The apartments are well maintained and the area and the parking lot look very clean. We had some problem with the first apartment we selected (we wanted a parking lot right next to our door.. I know..) so wanted to switch on the 3rd day, luckily our furniture had not arrived from Connecticut so we requested Sarah Ahmad (the agent from there who got us that apartment) if we could change the apartment. She pulled some string and wallah.. we got a new one for almost the same price, but on the top floor with a fireplace,she is the best!! The Manager Ashma Khan was also very helpful and the transition was very smooth. I think the wonderful staff make this community a wonderful place to live in. I highly recommend someone to give it a try.

I lived in Fairfax square for 1 year. I love the location and the apartment staff was very nice. I love that I was minutes from downtown Fairfax and quick assess to 495 to get to DC. The swimming pool is amazing!
