I really enjoy living here. I feel safe walking around at night and the area is very quiet. I would recommend moving here if you were looking for a nice located quiet apartment. I also have no trouble finding parking which is nice.

Assembly Herndon Apartments is managed by excellent team especially the manager Katara Mahdi and Yesenia Bonilla they are on top of every single concern the residents can have, such as leasing contact and processing documents, keys, mail, amenity and follow ups, they are very respectful, dedicated and professional. Also The leasing personal Tre King is very supportive. The maintenance team are we responsive and do their work on time and in excellent way thank you

Lived their for two years. Then after i left, during the final inspection. I was told i would be getting the deposit. Well they never gave me my deposit back. Its been approximately 5 months later and im still waiting!

I had to stay 2 nights in a motel when management decided to fix water pipes in the entire building. Never received a refund. The staff was rude. especially Trey. Forget about the criteria like Criteria like Noise, Ground, Neighborhoud. The Number one need is how is it inside the house. Just can't bear the winter. These are very old homes and it gets very cold not sure from where the leak is. I have complained multiple times and the answer I get is...you have to buy a separate heater for your room. They WTH am I paying this much for this house? We try to put in a lot of papers to avoid the cold air getting in. Can't even sleep in the nights. You are better off buying your own house

Very loud, hear neighbors all the time especially above you. Very dirty, parking spots are tight. Any concerns seem to be blown off from front office once you arrive. Barely have hot water, trash everywhere around dumpster. Very disappointing

The management is slow to act on issues, re-plumbing was done in the units and as a result rats are getting into the houses. Even after several complaints and emails nothing is being done. How are we supposed to live in house where rats are constantly a menace given the diseases they transmit and especially now. Can't wait for my lease to end, really disappointed

The community is good, sometimes the charges they put are not justified. Overall experience staying here is quite great. I enjoy living here and would love to have a new lease too. Also this community is quite peaceful and there is no disturbance. The maintenance is done on time and to the expectations.

I am not happy with the apartment,recently they are trying to improve apartment maintenance but all the appliances and everything were pretty old. For these amenities and these old appliances the apartment prices are pretty high I feel

Good live with in this friendly apartment with good neighbors and neighborhood with all built in feature. Good nature all around the community. The surrounding area is very with all the features with livelyhood

No comment great job. Neighborhood is to nosing something and the maintenance are great, the staff are very nice. I had stay here since 2010 and I would love to stay one year. No comment at all ,no comment, no comment, no problem and no comments.

I liked the way they handled move in process. They responded in timely manner and I was able to move in a week. Staff responds very quickly to the queries even though sometimes they might not be able to fix the issue soon however they kept communication channel open.

This is great community. I would like to in this community. All people are good and help each other. Maintenance team are excellent. Leasing office tem also very good. They are good while speaking with me. Their response is good. They understand problems and providing proper information.

Its great living here. The place staff everyone is so friendly. Service is super fast and the packing hub is also great. The area is soo good everything we can find in near area. Always welcoming staff

Worst Apartment.Appliances are very bad.Cockroaches issues horrible Before Booking Apartment get the promise everything looks ok or else you will sue them giving false promise on apartment.Mostly they won't apartment saying horrible reason WORST Apartment from my Point of view.

I'm only here because its cheap and close to my office. The staff dont know what they are doing and are ill equipped to handle all issues. The ceiling has leaked all faucets leak even my floor has leaked.. its really pitiful

Staff are not nice. Maintenance will tell you he will comeback but never will unless you follow up again. The location is great though most of the appliances are dated. Tenants with dogs just let it poop in the grass and leave it there.

We were promised at signing that our apartment was being renovated with new appliances and all previous issues fixed. 2 months in, our bathroom door is falling apart, we have appliances from the 1990s, our cabinet under the sink is full of mold, and we have COCKROACHES. Pest control is finally coming after THREE WEEKS. Not at all what we were promised. Management has done nothing to fix any of these issues after ongoing claims and emails. For the price, DO NOT RENT HERE.

When I moved here four years ago, the management was great. All requests were attended to promptly and staff was courteous and efficient. Ever since the new management took over this year, everything has gone downhill. Maintenance requests aren't handled in a timely manner and sometimes they are not completed. The current staff is mostly indifferent at best. Garbage is piling up everywhere. Had I known the management was going to change I would not have renewed my lease. Waiting for my lease to end so I can move out of this place.

So far good.The apt was clean and well maintained while moving in.Had few minor issues and it was taken care of.No major hiccups and the service staff have been professional and polite. Leasing office staff are also easily approachable.

The apparentmets are good but everything should be fixed before someone moves in. Nobody should have to be dealing with problems when moving into there new home. My toilet had problems, the sink was leaking, and the door had no seal on one side so lots of cold air was coming in.

My experience in this community was horrible and I absolutely I don't wanna commit to anybody can live in this apartment or in this compass And I will absolutely never ever recommend it to anyone to come over here and this compass of this upon because we live in this abandoned me and my wife will always have a problem we always something leaking we're always something going on whenever excited whenever happy
