It is very safe and clean neighborhood.Single bed room apartment(700 sq ft) rent is high but due to parking space and cleanliness, good neighborhood. People can rent here.It is very near to shopping,groceries and restaurants.It also has good amenities.

Nice place to live. but most of the apartments are having old kitchen appliances At the time of move in if you not entered existing damages in the move in sheet . when you vacate all the existing damages will be put on your head.careful with these guys.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet so far and the neighbors are friendly or they just keep to themselves. My overall apartment was clean and any minor issues that I had when moving in (trouble unlocking the door) maintenance was very quick and responsive. Its not a luxury apartment but it very comfortable to live in so far.

Nice Place to move in. Very easy process and clean apartment. Able to move in on the said date. Glad i choose this apartment.Though it's an old apratment there were no issues all looks good and it's a bonus to have wahser and dryer in the house. Parking is great to no towing enforced and guest can park anywhere is great.

I just moved in. So far, things are going good as expected. Could do better job in cleaning the apartment. Could do better job on leasing confirmation and apartment availability check. Incosistency is causing little hassels. Overall it is good.

The units seem very old and even my "upgraded" unit shows its age. Among car traffic, airplanes, and VERY noisy neighbors the noise level is too high. The community allows families to have too many children in small apartments, which makes the noise issue worse.

Good Community. Descent apartment. Good Environment. Nice Staff.Good friendly neighbors. Walk able distance to schools and shopping centers. Silent and near to Dulles International airport. Shuttle to Metro. More amenities will be even better.

I like the locality and the courteousness of the staff. The apartment complex is maintained clean and well. It is very peaceful and nice. Me and my wife were recently married and this is our first home together. Both of us like this place very much, couldn't have asked any better for a fresh start in life.

Everybody that works in the leasing office are liars! I was looking for apartments near my work and something cheaper. I went to the leasing office. They couldn't show me the apartment before moving in. My mistake for accepting it. If I would've seen the apartment I would have not moved in. The bathroom was a mess. The shower door was broken, the carpet had stains. The countertops and cabinets haven't been replaced in years. There was food crumbs in between the cabinets. Since the first day we had issues with the washing machine, drying machine, and the fridge. I called for maintenance took them a month to fix. I had to go to a different apartment to wash and dry. The second week I notice the two bedrooms had bed bugs in the ceiling. It was a lot, with marks and all. I called for that, they came to "treat it" which it didn't solve the problem. We called again. No body came to treat it. Every time I will go to the office to complain they looked annoyed at seeing me. They did "pest maintenance "every 3 months and they wrote down as good conditions. Which is a lie since I moved in we had bed bugs. The maintenance guys all had attitudes every time I called for an issue. After 14 months of being in the lease I decided to move out. The bed bugs are still there. Never treated. I had to throw away two entire beds because it was filled with bed bugs. The office sent me a paper saying I had a move out balance for glazing countertops and replacing carpet, blinds being broken. They went inside the apartment without us turning in the keys to take pictures. They are lying about some of the charges. Never did I have an issue with any apartment complex. I do not recommend anyone to move in here regardless of the price being very low. They're not nice people

I am happy community and the apartment only problem i see is with old appliances if they are upgraded its nice play to be stay for longer period. Rest of the staff is good and maintenance requests are done quickly. There is scope of improving the playing area. I would recommend it my friends

The apartment is great . I have lived here for more than 3 years earlier and have now moved in again . The residents and leasing office are super friendly and community has lot of social activities through out the year , which makes it very active w.r.t other apartments in the area.

Very Pleasant and good community. The best and most friendly community/staff around in this area. Parking in this community is a big plus. It has a tennis court and a reasonable gym. The renovated apartments are very good. There is no point that I can put a remark in this community.

I rented the apartment few day back and every things seems to be nice and good. Convenient access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools and public transportation. This community is providing free Shuttles to Reston metro station so that people can travel to DC.

A horrible place. Everything is old and broken. Carpet is all stained. Aparments full of BEDBUGS, and they do nothing about it. Bad technicians. Not a good place to live at all. Very disappointing. Broken shower doors, washing machine, lights don't work properly. Maintenance make bad faces when told to fix things, and also take forever to fix things. I don't not recommend this to anyone.
