I had to find a place to live in less than a week if I had more time I would have chosen another. The staff has been great but the apartment walking in looks old and beat up. Inside and out. The railings are crumbling there is a fire box falling off the walls. The apliences are from the 80's/90's the floor has ground in dirt the bathtub was dirty and needed to be re grouted. The oven door came off in my hand. I felt that the last person left and nothing was done. I can't blame the staff they helped out as much as they could.

So far so good. Well maintained and responsive to what I requested for. Friendly. Safte and pretty good place to stay. Few or the hall lights are out though. Recommended checking those lights periodically.. Overall, satisfied.

A nice quiet community with families kids all around. Access to shopping. entertainment, and food is an easy 5 minute walk. Pool and gym. Amazon drop boxes for delivery. Community activities. Bring back parking lot theater!

I have only been here for almost a week and am in love with my new apartment and the friendliness/accessibility of the staff. I have not had the time to meet any of my neighbors but they all seem to be nice. I love the location of this complex. It feels like a neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex.

I have lived here for 1.5 years, and the community has always been responsive, and provided me everything that I need. I highly recommend the Point and McNair. I plan on renewing my lease for another 1 year. The apartment is conveniently located to everything you need

The experience has been good so far. Well maintained apartment, clean inside and outside. Leasign office staff, very co-operative and helpful. Good place to live. Town centers, grocery stores are near-by. Easy commute to my office.

Live here over a year and it is a nice place to live. Office staff is pretty good but the property manager is a little off sometimes. Assistant Manager is great! Close to business and major highways so getting to anything you need is close by.

Very green, beautifully landscaped & friendly community. Lease & rent process was very simple and online. Leasing office staff is very accommodating and help make relocation as smooth as possible. Amenities in the apartment and community are pretty good!!

It is a very good community with a nice play ground for children and good facilities for elders even with a good staff serving us at any time, good maintenance services reaching our satisfactory levels with a safe neighborhood.

So far the rental office has been quick to resolve the issues I've had in my apartment. However, it took them a month to replace one cement stair that had broken apart it was a delay that should have been resolved sooner.

This community is very friendly and welcoming. Though the trash at the bottom of our building atracts a lot of bugs and other insects. the apartments location very close to stores is very convienent.

Its good place to live in. We chose it because of its proximity with my office and also few friends live in by. Its well connected to market area for basic needs at least. Environment is kind of open.

The apartments are getting old now. Though its a very good location and most of the things accessible in a short distance. The rent is comparitively lesser than other apartments, but still costly for a regular 1BHK.

It is fantastic. The office and the other staff are friendly. It would be nice if you have a good get together once in a month for networking. This would benefit everyone and mcnair would be a better living place.

So far my experience in this community has been excellent. Liz was so helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better person to answer all of my questions and emails. All staff is friendly and the facilities are kept nice and clean. So far, so good.

Location wise-very ok....
Location wise-very ok. Convenient to schools, grocery, shopping and restaurants.No noisy neighbors so far. I hope the rent will not go up next year. :-)
