One of the top rated community with great parking facility and clean community. The apartments are old though I personally liked the layout and thr facilities provided by the community. Fun place to live in !!

Well maintained apartment. Peaceful area to live. Near by to all stores and metro. Staff responded well for any maintenance issues very quickly. Good Gym and swimming pool. Good tennis court and playground for children.

Point t Mcnair Farm is very good to stay. Nice community and near by shops and market places. Good for family as there are so many children living in the society. Staffs are helpful and responsive when required.

I like it so far, the staff is very efficient and great at communicating. Everytime I call with a question or task, the staff is knowledgeable, and help me asap. I feel like the employees here do a great job running the place, compared to another apartment complex in the area that i moved from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had upgraded some features in my apartment as well. The apartment was clean at move in and the whole process was easy

It's a good, quiet community with no problems and quaint apartments. The amenities are also quite awesome. The people who live in the community and the office staff are very courteous as well. Very enjoyable experience thus far.

Quick support and friendly staff! Laying office is super helpful. Maintainence is awsome! Five stars. Never had any issue with them. They are quick to resolve your problems. They are connected to their community and residents!

Very good apartment in terms of security and cleanliness Maintenance requests were handled in time whenever complaints were registered trash was maintained properly and cleaned were as mple space on car parking

The move-in experience was good. The community is in a safe neighborhood. Apartment was clean, walls were repainted and appliances were in good condition. Maintenance staff responds within 24 hours. Overall it has been a good experience. The only issue I found was the noise when someone walks heavily on the floor above mine.

This is very good community to live in with many good neighborhood. There are many near-by stores like groceries, shopping centers. I feel that the appliances are very old and should be replaced. Apart from that, there are no other issues with this unit I moved in.

I recently rented to The point at mcnair farms , herndon, The rent was reasonable in this location , The Apartments looks good and clean . one good thing is no car towing in our community . Always looking for a way to help you.The maintenance of the buildings is excellent. The staff always answers my demands on time

Good community to live in with lot of good neighbourhood. Have access to lot of groceries stores near by , shopping centres, bus stops and frees shuttle. I even liked the way the inform us when we get a package through USPS, they email us and keep the package safe at the leasing office. Overall good apartment to stay and would definitely refer my friends to move in here.

The community is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The community is in a great location with less traffic. Appliances need a replacement as they are very old.The apartments are spacious and old.Admin staff responds quickly to your requests.

Apartment are spacious and old. There are many appliances are not working properly. However it is closed to the school and will recommend other to this apartment. Overall experience is not bad so far however I have recently moved here

The community is good and friendly. The apartments are bit old but the maintenance team is good. On the scale of 10 i would give 7 for apartment , 8 for society , 9 for safety and 8 for neighborhood. This is near to clock tower.

Office staff was really helpful. Move in was quick and easy. Only problem is the apartment smells like food, strong smell that has not disapear in almost two weeks I have been there. Also the door could be easy to break into. The chain doesn't serve its purpouse and there is only one lock.

Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping centers. Would be nice if a few more bus routes came through here but overall very nice place to live. This is my second em year here and will probably renew again.

I just moved here. But its quiet and clean and im liking it so far Exterior of buildings and the property need a bit of updating The gym could be a bit bigger to give us the opportunity and space for group activities

Over all it is ok. Appliances are pretty old. Tennis court had cracks on the floor for almost 3yrs. Got reconstructed and got ready in August this year but couldnot play as summer almost over. Othergood

This apartment complex is near major roads but noise from the roads cannot be heard. There is a refreshing amount of greenery between the apartment buildings. Suficient parking spaces for residetns and guests.
