Very responsive staff

The staff in the Woodland Park community has been very responsive, kind and excellent to work with. The few concerns I've had have been quickly addressed and have had nothing to do with the property management staff. I appreciate their hard work and positive attitude.

Satisfied.

My satisfaction with the community and office management has continues to surprise me since i initially signed a 15 month lease at another unit in the same community around feb or 06. They have been very responsive and well staffed to respond to residents in need waiting at the door area. They are always helpful and eager to do what they can to make residents happy.

Love Woodland Park

Woodland Park is a beautiful community and I will continue to live here for many years. From everyone in the office to the maintenance staff, they are a great group! It has been nice the past year or so they have been having a get together every month, its nice to get to meet your neighbors.

Nice Community

I heard about woodland Park from a friend of mine and just moved in a couple of months ago and so far so good. I have not any had any problems in my apartment and everyone seems to be very nice and helpful. I have met my neighbors as well. The community is clean and well kept and I feel at home here. I would recommend to my friends also!

The nicest place I have ever lived.

I am delighted with Woodland Park. My apartment is the nicest I've ever lived in, the entire staff is professional, friendly and eager to please. I've made good use of both the fitness center and pool. I've also attended the parties for the residents.

Love it!

I just moved to this area and love it here at Woodland Park. It is very convenient to everything, and I love all the amenities they have here. The apartment that I picked is perfect for all my needs, and the staff has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Good Overall

Overall since I have been here at this community things have been pretty good. I enjoy using the clubhouse and it is close to my job. I like my apartment alot it is spacious and has plenty room to move. I do have some problems now and then with parking but it is not a constant issue. I would recommend this community to anyone looking in the Herndon area.

Pleasant place to live.

Fast response time for Maintenance

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and had to place my first work order yesterday. To my surprise a maintenance gentleman was at my house 3 hours after I hung up the phone with the office staff. I am so pleased with my expirience here thus far. Definitely reccommend living here.

I was so surprised when I met the people here, they are so friendly. I had searched alot of the communities around here and everywhere i went i just felt like i didn't fit in with any of the sales people. I couldn't be more happy living anywhere else. Great place to live and wonderful people.

The office staff was very helpful and they made my moving process much easier than I thought it would be. The community looks nice and they offer nice ammenities in the clubhouse, like the use of the pub room for parties. I am satisfied with this community and would recommend it to someone else.

Im happy

I have the Hawthorne apartment and I love it. The layout is great, but my favorite part is the walk in closet. Management has been very nice, and maintenance is wonderful. I have lived at another Van Metre community and received the same service there. I moved to Woodland Park to get a bigger apartment. I plan to buy a Van Metre home next Summer. Im looking forward to the parties, my neighbors have told me they are a lot of fun.

Happy with Apartment

I moved here a little over a month ago and I am very happy here. I haven't had any problems with my apartment and enjoy living in the community. Once or twice I did have a little problem finding a parking spot close to my apt. but it was very late at night. Overall I like the community and i would recommend it to a friend or family memeber.

Incompetent

We moved out in February, called today April 15 to see about deposit return. There is a small one but no one knows if it's been sent to us or not. Good grief almost three months! What's up with that. if we are late with a rent payment nasty letters start in 3 days but if they owe us money no one cares. Just what I expected from the wonderful caring staff at woodland park. so glad we won't have to deal with them after this!

have lived here 6 months and love it.

I moved in about 6 months ago and I love it. I've moved alot in my day and I am happy i found Woodland Park. I really feel at home with the staff and couldnt be happier with the community.

Things sure are getting better

Ive been here for 2 years and I am very happy about the email that we received today. They are going to tow people without decals!!! THANK YOU!! Oh, and the last party they had was great, even the blue berry beer. Thanks Woodland Park, I will renew my lease now.

Not worth the money!

Firendly office staff. Good maintanance (as far as I have experienced)Nice workout equipment and business center. Carpets are old and should be replaced. Parking usually sucks. The heated pool isn't very warm. No sensible pattern to the gate system. It's always open at night. In the morning leaving for work, sometimes the metal and plastic gates remain closed so you have to wait for them to open, yet the entry gate is open. During rush hour the gates should stay open. Obviosuly ther are not enough parking spaces, so the garages or driveways that are not being rented should be labeled so residents can park there if they can not get a space any where else. The internet sevice has had some major issues lately but has definately gone downhill in the past 6 months. The cable TV has interference in many channels and MDU Communications has horrible customer service. The audio signal comming from the cable tv service is MONO. It's not your TV its the service. This means that you can not get surround from the cable TV signal. So much for the built in surround speakers in the wall. Floors are thing so you can hear neighbors and they can hear you.

After a lot of searching, I am very happy

Years ago I would rent the first apartment I visited, after being burned, I learned from my mistake. I did a lot of searching before deciding on Woodland Park, and I am very happy I did. I wont say everything is perfect, because we all know living in an apartment is not our first choice! Well, I would rather own a home! My only complaint though is walking to the fourth floor, but I guess I was the one who wanted the loft. Management has been very nice, I just love that they remember my name (bonus points!). Look around, but make sure you check out Woodland Park- it is a very nice place to live.
