This has been a very enjoyable community to live in. I have been here for a few months and the staff has been a pleasure to work with.. I have not had many maintenance issues, but when something does happen the maintenance crew is very prompt and friendly.

Nice Place to Live

Looking to buy a Van Metre home
I just moved in not but 3 months ago and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my decision to live here. I researched a ton of apartment communities and the MAJOR seller for me with Woodland Park was their Home Purchase Program. With the housing market the way it is I would love to buy a house but not just quite yet. I have already visited a couple different Van Metre homesites and am so glad that my money is going towards an amazing product. I can't wait to buy a home from them and I am thrilled with the way everything has worked out with my apartment. The people are friendly and they get what needs to be done taken care of. Maintenance has always been on the ball! Thanks Woodland Park!

Very Satisfied with Van Metre
Overall, I am satisfied with the property and staff. The staff has been great in dealing with issues that come up. Maintenance has responded very quickly to any request.

Love this community
I love this community,very friendly,and very helpful.The park is nice for my son and his friends, the summers are great because of the pools .The events they have are fun and i get to know other residents. The maintenance people are always glad to help, and come over right away . Now with the shopping center across the street, its even better.

I live here and so do my employees!
I Enjoy the way the property is maintained. Verry Clean! My husband's company also has many apartments with Woodland Park and all of our employees love living here too!

I just moved in to Woodland Park and have had a great experience so far. All the maitenance guys I see around are always waiving and are very welcoming. The leasing staff has been great and have been very helpful as well.

Beautiful Community!
I have lived in Woodland Park for 2 years now and plan to renew my lease again. The entire staff is always been so helpful to me and are very kind. The community is well kept and I enjoy the monthly activities they host for us. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

We have been here at Woodland Park for the last year and the staff has been wonderful. When I had a problem in our community it was quickly addressed and resolved. The maintenance of our unit was always performed with quick efficiency.

Certainly renewing my Lease
I have lived in a lot of communities where we have had to rent an apartment. But Woodland Park is by far, the best place that I have done so. Any issue, no matter how small, was immediately addressed and resolved. The staff, both administrative and maintenance are highly professional. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live. If we were not buying property, I would certainly renew my lease.

Poor Quality construction
It s not a luxury apartment but a normal low-cost construction with high price tag. Internet hardly works. It s so noisy; I can hear each and every step of my neighbor in the apartment above.

Great Place
This community is one of the best that i have lived at. My family and I have been all around the world and this is one of the best places we have lived at. This community makes you feel at home. I especially have fun at all the resident activities monthly that they have.

Very Impressed with Maintenance Staff!
Before I decided on Woodland Park, I visited apartmentratings.com and read the multitude of reviews on the property. I was worried about the winter season and the issue of snow and ice build up. I was VERY pleased with the staff's efforts to keep the roads iced and shoveled. I really appreciate the job well done. I never once had to shovel any snow away from my car and never fell on any ice! Thanks!

A great place to live with
The office staff has ALWAYS been friendly. I enjoy coming into the office each month to pay rent because I get to interact with lovely people like Tom and Caitlyn (sp). One time, I was having guests over and I wanted to have my place look in good condition. I called and requested some touch up paint for the walls. There was ice on the ground and it was freezing raining this particular evening. Tom went out in the rain and ice to the maintenance shed to get me some paint in a cup...and he even gave me a brush! I was SO appreciative. That was above and beyond. I would definitely refer my friends to Van Metre Woodland Park.

Feels like home
I love this place. Everyone has been so nice to me through my whole move. So far maintainance has taken care of everything for me and the staff has been nothing but friendly to me. I am looking forward to the rest of my time here and I would definitely tell my friends to live here

A great Community
