Will never lease from Van Metre Again

My roommate and I did not have a pleasant experience at Woodland Park. The walls are very very thin and my bedroom was right below the bathroom so everytime the toilet fushed it sounded like it was coming through my wall beside my bed...Sure glad I paid $10 extra a month for a 3rd floor apartment. Upon giving our 30 day notice there was no documentation provided by the management. As other companies will give you a total for your last months rent (prorated)and the final dates of your lease. The management also sends out a survey and when you filled it out and didn't put all 5's they call you at work to ask why they didn't get all 5's. However, they will resend you the survey so you can fill it out again and put 5's.

Moved in 3 months ago

I moved in about 3 months ago and I was reading the reviews on here the other day about the resident functions...so they recently had one and I decided to go...TONS of fun I couldn't believe how nice everyone was! I will definitely be attending more in the future!

Friendly and Fast

I just moved in 3 days ago, if you remember it was incredibly hot outside and my finace and I were have a tough time moving our things to even the 2nd floor. A member of the maintenance staff walked by us to go to the clubhouse and then quickly returned with not only water but a couple other guys from his team to help us move upstairs! GREAT customer service I couldn't believe it we are both so appreciative of that, it is the little things such as that that remind us why we rented here. Can't wait for the happy hour!

Corporate Lease

I am here on a short term basis for my company and am living in a furnished corporate unit. I have been here for about 2 weeks now and am very happy with the service I have been provided. The furniture is beautiful and anything I have ever needed has been merely a phone call away. I will be advising my HR and relocation department that this is definitely the place to send everyone. Two thumbs way up!

Fast turn around on maintenance!

I literally just called to place a work order about my garbage disposal, I thought that it would take forever b/c of the heat outside- nope- I was sure wrong. They showed up less than 45 minutes after I called them! FABULOUS!!

Helps out so much

I just leased and work directly across the street..so convenient!!! I love my apartment and recently had to place a work order because my a/c wasn't working very well. I was very impressed as the maintenance gentleman showed up minutes after I placed the call and my a/c was up and running shortly thereafter.

Great Place

I am enjoying this place. I have only been here for a little while but so far I have no complaints. Everyone at the office is nice and very helpful.

Will stay

My lease is up in two months and I will be renewing. I enjoy everything and everyone here. The staff in the office is nice and I have enjoyed the community. The pool just opened and I was out there laying on the chairs and enjoyed taking a dip in this heat. Thank you to all who have made me feel at home.

Lately almost all reviews are written by Van Metre Woodland staff! Since this website shows up on top on Google, they want to TRICK their prospective tenants with the LIES they can come up with. Stay away from here. I've been really happy living here for the past year. I will be renewing my lease this month and I have been very pleased with the way I have been treated by the staff both in the office and the maintainance team. The folks at Van Metre are doing a great job and I'm looking forward to next year.

Going to Miss this place

I've lived here about a year and a half now and still give Woodland Park 5 out of 5 rating. I am really going to miss this place the only reason I am not renewing is because I bought one of their homes. By far this is the best place, I've ever rented from.

I moved in yesterday

I just drove up here yesterday from South Carolina and had no place to live. When I walked into the Leasing Office everyone was so friendly. I was hopeful and luckily they had one vacant apartment left and I snatched it up. I am still unpacking obviously but could not be more thrilled with this place! The apartment is in wonderful condition and I really appreciate all of the help I received here. Thanks!

Pool just opened

I just moved in a couple of months ago and was so excited for the pool to be opening. Well it has and I am thrilled! The staff has done a beautiful job at making the pool areas clean and serene. Looking forward to the rest of the pool season!

We cannot be more happy here. The community is great. Everyone here is friendly and thoughtful. A time that stands out in my mind was the time I lost my bracelet by the barbeque area. I called the staff and they immediately began searching and asking everyone. They made me feel so important and I was glad to see that so many people would take the time and search for something that may have not meant anything to them but they new that it meant something to me. Needless to say they found my bracelet and returned it to me. I have to say that they have been nothing but friendly, thoughful, and point blank AWESOME since we have been here. Thank you to all the staff! Keep up the excellent work because it well APPRECIATED!

Good apartment community and nice office staff...Just used the pool for the first time and love it! Nice grounds, very well maintained and happy with my apartment inside and out.

I love this community. I have been for over 3 years and have had nothing but a great experience. I go to many of the community events they hold and have meet alot of friends with in the community.

Feels like home!

I am very happy and satisfied with my apartment here in this community, it does feel like home. I moved here from out of state for a job and was concerned about how the the move would be for me but because of Van Metre my apt. feels like home! Quality staff and maintenance, good neighbors and a nice well kept area are some of the reasons I would recommend this place. I would come and see and take a tour, that was i did and I was sold!

Just moved in....love it! The maintenance team is awesome, they helped me carry my daughter's Penguins collection up the stairs. Since I am on my own it was nice that to see that this team of people in my community go the extra mile to help some out. Thank you to all who were kind enough to help me out!!!

Move in here a few months ago and have been pleased with how everything has gone. Good expereince with the leasing staff and my move in went smoothly, although it is always tough moving! My friend recommended me to move in here and would do the same for someone else. Quality area and apts with a lot to offer!
