This is a great community. The apartments are nice and spacious. Everyone is very helpful and the community events are fun to go to.

Looking forward to another year
I just renewed my lease and I'm looking forward to another year here. I have been really happy so far and this is the only place I've ever lived where I felt like I was part of a community. The staff is really helpful and they always make me feel like I am importnat. I am looking forward to what another year here will bring.

Quality apartments
We have been at this complex since 2006 and are happy with conditions and service provided. Maintenance has been on time when we have called something in and the grass areas and parking lots are well kept. Rick in maintenance has been great, always helpful! Good area and we have some nice neighbors...... I would recommend this community.

Living happy....
I moved in here to Woodland Park Apts. a few months ago and so far enjoying the apt. and community. Parking is an issue sometimes but I have been told towing is being enforced. I like the the feel of the area and everyone I have met has been very nice. I like the 24 hr gym and use it quite a bit, saving money on a gym memebership! I have recommended the community to a friend of mine and he is excited to move in. If you are looking for a high quality, nice and comformtable place to live check out this community. Thanks.

Great community!
I love living in this community. Everyone is very helpful and I love the general area. There are plenty of things to do and it's convenient to my work. The amenties are great especially the work out room.

Woodland Park is a gorgeous community. They keep it well maintained and everyone is so responsive to my needs. Excellent customer service skills from both the leasing staff and maintenance team!

I am very happy living in Woodland Park. People are very friendly and prompt. The leasing process went very smooth and I have not had any serious issues with my apartment. They have just upgraded a lot of equipment in the gym which is really nice and very convenient for me.

Moved in Yesterday- very pleased
Just moved in yesterday and am so far very pleased with this community. The overall leasing process was simple and the staff was very friendly. My layout is fabulous and I am looking forward to living here. If I had to decide right no whether or not to renew my lease I definitely would!

Unbelievable location
I have been pleased with Van Metre Since I started living here two years ago. I am crazy about the location. Last year a new shopping center opened up across the stree with a Harriss Teeter and a bunch of other stores, the toll road is seconds away and I am pretty much close to anything I could want. I have also had a good experience with the managment itself. Everyone has been really nice and I really don't have anything but good things to say about everyone here.

I have lived here since they opened in 2001!
My daughter and I have lived here since the place opened back in 2001. I am thrilled to be at a place where I feel at home. The staff including the maintenance team is very welcoming and treat you like family. My apartment is in great condition and the grounds look amazing!

Best place i've ever lived
I've been living here for over three years and I have lived in more than a few apartment complexes. This is my favorite. I enjoy the events for the residents and I really love my apartment. The maintainance has always been quick to help me out and I love how clean the grounds are.

Nice community

Fantastic Place to live Great Location
I have been living here at woodland park for a little under a year and I could not be happier. I love the location and it has really cut down my commute from the last place I lived. The apartments are well maintained and I haven't had any problems with the maintainance, they are fast and responsive. the Staff has always been profession and friendly towards my wife and I. I have already recommended this place to my friends and I would do it again.

I just moved in I have enjoyed it so far. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. They have made me feel at home here. I would recommend this community to everyone I know.

For more than two years I've enjoyed living here at Woodland Park, with the only exception being the sometimes terrible parking situation. The management staff; more specifically, "Tom" and "Rick" have been spectacular.

Absolutely Thrilled!
I am so thrilled to be in this great communmity I really appreciate how every member of the staff has gone out of their way to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of. I commend them for their can-do attitude.
