wonderful staff!
The customer service that I have received since I have become a resident of Van Metre Woodland Park has been far beyond my expectations and exceptional if I may say. The staff here at the property do an exceptional job and go far beyond the call of duty. There is a highly professional staff here at the property.

Lived here for 3 years
We've lived in three different units at Woodland Park, each one accurately accommodating our situation. Two Van Metre Employees have always gone above and beyond to help my wife and I out Tom Blaisdell and Rick in maintenance. When moving into our new place Tom and Rick offered to paint our nursery pink for us since they were going to paint anyways. The entire maintenance staff has always been quick to respond to our needs and alleviate the problem as soon as possible. Bob fervently worked to restore our Air Conditioning to a functioning level for a pregnant woman in the heat of summer. They all made what could have been a difficult transition, a smooth one thank you. Also, my wife was thrilled that they all extended the swimming pool season a couple of weekends.

All services and facilities have been excellent for my past two years here. I do not have any issues with maintance or staff as I have received excellent and friendly service. I would refer this property to a new resident.

very professional and helpful staff
I have been impressed with the professionalism and follow up of the leasing associates as well as the work of the maintenance staff when needed. I think the staff is doing a fantastic job. Overall a great experience in living here.

Wonderful community!
I have lived here for 6 months, and have had a wonderful experience thus far. The folks in the office are very friendly and helpful to my needs. If you are looking to rent an apartment, I would reccommend this property.

GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME.
I moved here from California and the leasing associate Prince was very helpful and professional. My leasing experience was wonderful, it was quick and easy. I have been living here for a while now and I have not had any problems with this apartment complex at all.

The Staff at Woodland Park leasing office, Caitlyn Tom, and Jessica have ALWAYS been helpful to any of my needs an necessitites. They are very friendly at any given situation and do their best to provide the best service possible. I enjoy living in this complex because I live very comfortable and I have them to help me with anything I need. I don't think if I didn't like them, I would renew my lease and move to a bigger unit. Therefore, they are the major reason to my stay here at this property for the second year. Their help has been greatly appreciated.

Luxury Living
I have been so happy here since my move about 6 months ago. The community is great and so close to everything! Not only do I love the loft the gas savings are incredible!

The worst Internet and TV service in the world
The Internet and TV package provided by MDU communications costs you $70 per month and you have no other provider to choose if you live here. The Internet service and TV programme are the worst I ever had.

Just moved in and I am very happy
I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy thus far. The office staff as well as maintenance team members have been wonderful. 5 out of 5 ratings all the way.

Everyone has been very very very nice since the first day I walked in here. They made me fall in love with the place and it is very peaceful here. that is why I have been so happy, even if I am a work-a-holic. And I hope to stay here until I am able to buy a home of my own because I do not think that there is another place better to live that this.

I have had a very enjoyable stay here at Woodland Park. The maintenance team has been very helpful, and everyone is nice. I would renew my lease this year, but I am purchasing a home.

My quick move.
I came to woodland park apt to look for apartments, after my old landlord had rented my apartment to somebody else without telling me. My leasing consultant was great. He knew everything about the property and etc. He was such a great help from leasing me the perfect apartment and moving me in the sameday. Its been a whole month now and I am LOVING it. If your looking for something nice and quiet this is your place.

Excellent Move
Attractive apartment, very well updated and maintaned. Maintenance problems have been resolved fast and efficiently. The managment staff has been extremly helpful and responsive to my issues and helpful with the move. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the property.

Woodland Park is GREAT! The staff is friendly and fun, and our maintenence request are handled incredibly promptly. The grounds and pools are beautiful! Not to mention this community is such a great location for my commute to DC.

To Van Metre Companies: I wanted to express my deepest appreciation for the superior service that your Management staff has given me. I have never been treated such proffessionalism and courtesy. this was a difficult decision for me to make. Moving from Maryland were most a family are located and my ffirst time to live in Virginia I did not know what to expect. I searched for 2 months on apartments, among 25 apartment that I looked at online; there were 15 I narrowed down too. WhenI came to Van Metre I was very impressed. Andrea was the first person that I talk too, with the charm and Hostility. I felt that I had been here already. Andrea has proffessionalism and the customer service the truly says, Signature service. The day i came here is the day i signed for the lease, even though I could have waited for almost two month move from other apartment I wanted to live here. not just because of the Wonderful arrangement of floor plans, but what won me over was the people. Andrea treated me with respect and kindness. She's great, works very hard to make sure I am happy and really care if I love my home, I really do. There are others that have meant the same criteria, tom and Caitlin, have been Superior. No matter what I have asked, when Andrea was not there, they made sure it was done. that is very refreshing to see people works together to make sure others are happy. That's what you call teamwork. I can't thank everyone enough for making this a home that I can enjoy and remember. they all deserve more than 5 stars; I owuld give 10 if there were 10 to give. Thank you, Ms. S. Plummer

I love my new home!
I love my new home. It's in almost-new condition and has a large floor plan. I enjoy the community and plentiful parking.

They have made my relocation so easy
Everyone I spoke with at Van Metre was extremely helpful. My move from Colorado was made so much easier by their willingness to help me through all of my odd circumstances. I appreciate all of their help in making my transition smooth.

I do not recommend until management is better

I could never find a parking space and I attributed this to the fact that anyone could and did park there. Unable to legally park at the apartment complex where I was renting an apartment meant driving around for an hour searching for a space. This took time away from sleep. Added to that I had to park in no parking areas sometimes which made for an uncomfortable night as well. As this was affecting my career I contacted the management office several times to no avail. Finally, I told them that I would have to get my attorney involved and immediately the gates were closed and the security guard began saluting me. Unfortunately, the gates would too often not open automatically forcing some residents to break the gates to gain access. I, on the other hand, would drive to each entrance in hopes of finding a gate that would work or that was already broken. Parking was still inadequate as many spaces required a monthly fee. I was forced to pay an extra $128 per month to get a parking space. I then had to waste my time having vehicles towed that parked in the space that I pay for. This meant parking illegally to box the car in while you wait 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for the tow truck. Maintenance has twice entered my apartment without me being there when explicitly instructed by me and their dispatcher that they could only enter while I was there. The management office would not return my phone calls and one day would not even answer my 5 or 6 phone calls as I was attempting to make a payment deadline while commuting home from work. I reached the management office 5 minutes before closing only to find the doors already closed (i.e. 5 minutes early).
