Their communication skills are very poor, and sometimes the leasing office gives misleading information that will cost you extra money which you could have saved and used for something else. Sometimes it takes forever for a maintenance to be done after you report it to the leasing office.

Good location, mostly quiet at night. Just be aware that people have pets and sometimes can be noisy upstairs neighbors. Apartment has the basic setup, I like the size of the large one bedroom. Rental office staff is very good. Maintenance has been on time and completed any requests

Quiet neighborhood, nice apartments, great school system, beautiful lake with a walking path. However, the increase in rent price without any upgrades is questionable. I have had some issues with trying to get maintenance issues fixed.

When we first lived here the apartment complex and the apartment was great. We did not have any issues with neighbors. But as of the last couple years some of the cons are trash gets pilled up outside the trash can, kids are going around cussing and fighting, there has also been loud neighbors at all hours of the night. The pros are that the staff are very nice, the apartments are pretty nice and the maintenance staff is there to help when something is going on. They do have sheriff's drive around the complex here and there to check things out. They also allow you to have doorbell cameras up as well. Its not all bad I would probably rate this a 7 out of 10.

The office workers and maintenance staff are very helpful, respectful, nice and understanding. The area is nice and quiet. The residents are also respectful and nice. They have a food bank and several different types of activities every month.

The community is generally quiet and staff respond to requests. The community is close to grocery shopping and entertainment. Neighborhood has a lot of space for the kids to play and walking your dog.

These apartments are definitely more expensive than they should be around $200/mth. Maintenance is slow to respond. Trash bins stay overflowed. The office staff are nice and they have some type of event each month (though I've never participated). I stay because I hate moving.

This community not so bad. One of the reason I moved in here was for the gym. One of the equipments are on a wooden plank and missing dumbbells. Overall it's quiet and no one bothers each other. I just wish the gym was better.

I love the neighborhood. I have been here since 2022. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are very spacious. I'm very happy that they put more trash bins throughout the neighborhood. Maintenance does a good job.

This is a pretty good community. Don't expect renovations to your apartment and do expect a gazillion emails about events people with a job can't attend, but overall it's a nice place to live. Maintenance requests are handled fairly promptly. I like that this is a quieter community.

There is no continuity of customer service. The best thing about the apartments is that they are close to everything. They are old and when the are renovated they are sloppy and not done properly. It doesn't matter how many times the pest control comes or how much you clean there is always roaches.

Decent Experience, good amenities, helpful front desk. Biggest problem is getting maintenance requests done & overall building cleaning. Buildings have not been power washed since I moved in (2024) and problem is that every building has dirt buildup and many spiders. Pest control for inside the apartment is decent, haven't had many problems with roaches. Inside apartment utilizes older/cheaper equipment so it needs to be maintained for often. For the price, I would have expected more regular cleanings for the outside of the buildings.

Water pressure is extremely low and the water is lukewarm at best. Shower quickly, because the lukewarm water does not last long. Also, not sure why we're charged a pest fee. The ROACHES are insane. Not only am I a minimalist, but I have OCD tendencies and my apartment is clean. However, I still battle roaches every night. It's not fair that I keep a clean home and still have to tolerate pests. And according to the lease, it's my responsibility to hire pest control. Even though we pay that monthly fee. I'm not renewing once my lease is up next spring. I can't wait.

Nice enough - don't trust the base price on the site/brochures. Mine was $1890 but after water, trash, peat control and service fees, it's over $2000. The 3-bedroom is spacious! Kitchen cabinets need updating - they're old and have water damage. Paint was still wet on move in and got in our clothes. Office staff is amazing!!!!

Community is very welcoming. Apartment homes are spacious. Balconies are huge. Kitchens are updated. I enjoy living here. The only downside is maintenance. Multiple requests, waiting months for work orders that were placed at move in.

If you have an emergency maintenance issue, be prepared to wait an entire day. Additionally, they're way too expensive for the space/community amenities. The office staff is often rude and uneducated.

It was decent but not the best. My apt ALWAYS smelled like weed from the neighbors. Or a dirty old bar during the summer months. Just kinda cost way too much to live here for what it was worth. Don't think I'd recommend

Residents should have at least one sign park. During weekends and holidays it's no where to park close to the building bc visitors. Was very clean! Parents are not looking after kids which they leave toys around playing in the street.

The Grafton Station apartments are old. The balconies are rundown, but community is great aside from the occasional police being called for rowdy parties. The management is top-notch they take care of everything. It's far from the best place I've ever lived, but also it's very good when it comes to price for the area I would say out of 10 I would give this apartment complex a 7.

As any place you live, there is always a negative, but here it is more positive. Good location, caring workers, hounds kept very nice. Have no trouble getting repairs done. Neighbors are friendly. Comfortable here

I moved into the apartment in June of 2025. First month is okey. Then the problems began. I have water dripping from my bathroom fan, moths flying aroud and big cockroaches. If I knew what kind of living conditions there were, I would not have moved in.

I used to enjoy living in this community but it's not the same anymore and I honestly cannot wait to get qualified for a house to get out of here. I used to feel safe and felt my children were safe here but thats also no longer the case after more than one bullying occurrence in this community. Rules in this community are constantly being broken. Dogs with no leash, people not cleaning up after their pets, bikes and junk in the breezeway, children playing and screaming in the breezeway and around everyones vehicles, people being disrespectful of the dumpsters and trash rules, and the list goes on. As residents that stick to policies and are respectful of others all of these things are frustrating.

For the most part, over the past four years, I have enjoyed it here. Retired, reading what I want and listening to my music, all on my own time. Quiet. After 34 years working for the navy, I need it.
