Office people are rude and lose checks. Turnover in there is horrible. Maintenance sucks and will not fix anything that is actually broken. They do not relay information in a timely manner, or at all. Overall this is a horrible community and I don't recommend anyone live here.

      It's alright. Rather quiet but you do have a few vehicles that think everyone needs to hear their music. Then there are those who just speed through. There used to be swings for the kids but they were taken out so now there is nothing for the kids to play on. It would be great if they were brought back and some kind of playground for them put in.

        Very good apartment!

        Tiffani was very helpful in the search and securing the apartment as I was coming from out of state. She was able to get me a reasonable apartment that suited my needs regarding access to work and amenities.

          The rent costs are too expensive generally over the years I have lived here. But, it's safe here. I am comfortable with the staff who are very polite. The garbage dumpster is not sufficient for the number of tenants and frequently over flows and smells. There very adequate lighting. The amenities are very nice. Best of all, it's pretty safe here.

          I really enjoy living here. It's quiet and clean and in a nice area. My biggest thing that is going to cause me to leave before the next lease is that the rent keeps raising a significant amount and there is absolutely nothing done to improve the apartment or amenity's to cause it to raise. With inflation being what it is nobody can afford rent to keep going up with no improvements done.

            Had some issues when first moving. The carpets were not done and I waited a few more days to move in. They took some money off the rent for the month, however it was still inconvenient. Staff is nice and respectful. Work orders get taken care of in a timely manner. Nice neighborhood. Overall its been a good experience.

              This apartment complex is amazing, between the location being near multiple stores and resturaunts, the apartments themselves are usually quiet and relaxing. For me, I am only 15 minutes away, and with any issues we have the maintenance team and leasing office are always able to help. The only downside is that we are in an open area which leads to possibly fake solicitors. Usually only around the holidays.

                This is a nice community. It's quiet and convenient to stores and highway access. The rent is reasonable in comparison to other communities of this size. The apartments are basic and well maintained. The grounds are kept up, but there are too many residents to have just one dumpster.

                  It's ok. Just like every other apartment these days, not worth the price but no other choice at the time. Rent keeps going up with nothing to show for it. Sewer bill is always close to $100 a month. I will say maintenance is always on top of things for the most part. Some of the office staff are friendly but they change a lot.

                    I've really enjoyed living here. The only problem I've had are occasional noise disturbances from car stereos and occasionally from my downstairs neighbor's stereo or upstairs neighbor's children stomping.

                        My experience here at Grafton station has been pretty good, my concerns I normally met , through maintenance and leasing office, right now my only concerns are the huge dogs on the property, and the residents that are not following rule such as, trash on porches , grills,trash issues in the back especially I've seen shopping carts , the rules are not being kept and staff just overlooks these issues in the back. Beer bottle glass ect. Didn't even get fresh mulch in the back .not sure how you decide whom is approved other than the financial credit, but there are thugs and residents that are tearing up and drug selling activities and acting out especially int the back buildings. I've called police over nc over and have made complaints to leasing office, and normal response is take pictures, that does not apply for all issues. There need to be more attention to these back buildings.

                            this has been the nicest property i've lived in out of 3. the maintenance men are respectful and the women in the office are always beyond friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. they're always excited about the raffles and events they're having and it really helps it feel like home.

                            Well it's not good as soon as we moved in there was a lot of bugs, so me and my girl keep deep cleaning our house but more bug still keep coming out of no where and I'm paying over 1700 for bugs to be in the crib. We keep telling them but no one is doing anything and the maintenance people never help on anything I don't see them ever. No one picks up their dog ---- and it's ridiculous so I'm not doing it . It's a nice area but too much for no reason it's sad

                              Maintenance can be a little slow & have to be reminded of requests. Certain items "break" within days of being repaired. Also feel there should be some programs or something to help with Rent increases. Like split rent, part on 1st and 2nd half on 15th. Choosing to pay Rent vs eating or putting gas in the car is getting Harder and Harder. It's like no one cares about the struggling households. Some are too embarrassed to speak up.

                                The overall experience has been okay at best. It's a nice area and the people here are nice too but nothing ever gets done and the level of miscommunication from the office is astonishing. There's a few maintenence works who have to manage all the buildings here and often times we have to either leave a message or fix something ourselves because we can't get through to them. Then when maintenance does come, there's 1 or two workers who absolutely do not care about the job and leave things about or rush. As for the office, I've personally had three mishaps with them regarding noise complaints without any information on what the noise was, rent miscommunication, and inability to work around our schedule with our dog when it came to fixing a leak in another apartment. Beyond this, we are asked to maintain cleanliness with our pet, which we do, but others do not abide by, the tennis court gate has been broken for sometime and no one seems to be getting around to fixing it, the dog park gate has also been broken for sometime and again no one seems to be getting around to fixing it, and in top of that the dog park here is not suited for larger or more active dogs who like to run. It's literally a square with no real interesting obstacles or space to allow dogs to be dogs. All of these factors have led us to begin seeking other places of living. For the last and final issue we've had here, the rent is outrageous! $1300 for a one bedroom, one bathroom, at 950 square ft????? That's ridiculous! The rent has only co tinued to increase, there have been bug problems forever, and it's just getting worse and worse as time progresses. As a starter living situation it's not bad given it's location and safety but as long term housing it's just gone downhill.

                                      Moving in wasn't great but now that in its ok...I have been waiting on repairs and just simply just tired of asking...I need kitchen sink ,fridge and bar in bathroom and 2 closets repaired. The breezeway be dirty as well.

                                          For the most part, I have been extremely pleased with my experience. There was a very rude office manager at one time but she is no longer there. The staff now is very pleasant. The only complaint: vehicles in parking lot that do not move AT ALL...expired tags, inspection, etc. Received an email that tow company would be removing these vehicles but nothing has been done in the past 30 days.

                                            Wish there was a basketball hoop by playgrounds. Wish the pool was open for more of the year. Wish the boards on my balcony were replaced. Wish the kids didn't scream every day off the bus and create chaos

                                              It has been a good experience. Office and maintenance personnel are pleasant, helpful and effective. The landscaping flowers are always beautiful and they do a good job maintaining the grass and leaf pickup. I moved here from a house and don't miss doing the mowing and leaf collecting.
