It is a very nice and mostly quiet community only time it's loud is when kids are being loud, loud cars, or people blasting their car radios, but other than that I've taken to the community and area and quite well I don't have to worry about my safety or my possessions being stolen either. Rent is a little high for what I'd call an outdated apartment microwave and fridge are outdated and the wood needs to be treated at each buildings stair cases and they should also pressure wash each building starting to look a little ratty. For what we pay we should be looking high class not trashy put those maintenance workers to work with these tasks they are just smoking and joking anyways literally whoever hired these workers should be embarrassed I would be.

    I reside at 600 E and have been here since January, the staff here are not renter friendly at all. In March I requested a new bedroom window and screen because the present window is discolored and not able to view thru, and I have no screen. The property manager asked for me to send a picture via text tor her phone, and replied that a window replacement would be coming and the fabricator would come to measure. That was done 2 weeks later, and 2 weeks later I asked for the progress and was told the window had not come in yet. A month later I asked for progress and again was told the window had not come in. A month later I asked for progress, and was asked to send a pic by text to see what the problem was. The problem is that this window has still not been replaced, with a screen, and I am being treated as if this is a new complaint. When will this window be replaced?

      It's a quiet neighborhood and peaceful. The office crew is so polite. And the maintenance crew is pretty on point with residents needs. I love it out here. I would recommend this community to anyone that's thinking about living out here.

        This is the most fragile apartment I've ever lived in. The kids around here destroy bikes sitting in bike racks. Swarms of mosquitos outside of my apt door.Huge roaches everywhere. Not rent again here

          It's fine for what it is, but the quality of everything shows how long it's been since work has been done on anything. Water damage, ac breaking, mold, doors are mounted incorrectly so they don't shut (same with cabinets) other than that it's okay I guess. The only way it could get worse is if MORE black mold grows due to water damage or my ac goes out. Also, only half of my stove works too, again the low quality/age of EVERYTHING is a real and serious problem that residents should not only be warned about but it's something that can lead to future problems down the road. It doesn't help that you have to call maintenance on separate days for separate issues or they won't be able to fix it. I've got a few gripes with the quality of my apartment to say the least

            overall experience has been okay. the apartment was not correctly rain protected before moving in. we have issues with mold in our windows and was told over a year ago, that it would be replaced. other than that experience is okay

                One and two bedrooms are very small with no storage space. The water bill is unfair, because it's based on the entire building and split between tenants. The playgrounds are frequently vandalized, and trash is common.

                  Overall office staff is friendly, the maintenance team isn't the greatest though. The area is nice, clean and quiet, but my apartment building smells like weed and for as outdated as my apartment is I don't think it's really worth the 1400 a month.

                    My experience has been okay. Neighborhood is quiet. Getting ahold of maintainance is rough. It is frustrating when rent keeps going up, about 100 each year, and stuff keeps needing replaced. I understand that rent goes up but the amount for such a small apartment is unreal.

                      It is a good community. A lot of family's live here. The only thing I don't care for is the trash is always over filled and the postal service always puts wrong mail in my box. I'm guessing others get mine but I never see it.

                        Great area. Very family friendly and pet friendly. There are wood roaches rarely. These apartments are located in a dense tree area so it's expected. Maintenance is so nice. The front office is alright.

                            I’m a real person that lives in Grafton Station apartments and I’ve been a resident for two going on three years. I can honestly say that I have not had any major real issues with the staff, the maintenance, or the neighborhood, or community misunderstandings here and there but resolved still and all. I appreciate being in a neighborhood where children can play and not have to worry about nonsense happening when it gets dark. It’s clean for the most part, rarely deal with bug issues (ie. Roaches), and fairly quiet. Now in particular I would like to give a major thank you to leasing consultant Chantys West who has always went above and beyond to resolve any issues I may have had, she has made problems that may have come up , easy to deal with and get past. It has definitely been a smooth couple of years here.

                              These apartments are dated the fridge is small the stoves are to small to cook a meal on you have to use one burner on each side to cook windows are old and air comes in heat unit is old their maintenance work hard on up keep the place is well kept just needs updated

                                In the years we lived in the apartment we experienced three water leaks from bad plumbing and miss managed maintenance, we have come home to a apartment full of smoke due to incorrect repairs which turned into a replacement of our entire heating and ac. In the last two years the office staff has become very unfriendly. We have watched many good people move out due to the office managers inability to help out its renters.

                                    Love the pond and all the trees in the community, makes it feel very peaceful and beautiful. I have had a positive living experience here overall. Rent is fair for what you get. They are older buildings, my apartment is unrenovated and on the ground floor and I have had problems with bugs despite my best cleaning efforts and having them come spray and spraying myself. The renovated Apts or those on the second or third floor may have less of an issue with this. Maintenance is fast and friendly, management is also friendly. I love that every Apt has a porch or balcony. Only complaints are the bugs and wish there was recycling offered and more storage space in the apt. I have been very happy here for two years so far.

I had some unexpected speed bumps arise and she still went above and beyond to assist me to the best of her ability!                                           Great location and very friendly staff! Taliah is the BEST! If you get an apartment at Grafton Station I highly recommend Taliah! But all of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient when something is not working or broken.

                                              I have lived here for a month now. I have enjoyed the apartment, as well as the convenience to grocery stores and restaurants. It very quiet and peaceful. The staff here is amazing, especially Ebony. She made the move in process so easy. She is also there anytime you have questions or concerns. Maintenance is also great! When I first moved in, I had two minor issues. I sent a text to maintenance, and he was there the next day to fix both. I feel I made the right choice by choosing Grafton Station!

                                                Grafton Station is the very best! Thank you to Alex, Maintenance Technician, who arrived on time to for our maintenance needs. Alex was very friendly and we enjoyed his visit; my little dog Rascal loved the attention as well. This is our second lease year and we could not be happier with the service by the amazing maintenance team and the grounds technicians keep our grass/landscapes in beautiful condition always. This was the first time meeting Alex and appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. I would also like to show appreciation to Ebony, Assistant Manager. Her kindness, genuine care for residents and prompt response is greatly appreciated. It is such a pleasure to rent a home from Grafton Station; Ebony and Alex are two outstanding examples of the true meaning of excellence in customer service. Thanks again! Mitzi & Mikl

                                                  I really like living here a lot. A good neighborhood in an area with great schools for my son, the groundskeepers and maintenance guys are really cool, and Brittany in the front office is just hilarious.
