My experience so far has been good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure to check in and help get things completed. The maintenance staff is also friendly, professional and prompt. I've only been here less than a month but I am looking forward to the rest of the year here.

Aparments are nice. Landings and stairwells could use cleaning and repair. They are very dated and dirty. Office staff is exceptional. They are really cool people. Knowledgable and efficient. Very good at their jobs.

Pretty good, valet trash is always on time. If the elevators go down they are quick to get it up and running again. Could be more parking spots for residents. I think its a decent place to live for the price.

It's a great community. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also it is not that far of a drive to downtown. The area is clean and well kept. Being able to have garbage picked up by setting it outside your door is a great plus while living here.

A great place to stay! I highly recommend, nice and quiet, easy access with elevators. The location is perfect in regards to going to certain stores. I plan on renewing my least for the 3rd time this year.

The maintanance team is great, but the management sucks. I was told they wouldn't fix my ac because it costs too much money. I would not move into this apartment complex, and I don't plan on renewing my lease.

I moved here because it's close to my job. I like being in the middle of everything it's just convenient. The apartments are really nice and affordable. The office staff and maintenance are very nice. I like that we have a gym and a pool

Moving process was easy. Very safe community, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. All appliances work great, staff was very helpful to answer any questions I had before and during the move in process. .

It's ok but, not the best. The ceiling height is definitely the best part, it makes the apartment feel like it has much more room than there really is. The outside is usually clean, the only problem that I have with it is that I pay extra money for trash valet and they're not available half the week.

It's clean and quiet and private and the people in the building are nice. It's a pool and private are to relax and bbq. Also it's a work out area gym to exercise. I love it's a gate to make you feel safe

Very quiet community. I like that there are elevators for use. I like that theirs an area for dogs. Very affordable and looks nice on the inside. Maintenance is fast on responding to any problem that needs to be addressed.

This is a nice community. Great location. Close to anything you could possibly need. The only downfall is that the grounds/common area needs to be kept cleaner and gate needs to work more than it doesn't.

The community is well situated in a nice area of town with good distance from shopping centers, a Walmart, a Publix, and an array of restaurant choices. The community is clean, has well maintained security, and is for the most part quiet other than being directly under the flight path.

So far experience has been great. Only downfalls are: no other amenities except for the pool which is great and gym, which is in poor condition most of the time. There also should be more updates on the hallways and stairs : very dirty and outdated. The units are so nice inside, the hallways should match! Wish there was an open grass area or playground for the kids. That would be a huge perk considering all the families we have. Even a safe grassy or soft area to play catch would be so nice. We are so close to the stores nearby, a sidewalk to the shops would be incredible but that it moreso of a county/city issue. Overall love living here and the staff is so kind and quick to matters. Units are quiet and residents are respectful

The Retreat is a great apartment community. Apartments are nice and spacious. Location is situated near multiple stores and restaurants. Maintenance is typically handled very promptly. Parking could be better.

My experience here at the Retreat at Schillinger has been great. The office staff are very courteous. I have not had one bad experience interacting with them and the work orders are completed in a timely manner. Love the occassional food trucks onsite.
