Overall it has been a good experience. Negative: I do smell pot, smoke or other drugs coming in from other apartments through vents. Some neighbor harassment. Some good neighbors too! Good location and layout of apartment. Has everything-dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Like the inside hallway layout. Ramps and handles in bathroom. Handicap accessibility is great!

They work hard to promote happiness, and satisfaction. You can feel safe, and walk around as if the whole place is your own home. The staff is also like family. They work hard to meet the needs of tenants.

The Retreat is an excellent place to live. The staff is is very friendly and accommodating. I've lived here for over 3 years and I've really enjoyed it. The location is close to great restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, parks and the airport. This is a great place to live alone or with a family!

Staff are phenomenal and the units are nice. Don't have many complaints really. I think having assigned parking spots would be nice. That way when I get off work late at night I don't have to park so far away from the building I live in.

It's nice and quiet so far the only thing is parking gets hectic after 6pm you have to hurry home just for a decent parking spot but other than that everything is fine and I love the valet trash it's pretty convenient.

This community has been amazing already, i feel like a part of one big family. Every time i see someone they are so nice to me or my roommate. I love living here, the location is also very convenient. It is right by everything we need.

The office and maintenance staff have always been helpful. I have never had any issues with loud noises or unruly neighbors. I will say one negative is that at times the gates do not work and are open, making it easy access in the community. Overall, my experience has been pretty good.

We love living here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is efficient and courteous. The two times we had emergency maintenance problems, they were addressed right away and fixed. Every month there are fun activities for the residents. We use the pool almost everyday. The grills are always being used. Everyone just has a fun time. I'm really happy that we moved here. Thank you

I love living here! The office staff is so sweet and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces every time I go to the office. They go above and beyond in every situation presented to them. The maintenance staff is the same way. They have always helped fix whatever I needed to be fixed. I have never had them be rude to me or mine. Nice place to live.

I have enjoyed the friendly staff the most. They have nice gatherings for us to enjoy and they are always willing to help. I also like that it is a dog friendly community. Maintanance is really good when we have a man issue.

So far the community has been great. Everyone is friendly and the move in went smoothly. The grounds are nice and maintained and the trash valet service is extremely helpful. So far we have enjoyed living here.

I have enjoyed my time here at The Retreat. I love the amenities especially my personal washer/dryer. The complex is well kept, cozy, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional. They make me feel at home.

Katie was one of the best leasing agents I have run into in a long time. She definitely deserves a raise and more authority with this property. You couldn't ask for better service! I would recommend this property without a second thought!

During the first tour we knew this is where we wanted to settle down a while and call it home. The agent who walked us around the property made sure to find us nice apartments based on what we needed. Since moving in then it's been a wonderful stay. The other residents are pleasant, aren't loud, and you can enjoy the amenities at your leisure. So far the pool is my favorite.

So far everything has been wonderful. The staff has been very helpful and polite. I've only been here a short while but already feel at home. The apartment is so close to everything and the amenities are very nice and well kept.

Staff is super friendly & helpful. They made my move in seamless! I did not have to wait to fill out paperwork. Everything was done online or over the phone. I love the elevators & convenient carts to help you haul your stuff.

Best staff ever! Despite the rain, move in day was a breeze. Our apartment was so clean and it was obvious they had recently painted the walls and restrained cabinets. The office was quick to answer any questions I have had and help out when we had a couple issues!

We enjoy living at The Retreat at Schillinger. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. Anytime there is an issue, the employees are sure to take care of the matter promptly. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. We truly appreciate your kindness!

I have lived at this community for over four years and have had a good experience. Any time you need work done the maintenance team always comes on the first day and they are always very friendly and helpful.

The pool is nice. There is a common area with WiFi and a T.V. on the bottom floor of each building. They are not maintained very well. There is a stale smell and the wifi doesn't work. The stairs are filthy and smell. There neighborhood is usually very quiet which is good. The office hours on the voicemail are not correct so make sure you have the right info. The voicemail needs to be updated. Some of the services the voicemail mentions are not something the complex offers anymore.

The office staff and Frank, from maintenance, have been extremely wonderful. I am not stating that other maintenance personnel are bad, I've mostly dealt with Frank. They take mail on my behalf, and greet me whenever they see me. I do not believe that priority has been given to lighting, which is a safety concern for me. I live in building 2 which is near the back of the complex. The lighting is dismal at best. I work late which means I almost always have to park in the back. I think the rising rental fees should have included funding for lighting. If it is an issue with the power company, then I believe we should have an advocate from LMS. It is the main reason I have decided to move to another complex when my lease is up. The initial concern came when I had the unfortunate experience of an inebriated occupant/guest yelling at me with my daughter because I took a spot he thought he should have. This happened in the back where it was dark, and I was genuinely concerned for my daughter's and my safety.
