Maintenance doesn't complete problems in apartments very disappointed maintenance don't know why they only talk about jobs that need to be done. They show up but don't do the work or give you a date that they are going to come back and complete work that needs to be done. To much power is given to maintenance that's why nothing is completed

The Retreat has its ups and downs. I like how trash is picked up in the hallways which leaves one less task a person has to do each day. The amenities are great. Pool is nice. Now the things I think how the Retreat can improve. The lights have been out in apartment building two leaving it extremally hard to get to my actual apartment. It looks like a horror movie. Also the elevator inspections in building two are way passed due leaving it quite dangerous to navigate in. I have had the elevator stop on me while moving between floors quite a few times but it will only be a brief stop. Also the front gate it never closed which leaves the complex opened for anyone to come and go when they're not residents. The purpose of a gated community is to feel safer and to reduce the numbers of car break-ins.

Lived 20 minutes from here all my life I like this area because of its nearby stores and restaurants the gated community and I love the trash pu so far all issues with maintenance are handled quickly and friendly

I personally have never had a bad experience here. The office staff are polite, courteous, and helpful. The maintenance crew are hard workers and fix the problems when they are called. This is a great place to live.

The office staff are very professional. They are the sweetest ladies you would ever meet. Maintenance responds quickly to resolve any issue and they get everything corrected the first time!! I love The Retreat!!

So far so good! I have been there for 2 weeks. Everyone has been nice and helpful. I love the space and floor plan. I am glad there is an elevator which makes a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone.

The staff has been very nice and inclusive. They have been very attentive and understanding of my needs and circumstances. They have also accommodated for it too! They are easy to contact and if they miss a call they always call back as soon as they can. The community is kept clean and i feel safe there

It is a family friendly community that is calm and relaxing. It went smoothly with my move in. In general, everyone seems to be nice to one another. I was only having trouble with the internet while the thunderstorm was knocking out the connection to the internet while I was trying to use it

So far we have had zero issues with anything. Katie made the whole application process so easy and helped us along the way when we needed it. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. We are going to love it here I'm sure.

The commuinity has a great mix of young and old thats pleasant and courteous! Although some of the dog owners do not clean up after there pets in the back dog park! There is a good vibe and I feel safe when walking my dog at night!

Great location, great staff. Everyone is very friendly and there to help you during the entire process. Plenty of places to walk your animals, pool is great and the community rooms are convenient to use.

We love it here! The complex is clean and the staff are nice as well. The pool area is great and is never too crowded. Love that there are tents out here as well as grills available for residents. Great complex!

I love my apartment, newly renovated and it's modem lux. The buildings are very clean on the outside maintenance does a very good job keeping the community clean the buildings clean elevators working. Great quiet place to live.

The office staff was very kind and very helpful when I had a million questions about the move-in process. They are quick to respond. I had to clean a lot when I moved in, but they did provide new carpet, which was very appreciated. The gates help make me feel safe and the location is great; there's everything you need all around.

Lovely apartments. Everything is clean and plenty of parking. Office and maintenance staff are always friendly. Pet friendly apartments including a dog park. Poop is nice with grills beside it. Great community

great place to live. staff is very curteous.Katie in the office is need to do more work on the hallways like cleaning and mopping. People just dont clean up their messes anymore. otherwise all is fine.

Retreat is a wonderful place to live. It is safe and convenient. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have lived in Mobile all my life and this is the best apartment complex I've lived in. I don't believe you can find a better place to live.

My apartment was not clean upon move in and my dryer was not working. The issues were fixed within a week. I'm overall pleased so far with the process and property. Maintenance seems to care about handling issues.

Move in was easy walked in got my key. Have an elevator so you don't have to carry your sofa and big stuff up 4 flights of stairs. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been wonderful. I had a problem with my mailbox key and had a new one with in minutes.

Perfect service, friendly staff! Can't say enough how quick and responsive the service was. Apartments are gorgeous, definitely worth the price tag. Full elevator service for easy moving, and handicap, pet friendly.

This is a wonderful community nice neighbors. The neighbors or very helpful. Jasmine was very helpful when applying to get this apartment. She was very kind. The pool and the work out room is very nice.

This community is a great place to live has good service nice neighbors the trash man is not so great my trash has been there for like 3 days but he took my neighbors trash and the maintenance is a little slow.

I wouldn't live anywhere. Else community is great. There's not a lot of crime in the community. Neighbors are quiet which helps when you are a night worker. Community is clean with plenty of area to walk your fur babies. Only thing I would suggest is a play area for the kids that live in the community

Great place to live. Close to everything. A wonderful dog friendly environment. Friendly staff & maintenance issues are always handled promptly! The pool & gym are beautiful. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars ?
