Great! People are nice and helpful. The staff are very helpful and kind. Nobody bothers one another. It's quiet and gated which is the best part about it. They are very quick about answering service prompts if something isn't working or broken.

Moved in November of 2022. The staff att the office made me feel like family from day one. The apartment is perfect. Love the elevator, I have a senior dog that has joint issues and the elevator is the perfect way for her to make the move to an upper floor.

I really love living at the retreat, mainly on account of the staff being so professional and caring. I would like for the grill area to be operational so the residents can grill out year round and get to know each other which would only contribute to a stringer community here (and drive more business to the Retreat). The pool area should be open year-round as I really enjoy swimming in cold weather. Also we would really love a coffee machine in the lobby. Please and thank you and thanks again for the opportunity to review this complex.

Overall the apartment is OK, Good thing it has elevators in each building. There is a lot of parking space too. Apartment surrounding cleanliness needs to be improved. Hope the apartment amenities will be fully opened for use such as the business center. One of the thing I wish to comment is my washing machine and dryer are not fully clean when I moved in as I still see some residues when I did the flushing.

my experience at these apartments has not been good so far. so many issues i have discovered just in the few days of me moving into my unit. regardless if the unit is "upgraded" or not damages should be fixed before the next renter is moved into the unit.

Great apartment, great community. The application process was quick and easy, and move in was just as quick and easy. We have had minimal issues and the few times maintance was needed, it was after hours and on the weekend. They were quick and prompted to fix the issues.

The complex is like a hotel. Don't like how far you have to walk to get to your apartment door. Elevators to move furniture in is broken and the other elevator is not kept clean. Maintenance and office staff are super nice and fast.

Has been a great experience. Work orders are completed on time. Haven't had any issues with them or any of the office staff. Packages are always delivered to the office of my front door and don't have to worry because it is gated.

I have only been here for a little more than a month. I have met many nice people while walking around the complex. I think it is a good fit for me. The apartment complex is convenient to many stores and restaurants which is also a plus!

It's been a great safe community very clean and all staff has always been helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Mobile area have enjoyed the close commute to work and shopping.

The staff were courteous and prompt in repairing the problem we had. We were totally satisfied and very happy. Will continue to work with the staff in future issues knowing they will react promptly and do a very good job.

I moved in two weeks ago and it was not cleaned when I moved in and nothing has been done about it. The carpet was covered in dirt and dust and I spent a whole week cleaning after moving in. Everything was just nasty.

My experience has always been excellent. I have a good relationship with the staff and maintenance staff. All requests have been taken care of quickly and professionally. Anytime I have noticed problems they are taken care of immediately

My experience here has been good for the most part. As with any apartment home residence, there are going to be issues. However, for the most part, I have found it to be safe and quiet. I have little appreciation for people who do not keep their pets on close leashes, let them poo and not clean up behind them, and those who leave garbage in the hallways on 'no pick up' days. Otherwise, my good comments are likely more than the negative ones.

I love that we are close to shopping centers. There a gym onsite and I enjoy walking my fur baby. The staff is very nice and friendly. The apartment homes are very nice and spacious, nice patio porch.

I moved here August 18, 2022, office staff is very cooperative & friendly, if there are changes being made they address it immediately by sending an email ASAP. Mailbox needed a new lock put on, once it was clear the office had to replace the it was done immediately. Light fixture in Bedroom Closet was completed after part was ordered & completed on 8/19/22.

This community is overall great! Very family friendly and staff is swift with responses. Only issue is the residents and their animals! No matter how many mass texts or messages the complex sends out about cleaning up after their animals inside and outside, people still allow their animals to pee all on the steps and in the halls it will sit there and stink really bad!!!!!!! The complex has had maintenance clean before and hired someone to mop the halls which has made it a little better. Overall, the community is quiet, the people are nice, the community stays as clean as possible, minus the resident's dogs and other animals!!!!

Very good apartment! It is gated and it feels safe! Frank on maintenance is your man to talk to if you have any issues ! I don't have many but when I do I call him! Very nice place to live ! I feel like apart of a community!

I love my 800 square foot apt. I hate the parking situation. I think it could be cleaner . The trash valet needs improvement. The rent is a little high. And the gated community ha (gates are always broke) .

So far, my experience has been awesome overall. My neighbors are all so friendly and the area is just beautiful. No matter what the problem is maintenance is always on time and everyone is so helpful and kind all around!

I have now been here for 7 days and have only slept here twice. It is a nice apartment but the complex is not very clean. Trash in the road, trash in the woods, bugs in the hallways. I feel like I have to look for these thousand letters every time I go into my bathroom. We pay extra for pest control, so there should t be any bugs. Especially inside the apartments! First floor looks like they have it worst!

I initially was looking for a 1B/1B in the downtown area, but stumbled across the Retreat at Schillinger. I scheduled a tour and loved the community and staff. Needless to say, I decided to make the Retreat my home. I believe I made the right choice!

In my short time here it has been a convenient place to live and a quite area. There is plenty of space for my family of 5 and 2 cats. I appreciate the elevator when moving things to the fourth floor and having pool access for the kids this summer is ideal.
