Great apartment complex. Not noisy very clean amazing pool. Great maintenance always fixes things immediately. Security does a great job. The schools are located nearby. Lots of shops and stores also located nearby.

It is a nice community complex, but I still have bugs in my apartment. I think there bed bugs in my sofa. I need the exterminator again. This is a safe complex. It's a nice complex but some way bed bugs got in my sofa and exterminator didn't get rid of them.

Katie was wonderful in helping us move in from North Carolina. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. Maintenance has been very timely with work orders. The overall experience has been great which eased my anxiety following a long move.

They sold me a dream. I can not wait until my time is up there and I'm running as fast and far as I can. Trash everywhere, loud neighbors, gate has been broke for 3 weeks and 4 days(I moved there because it was a gated community for safety), the pool has just been fixed, and good luck finding parking late at night.

Honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. Everyone here has been amazing, from the move in to even a year later everyone is nothing but helpful and every work order was done same day or next day. I have really enjoyed living here.

Staff helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, family oriented community. The setting is pleasant, palm Trees, wooded areas gives overall feel of relaxation. Far away from the street to not hear constant flow of traffic?

Rude office staff to tenants?.never get pest control services inside your apartment that you pay for each month, so I spray the grounds for fleas and my apartment for fleas myself. Like living here because it's close to everything and Denzel one of the maintenance guys is so nice and always doing great work!

Staff is very helpful and treats you very well. I have been living at The Retreat at Schillinger 4 months now and it feels like home. I enjoy living here because I know my daughter and I are in a safe area.

So far I'm really enjoying it my new home. I love being close to everything. Visitors have a designated parking area. May be a lil far but I understand that the tenants need their parking spaces. I love being so close to my family

Low standards in regard to keeping up the apartments and property, too expensive for what you get, dirty hallways is the norm, taking your dog for a walk on the property is like stepping onto a minefield of dog poop.

Great and very friendly staff. I come from Arizona and Kaity and Ann made it easy thru the phone to complete all the requirements and be able to move in at the desire date. I would recommend this please. The staff is very efficient.

It's so peaceful and the maintenance crew is very prompt with getting things fixed! Having the elevators are a lifesaver too! It helps a ton with moving and bring groceries in. I would definitely recommend here to someone else!

My experience here has been great! I'm a disabled person and the Staff has been very good to me and my upgrade that's been done panting and new security gate is wonderful. New staff in the office is good

Great apartments and neighborhood to live in. The staff are very nice and always working to get whatever job you need done. The community is very quiet that's a big plus. You'll definitely enjoy living in this area where it's a lot of shopping and entertainment everything is all together or close by!!

I love it here. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at hands down. Everyone gets along it's like we have our own little small community the neighbors are great, very family oriented. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great staff who will do all they can to help you have a positive experience. When my keys did not work to my mailbox, they quickly issued a work order and allowed me to borrow their key so I would be up to speed on mail services.

Highly recommend staying here! Staff is great and I got moved in in no less than 4-5 days. The lease specialists are amazing and make the process as smooth as can be!! It being a gated community that took pride in its appearance was another plus!!

The Retreat is a clean, family friendly apartment complex. The maintenance employees and office staff work quickly and are very friendly. My roommates and I move in experience was extremely easy and as stress free as it could be with elevators for moving furniture and the keys and move in packet were readily available when we arrived.

Every has been wonderful. Maintenance crew & the office. Katie is great. The pool is fun & clean & parking is great. I love the gated & am happy to receive text from the office to keep us updated about the community.

So far it has been a great experience, the apartment is great and spacious. I enjoy the fact that we have a gate therefore not everyone can enter, gives a sense of security that most apartment complexes don't have.

It's been great so far. Our current situation with our above neighbors is not ideal but other than that we have really enjoyed our stay here and it had been a great time until these new neighbors moved in and are very loud and move around heavily. Other than this issue we are happy here
