I'm disappointed at how u prepared the apartment was. Staffs were great but you get tire of telling them nearly every week that something isn't working. It needs to be ready for anyone signs the contract is sign. I would take a picture of everything for your own record .

Very nice ppl all around! Great friendly Staff. Very quite! Much helpful! I was very pleased with the apart set up very nice! Not a lot of noise! And great neighbors that I have!! No problems at all!

People that live here are very nasty. Always throwing trash beer bottles or beer cans on the ground. Person that lives in 2308 stands at her front door and smokes marijuana at all hours of the day. We dont do drugs but we have to smell the hallway when we leave for work or come home. We will not be renewing our lease. On several occasions the gates are left open over night I called the police on 3 persons trying to break in cars mine included. Very disappointed with this apartment complex

I just moved here and so far, the staff has been so nice and helpful. Maintenance gets anything fixed pretty quickly and are very friendly. It's also a very quiet community which is always a plus! I'd recommend living at the retreat at Schillenger to any friends and family!

i have lived here for a couple of weeks now and i absolutely love it! the staff is super helpful and worked with me to get me into my apartment exactly when i needed it!!! also, i love how quiet it is all the time, i barely ever hear the footsteps you would hear in any other apartment! maintenance was also super quick with fixing a problem i had! I put in the work order and by the time i got home that day it was fixed! overall i am loving the retreat!! i applied for this apartment because i had heard so many good reviews from people i know so i knew this was the best place for me! thank you !!

The office ladies Kristen and Katie made the process so easy and walked me through everything since this was my first time renting an apartment. The apartment was clean and everything worked great. Definitely a great experience for my first apartment.

The office staff are great and answers any questions or concerns that you have. However, please keep the community up to standards with the cleaning. The elevators are filthy. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in WEEKS! If you want the residents to not leave trash cans out for long periods of time at least have your maintenance staff clean the elevators at least 3 times a day. With COVID keep the standards high.

I love living here! The staff and everyone I've come into contact with has been very friendly. I feel safe here and my apartment is really peaceful. I love how it's so close to grocery stores and shopping. 10/10 recommend

It was very easy and a smooth process getting moved in. The office ladies walked me through everything with whatever questions I had. They took care of whatever problems I had and handled them in a very timely manner.

It has been very nice. I've like the location of the apartments a lot. Grocery stores and food places are close and convenient. The people over met have been very nice. I love the dog policy and that there isn't a weight restriction.

Since COVID-19 the community has gone down hill. We have not be able to use any of the amenities that we pay for. The pool has been closed since March 2020 and now they claim it is closed due to " renovation". I see absolutely no renovation being done on the pool. The community lounge areas for each building is closed as well. Some of the more "Luxury" apartments in the area have all their amenities open for residents. Paying over $1200 a month for absolutely nothing! They could at least lower the rent for residents since we are not able to use the amenities that we pay for. The elevators are absolutely filthy. There are 4 lights out in building 2 that haven't been replaced in over a year.

It is a nice place to live the staff is very friendly and courteous would highly reccomend living here it is quiet never have any problems with neighbors the office staff goes above and beyond helping you out and are always super nice

Have alot of issues.. Will be looking for somewhere else to live when lease is up. Very disappointed. Maintenance for ac is like clock work every week . breezeways stink and are dirty all the time. Very disappointed

This community is quiet and peaceful. However, it would be nice if our breezeway would be cleaned on a regular basis. I clean in front of my apartment. I love to keep my front door area clean, and safe.

I love where we live, my previous apartment we had to literally harass maintenance to get the job done. The people at the front desk are very friendly and always have very bubbly personalities and don't mind asking any question or concern that you have.

We just moved here a couple of months ago and I like it here very much. Do wish though I had a sidewalk from my back porch to regular side walk since I have to use a walker or my wheel chair. Hard to get over with those stepping Stones they have now.

Ok other than a few issues with water leak in wall and ac problems place is nice would like to see paint work on bad paint though parking is full and spaces r really to small to park without being up against some one else s car

Friendly and helps any way they can. Maitness is one of the best in this complex then I have seen in any other. The animal lovers could do better at picking up after there pets but an over all I enjoyed my time with the Retreat.

Very efficient and clean. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Work orders are done efficiently and effectively. Moving in was a breeze and everything was kept clean from the previous owners. Very quiet and homey.

I enjoy living in this community. The apartment is nice and very spacious. The maintenance workers when they come are very professional and does their job in a timely manner.The hallways could be cleaner. The people overhead can get noisey at times.

Retreat at Schillinger is an exceptional apartment complex, with an exceptional staff, and very good amenities. I've lived here for 5 years now, along with my daughter, and we've made use of the clubhouse, the pool, the pool table, the movie room, the exercise room, and the dog park. We've never had any problems and we even know some of our neighbors. The staff is friendly and conscientious, and the maintenance guys do a great job. I definitely recommend living here.
