My experience has been good so far. Slight noise complaint with corridor commotions, but fine. Corridors could be cleaner. I wish there were more amenities on the property, like a car washing station. I like the valet services and wish the compact trash area was cleaner.

Really great community with great service. The only thing that is not good is that there have been a series of vehicle break-ins on the property, which does not make one feel as secure as they could be.

I have only been here for a couple days but overall it seems like a nice quiet apartment area. Very close to everything. The pool area is nice. Dog park area is a little small. Price is decent for a 1BR

Took them days to finally get our background check processed after calling and calling. Stressed the fact we were moving ACROSS the country. Got angry and then the manager finally took care of it..there was a problem on their end and if they had just checked days sooner to make sure they were doing things correctly..it would have no been no stressful on us during an ALREADY stressful time

Move in was simple and easy. Our leasing specialist, Jasmine made the move in process amazing and quick as possible. The community is quiet and a very young group community. Everyone is respectful of their surroundings and keeps the community clean.

When I first moved in 3 years ago the apartments were kept up a little nicer and the office was more strict about keeping the breezeways clean. They used to have a cleaning service come through and clean the breezeways thoroughly. I will say within the past few months it just seems like they just don’t care and don’t hold tenants accountable for keeping the property clean. We are given black valet trashcans to properly sit our garbage in for pick up; however, when you walk through building 2 a lot of trash is just sitting out on the ground. Cardboard boxes are to be broken down and taken to the dumpster by building 1 by the tenants. I am tired of walking though these expensive apartments and seeing trash, dog/cat feces and other questionable trash in the breezeway.

When we first moved in on 2021 things were great as of last year things have gone down a lot and it's has turned into what I've tried to moved away from. Neighbors are loud and nothing gets done about it. AC been broken for 3 weeks and rent is over 1200 a month.

Living here has been ok. Katie is always super helpful in the office. My only complaint is that there are some tenants here that have loud music and you can smell marijuana. The elevators sometimes don't work.

Has Had its Up and Downs. Management and Maintenances Staff very helpful, Courtesy and Responsive. Tenants, Respect for Community has been a let down. Tenants don't seem to Respect Rules or Regulations set forth by Community Guidelines.

So Far so good. The hallways, elevators and especially the stairwells really need to be cleaned and painted. The outsides of the apartment are looking pretty bad. That is literally my only suggestion.

Wonderful Experience Great dog friendly place Great Maintenance Friendly Staff Grounds and Swimming Pool area is very nice. Gym is great! I love having elevators! They are great for groceries and furniture.

I love staying here. The office staff are so kind and sweet. They are also very knowledgeable. It's also quiet here and don't have to worry about too much. The pool area is always a vibe. Jasmine and Katy are the best at it

Communication with the leasing office was very clear and easy! We enjoyed using the AVA (apartment virtual assistant) service provided as they made setting up everything very easy for us to do. My only thing was (and this is because I am a clean freak), I checked the top of the kitchen cabinets, and there was quite a bit of garbage up there on our move in date, and the inisde of the dishwasher still had some brightly colored food stains, along with greasy vents over the oven/stove. These are things that I would've liked to see cleaned upon our move-in date.

I recently moved into the community and so far so good with my move and the condition of my unit. I have noticed a lot of pets on the premises and saw that there is an owner that does not pick up after his dog. The poop was picked up within 24 hrs by either maintenance or another dog owner. This issue concerns me because I have a toddler. This occurred just outside of my unit.

Community is quiet, access to the elevators. People could do better with their animals where they are popping and not getting it up. Close to my work place and love not having to drive far to the restaurants

Overall, great experience living at The Retreat at Schillinger. It's quiet and peaceful and never had any issues. Sheetrock issues take a little longer than I would like for it to because it's cosmetically unpleasing but every other maintenance request that I have put in has been done promptly.

First of all, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with situations. I mainly deal with Katie and she is the absolute best. A lot of places are nice, but the way you are treated here makes the difference. Yes, you are a tenant. But they treat you as a friend and that is what sets this place apart from the rest

Katie was very prompt in getting us into our desired unit when needed and had great communication prior to move in. On move in day, we received our keys as promised, unit was cleaned and ready for move in as agreed. I would highly recommend Retreat at Schillinger.

Not good. I can't park in a Handicap because others park there. Office won't do nothing about. My Dr. Submitted a reason why I need to park close and ask if I could be assigned to one. That was October and here it is December. Office keep giving me the running round.

This community is being ran like a pile of ----. No communication. No responsibility. No common sense. I hate it at this apartment complex and I can't wait to move. So many bumps in the road for literally no reason. I would rather live in a barn than have men coming in and out of my apartment without consent while I was asleep and naked in bed.

It's nice community but has kind of gone down hill and I'm only being honest, it seems some residents don't take pride in where they live or respect their neighbors by throwing trash around or not cleaning up after their dogs and I figure being disabled I can bend down and clean up when I walk my girlfriends dog when she's here to visit then throw in the breaking down of elevators which seems to happen more often than when I first moved in

Windows do not open. I contacted the office on the 17 of November and windows still not fixed. The apartment is very nice. I have an electric bill already . I have only been here less than ten days. How can that be???
