The size of the apartment is nice. The grounds could be nicer. The stairwells are dirty. Parking could be better. The maintenance needs to complete jobs and keep people posted. I need my bathroom ceiling to be repaired.

I truly enjoy living in this apartment building. It is quite and peaceful. Staff is amazing and professional. Jasmine at the front desk is awesome. She will truly help you move in very smoothly and answer questions promptly.

Good! But can be improved and mostly about the way you contact after hours maintenance. I think the after hour services can be reworked. Because the person I was routed to spoke in heavy accent and I couldn't understand them at all.

Staff is nice and maintence is usually pretty fast, within 2-3 days problem is fixed... The grounds are kept up pretty good also. The only issue is the gate stays broken more then it actually works..

In the beginning it wasn't the best but as time has moved on everything has gotten way better than before. Way more organized and knowledgeable on anything that pops up . Maintenance is definitely friendly and on top of everything.

Nice and quiet. Staff is courteous and friendly. Grounds well kept during the summer, but is full of dog feces any other time of the year (to the fault of the community). The pool is heated, but small and can get crowded. The pool area is very nice though, I appreciate the access to grills. The gym is small, nice for beginners and -unless you're a powerlifter or cross fitter - has just about everything you need. However, elevators smell like urine and hallways are usually dirty with the occasional dead roach, but it's hard to prevent that with outdoor halls. Exterminators also come in every other month or so and bug populations are maintained. Overall, it's a nice place to live, a little expensive, but nothing compared to city prices.

I enjoy living here. It's safe, gated, and quiet. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the events they hold in the office as well for the holidays. I wish they would open the movie theater and business center though

The Retreat is good. I wish there were more cameras to keep record of who comes on premises when accidents occur. They have fixed the gate so that made me feel more secure. The neighborhood is quiet but the apartments above me are not lol.

The maintenence at this community is good, well educated people and they try to fix your problems. The office staff however, they can be shady and pretend to take your complaint seriously but nothing gets done about it. I don't see why they treat complaints from tenants who pay every month like pests annoying them at work when we are the people who pay every month on time. If I ran this community, I would ensure all tenants that pay every month on time and full get some kind of resident reward. And tenants that don't follow the rules get held accountable.

Awful! I do not like this unit. I've lived here before in 2015 and I loved it but it's ran poorly and nothing is the same. My car has been hit. The lounge rooms are closed. The elevators smell like dog urine and weed. My unit smells like mold and my appliances are always going out. I have roaches in the unit as well. I hate living here!!!!

At the Retreat at Schillinger, All my maintenance issues are quickly taken care of! The office staff and maintenance staff are super sweet and easy to talk too. I just moved here a month and a half ago and I love it so far. By far the most peaceful place I've lived.

The apartment complex is very maintained. The office staff are always so nice and helpful. Never had any issues with any problems and it's quiet and peaceful. It is also great that the complex plan special treats and events for the residents

it's been great. outside stays clean & the hallways stay clean. usually very quiet. staff is easily accessible. i like that the gates can be accessed through the app. parking is good unless you get home late. love it here.

Apartment itself is so nice. Hallways and elevators could be updated and cleaned deeper. Not as many amenities as were promised, but the pool is really nice. Maintenance is fast to handle work orders.

So far it's been pleasant but underwhelming. The maintenance staff needs help. It doesn't seem as if they are staffed sufficiently for the number of requests they are getting. But they are professional and get the job done when they do arrive.
