It is safe and pet friendly. The office knows me by name and are always very helpful! Biggest issue is maintenance not finishing what was started. I liked that they took serious precautions when COVID first broke out. However still having those precautions has gotten to the point of odd (still cant use buildings communal areas and need an appointment for the gym.

The apartment overall has been a great place to live. The office staff are very helpful and empathetic. Everyone in the community seem to be very nice and neighborly. I do have some friends who have had a different experience here, but so far my experience has been pleasant.

Nice and friendly and very good staff. I have lived here for three years and it been good to live here. I will be renewing my lease. Because I like it here a lot. It's very comfortable here and lots to do here. The people that live here are very friendly and kind

Overall, I have had an excellent experience at the Retreat at Schillinger. Everyone is very friendly and the grounds are beautifully kept. They have all the amenities I could ever need; including a dog park, gym, and pool.

Really friendly and close to where working. Staff really helpful, very clean. Apartment on ground floor. It was ideal to rent because it was close to where my guys are working save me substantial amount of money on the hotel's

Friendly staff, great place to live. The community as a whole is great as well. Everyone is great here. I feel safe, and protected here. Great schools near by, shopping centers and restaurants are close as well.

Beautiful community. Easy process when moving into the community as we transitioned from NY. There is a dog park on premise. On Schillinger Rd you have major shopping stores and restaurants within 1 mile of complex, perfect!!

Close to everything and has a nice landscape. Can't wait for the pool to open up it looks great! There's a gas station right next door as well which is extremely convenient if you want to go for a walk and grab a drink without having to drive anywhere.

The retreat has an on-line application process, auto pay for rent and a resident portal for placing repair requests. There even have trash valet service. So far I'm very impressed and have enjoyed my stay.

I just moved in so I can't give an accurate assessment as of yet. However, I would be willing to provide feedback once I've lived here for awhile. I know moving in during a pandemic has affected some of the amenities that are normally provided. I will take that into consideration, as well.

Great so far. The place is clean, quiet, lovely. Neighborhood is cool with almost everything accessible at few miles. Restaurants, shops, gaz, church and so on. There is a pool and BBQ stands available.

I moved in on 4-9-21. Please give me at least six months to give a review. Today only makes one week. The apartment is very nice and maintenance responded to a work order in sufficient timing. In six months send me a review of my stay. Deeply appreciated.

It's been great and fulfilling! I always wanted to move over to this specific complex since I discovered it back in late 2016. Kristen got me squared away quickly and moved in within 2 days of me moving out my old apartment. I love it over here!

So far I havent had any problems and its quiet which means alot because I am a truck driver and I need my sleep I like the fact it's a gated community and no one can get in unless I let them in .they cant just pop up

Everything is great! I love it so far! The washer and dryer provided was really a plus for me. I can't wait for Social Events to start back. Also, I will enjoy the pool and gym. The gate makes me feel safe but would like it to be fully gated.

Friendly Staff. They are very helpful. Maintenance department is quick to address any issues that may arise. They are currently in the process of paint the outside of the complex. They also are painting hallways and everyone's front doors. They seem to care. Happy so far.

Very Good - super friendly. Overall ,everything was made easy and user friendly compared to other rental experiences. Each staff member from the office to the maintenance department was easy to work with and a pleasure talking to.
