Liv ahwatukee its a really Nice and quiet place, with really nice and clean amenities, friendly neighbors and friendly staff. Great pools and are open 24 hours which makes it super convenient with our work schedule

I've never had a bad experience with this complex and I've been here since 2017. I've lived in other apartments and they don't even begin to compare to this location. The staff is great and the services is fast!

It's a great community with a very helpful and kind staff. The amenities are amazing and it's always clean. I was worried about the location because I had heard rumors of the area being unsafe, but I am very happy with the security the community offers. I never feel unsafe here for me or my children.

The options for getting to know your neighbors, enjoying the community, and giving back are endless. The staff is highly skilled and incredibly nice. The amenities are open all the time so I can use on my schedule. Fantastic place to live.

Love living at this apartment community. The pools and gym are amazing. The staff is so friendly and always available to help. Mike from maintenance is so kind and always so quick to come and fix anything even a lightbulb going out. Monica & Gabby in the front office helped us get set up here. They send us email updates about the community and called to guide us through the process of renewing our lease. They have made living here a wonderful and stress free experience.

pretty good. expensive though. maintenance is friendly and efficient . amenities are pretty good. apartment building common spaces are kept clean. had an issue with them towing my car for "abandonment " during the height of the pandemic though. overall still a pretty good place live 4/5

Just moved in with my roommate and our two dogs but so far Alexis has been a wonderful help in the entire process of out apartment search. She kept in contact with us not only after we made our finical decision to reside at Liv, but she still contacts us to constantly make sure everything is going smoothly with our new home.

Going on 6 years here. Love the community and love the staff. The maintenance team is very attentive and helpful as well. The apartments are spacious and fit our needs. I would recommend this community to friends or family.

Very satisfied with maintenance crew. They answer in a timely manner and are always helpful and friendly. The grounds are always kept well and clean. When the pool or other amenities are down they are repaired in a timely manner.

Liv is an amazing community. The office staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. All of the amenities are great, and Ive only encountered one time when the hot tub was down due to being serviced. My apartment is very nice, and the space of the apartment is well laid out. I love that I have a separate full size washer and dryer. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

Trying to work through some issues hopefully we will have a resolved as of Thursday, August 4 thanks for all your help Monica nice place Very handicapped unfriendly very few handicap spaces no way to access stepping up the curb there are no ramps or anything here by the parking spaces very few handicap spaces somewhat disappointing

I have lived here since Oct 2018 and I have enjoyed my stay. The property is kept very clean, manicured, and safe. The Office and Maintenance Staff are great! They're all very friendly, professional, and timely in serving the Residents. They're also really great about serving and engaging the Residents with different Events. Overall, it's been an AWESOME place to Liv! Shout Out to the Mngr. Monica?You continue to do an AWESOME job here?a BIG Thank You for all you and your Staff does!

Well maintained and lots of events
The management does a great job of keeping the community clean and the grounds maintained. Staff is quick to respond to requests. The community overall is safe and generally quiet. The beach pool can get pretty loud during the week throughout the night and the rent is going up pretty substantially with each renewal, but this is a nice place to live.

Love the anemities the apartment has to offer. The dog park is so nice my pup loves to run around. The gym is diverse with equipments so there is enough to do if there are a lot of people in there. The pools are gorgeous.

Staff is pleasant very helpful. Tons of events going on throughout the week in the community. Pool gets busy on the weekends. Daily cleaning of facilities and the maintenance team is fantastic and quick.

My roommate and I came here as a fluke, because we had seen the outrageously high rent prices. So we wanted to check out the place. It turned out to be fantastic. The amenities around the complex are awesome and the overall quality of the apartments were great.

This is a fabulous place to live! It has well maintained and beautiful amenities. It's conveniently located to freeway and shopping as well as restaurants. The grounds are flourishing and add to the overall sense of tranquility. The staff is professional and helpful and plan community events regularly. It's a great place to call home!

Very nice place!! All amenities are in good shape. Overall a nice place to live. Stores, schools, restaurants, public parks are close, so regardless the activity you enjoy the most you will have good options close by!
