It has been nothing short of amazing. Great events, great community and amazing staff. I am so glad I found a home at LIV! My experience here has been very unique moving in during the pandemic but then all of the events started coming back and the pools on the weekends are very relaxing.

This place was awesome. Very professional staff and family oriented community. Close access to the 10 and 202 for daily commutes. Look forward to calling this place home. Great shopping centers and restaurants.

As a possible candidate for residency at Liv Ahwatukee, my husband and myself we impressed with their floor B1. We fell in love with the whole layout and space that it offers. I would definitely recommend checking them out. The staff is very informative and friendly. I have never seen a complex like this so involved with its residents. And the amenities offered are more the just the typical pool and gym. Check them out.

This property has beautiful amenities the property is well maintained and the staff goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. The management team is effective and present when any issues come about.

Once we got away from the crabby lady in1138 we were good. She called the police on my 2 year old son 3 times for bring loud absolute waste of city resources n called security on him too. This lady should realize apartment living isn't the senior community living where there's too much silence.

The day I came to view the available unit I knew I would be living here. Crystal was very knowledgeable about all the questions I threw at her. When she said there was a gas range I told her didn't need to see the unit, give me my keys!!! I love it here.

Living at 'Liv' in Ahwatukee has been a vrewt experience. The community here is more than just a place to live; it's like being part of a big family. The pool area is my absolute favorite ? it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I've met some amazing neighbors while lounging by the pool, and we often organize impromptu get-togethers. The community activities are another highlight. From group yoga sessions to weekend barbecues, there's always something exciting happening. It's a fantastic way to connect with neighbors and create lasting friendships. I've found myself attending events I wouldn't have imagined before

LIV Ahwatukee is in the top 10% of apartments. It has lived up to my high expectations. My biggest complaint is this stupid questionnaire that requires 200 minimum characters. It is a bad mark for an otherwise excellent apartment complex.

Best amenities, great school district, easy freeway access. Clean and modern apartments. Multiple staff members are always keeping things in order. When repairs are needed they are prompt and professional.

It was our first Apartment in Arizona and the experience is very positive for us so far. I would recommend this community for any future residents. The staff is very helpful and social events are also good.

Haven't been here long but everything is going great. I love the amenities and our apartment is really nice as well. I can't wait to go to some of the community events. I have a feeling I'm going to really like it here.

My apartment faces the pool, which is very nice. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating and very pleasant. I like all the events that are Offered every month month. I would like to see the stone areas refilled, a lot of dirt is coming out of the empty spots

Liv Ahwatukee is a wonderful place to live. There is such an inclusive and neighborly environment. The Liv Staff are always very responsive and attentive whenever concerns arise and they keep the apartment complex looking absolutely fabulous! It is definitely worth it

We moced here from Europe and Liv Ahwatukee had absolutely the best feeling and vibe out of all aprtment complexes we visited. Staff and services are on totally different level. Our son loved all 4 pools, game room and splach pad. Never regreted we moved here!

Community has dramatically declined over the past 2 years. The rent has increased dramaticly while the quality of the units are no longer in line with similar locations at the same price point. Changes have been made to lower costs of upkeep for the units and no longer have the luxury style that once was a staple of the community.

I had some difficulty with upstairs neighbors allowing their children to run in the house for hours, I had to call the police department because, I felt like the security on campus & front office ignore my needs of getting rest. This has a been an issue for me with 3 different tenants upstairs. I also do not like that neighbor allows his dog to urinate in the gravel in front of my porch or on my porch. This was address with management & I felt like Monica didn't understand the cleaness, I wanting in front of my apartment.

Very nice community. Nice apartments, quiet neighbors, and good amenities. Maintenance is very responsive if you have an issue and will usually fix the problem within 1-2 business days. The office staff is kind and helpful as well. There is a good sense of community here and it's easy to meet people through community events.

So far it has been nothing but a positive experience at liv ahwatukee. the amenities are great and the apartment is up to date on all appliances and the overall appearance is very satisfactory. we are happy to have chosen liv apartments.

Liv has so much to offer when you're looking for somewhere to live. Positive energy all around, from the office to the neighbors around you. A lot of amenities to consider when looking for a place to live. A safe and friendly environment. Dog friendly living environment.

My total experience at Liv has been nothing but awesome. From the moment I entered for my walk through the staff is so pleasant and welcoming to the office being very welcoming and smells amazing. There is so much offered here, from community events to 24 hour access to everything here as far as pool and hub which is so awesome. There are so many places to hang out that it's always room for you in some part of the community. Awesome for pets and there is even Yappy hour for them, just unbelievable. It's like living at a resort and has all the benefits on a daily. I'm very satisfied.

I liked location of the apartment complex. The size of the apartment itself is wonderful. When I came to do a tour, the staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were well kept.
