Staff was very friendly during the move in process and helpful. There was a mix up with our unit and had I not view our specific unit before the move in date we would have been given the wrong unit. The cleanliness of the unit was extremely upsetting. We had to out source our own cleaning company but the floors are very damaged there was still a mess in the second bathroom when we moved in. The amenities are nice, the neighbors we have met so far have been helpful and friendly.

This apartment is very clean and well maintained also they have gym, two separate swimming pools, kid's playground, dog park, etc and they do lots of activities like yoga's, kids club, they celebrate some festivals, etc? specially with kids we enjoy a lot here.

Beautiful complex and friendly staff. Made the move-in process simple and stress free. The apartment units themselves are well kept and spacious and even with a small move-in repair needed, it was completed same day!

Very safe and friendly community. Never have any problems with requested maintenance. I've recommended living here to two different coworkers who now live here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

There is always something to do or something of interest going on in the community. There is happy hour, kickboxing and many other things to participate in. There is also plenty for the children to do as well. I love how involved the community is in the residents.

It took me a few years, but I finally made it. Not at all disappointing; massive upgrade in my life. This apartment feels safe, fun, friendly, and peaceful. It attracts great people who are growth minded, wellness centric, and ambitious. I appreciate the social incentives and the cultural diversity. Thanks Liv for making my home feel great!

Its been really great and comfortable, all the people here is kind, the gym is enough to stay healthy, the spa, the 4 pools. I just love it. I live at the corner, in the last building and it really quiet.

I love this community. I wanted somewhere I would feel safe & could meet new people. Loving here at Liv has provided both. The events that are held create a great sense of community and allow you to meet new people. The amenities being open 24/7 is another huge plus.

My experience has been great so far. I love the cleanliness of upkeep of the premises. The staff, both main office and maintenance are always so helpful and kind. The neighbors are nice and are always happy because this community inspires well being and happiness. I am so happy I was able to find this place and make it my home.

I feel like the issues you do have take for way to long to fix the main gate right next to my unit has bin broken for almost a year and the pool gate next to my unit also doesn't work please fix the security issue

I enjoy the clean comfort and excellent grounds at LIV. The noise level is higher on the weekends. The stairs are steal and can be loud at times, if folks are not aware or considerate of the matter. I would like to see neighbors take safety of doors more seriously.

The community is alright, we like our unit and the amenities. We like having a balcony and being close to the pool. however, the experience with wifi and trash have been rather frustrating. We like coming to the events that management puts on.

Luxury amenities are a huge plus. The multiple pools, game room, gym with Yoga studio and Amazon lockers on site are things I use every week. The espresso/ coffee machine is a daily stop as well. A great staff from the office to maintenance handles everything very professionally. Liv Ahwatukee is a great community.

Has been awesome to live at Liv, the amenities are incredible and you can spend time with family and friends, the staff is always ready to help at anytime and they are very kind, it's near of grocery stores and main streets.

The apartments are fantastic. The location is ideal and the amenities are great. I can't say anything bad about the apartments. My wife and I fell in love with these apartments as soon as we stepped inside and we loved the gas stove.

We have only been here 2.5 months so far but we absolutely love it. Any maintenance issues have been taking care of within 24 hours. Our unit was really well built so we don't hear our neighbors next door, nothing is constantly breaking off unlike our last complex. We have a huge patio, which is amazing for us because we were hoping to buy a townhouse this year and we're unable to, so having a lot of space made it easier for us to feel at home.
