All is great at this place, except for some people following the quiet hours at the pool. There is no way to control this, for people living in front of the main pool and have to work next morning it could be inconvinient!

Love my apartment! Very nice around the apartment complex . The complex keeps up very well. Staffs are friendly. The pool are very nice. Only a little thing that the yoga class keeps canceled with out notify us I am just a little frustrating I came waiting for 15 minutes no one show up no signs posted for the class canceled. Over all I love the place!!

Quiet community. Trash butler service is convenient. Centrally located near freeway. Apartment was in good shape at move in. Clean and in good working order. Nice view from third floor. Parking located right at the apartment.

I love being closer to my family and friends on this side of town again. LIV is very dog friendly for our little guy. I very much enjoy all of the amenities LIV offers, especially Pancake day. The pools are incredible, having the Amazon Hub is really convenient for packages. The staff is very friendly and quick to handle service requests. Until I'm able to buy I can see myself very comfortable here.

I love the location of Liv Ahwatukee and I chose to live here because of the safety features and commuting spaces. I have two small pups that love the bark park, and enjoy walking the property abs meeting others.

Liv is the only place I recommend who is having family and an electric car. The activities for kids and adults are awesome. And at the end of the day you need not worry about soaring costs of gasoline. Liv has 3 electric chargers and it's a no brainer for anyone who has EV to Liv in Liv.

The employees are very proffesional and have a great attitude! They do everything to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and always meet your needs. The cleanness of the whole area is impecable!

They are quick to address maintenance problems in the apartments. It is helpful that they have "quiet hours" at night for daytime workers and the grounds are very quiet during the day for people who work at night to sleep.

So far I have been very happy living here. I like the conditions of the apartaments and the services provided. The social events specially the happy hours are awesome. The only suggestion I would have is to consider to built roofs for unassigned parking lots.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Liv Ahwatukee. I am a family of five and we love it here, we've never been anywhere we're we felt more like home even with the staff. I have made life long memories here and will continue to live here until we feel it's time to move on. As for now, loving and living like no other ;D

Just moved here and I love it already. The community is nice and the stuff they have for activities are very nice. I'm glad to say I found a nice place like liv ahwatukee. Very satisfied with the place.

Excellent staff, immaculate grounds, heated pools, fun activities, great neighbors. We have been truly happy here. It feels like a community, but also feels like vacation every day. Who wouldn't want that?

From beginning to move in and now, the experience at Liv has been exceptional and surprising! Everything is clean, the residents are kind and considerate, the maintenance goes above and beyond while also having very few issues to repair.

The community is beautiful. It is like living in a resort. The pool areas are amazingly beautiful. Although everything is so beautiful, the resources are not used. A significant reduction in quality of activities due to pandemic. Chef meals replaced by pancake breakfast, etc.

Move in was easy. Clean and kept up. The pool areas are maintained and very nice. Overall, great complex. Front office is nice and knowledgeable. Move in was easy. Appliances are new. Community is quiet.

Great clean peaceful community with fun activities every month. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The management is good, very accommodating. Maintenance team is good. The location is next to major retail and grocery stores. Overall, my experience is was very pleasant

We love our community, the staff are very nice, the condo provide us a nice , gym, dog park, pools , we have once a month happy hour and breakfast. The apartments is very big and nice. So far we don't have complaints, very happy and satisfied with our decision.

It's like living in a resort. Good amenities, activities and services. Not much to worry about since most of the services are included; except for gas and power. This gives you the chance to enjoy life with family!

So far, I have had a good experience at Liv Ahwatukee. The property is well maintained and the staff are professional. This has been a good transition for me, as I am a new resident of Phoenix. I love it here.

Great place to live....Perfect location and access to many restaurants, Fitness centers, local bars, clubs and all amenities. Also great access to the freeway if you need to go all over the valley to include down to Tucson.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! The staff was very fast, efficient, and friendly. I was able to remotely get everything reserved and it was a breeze to be introduced with a perfect welcome gift for our puppy, along with pool gear and much much more. It actually gets better each day since I moved in months ago. Highly 100% recommend Liv Awhatukee!

I have been living here for a month and it has been nothing but great! The staff are super friendly and the apartment was extremely clean and renovated when I moved in. neighbors are super nice and the amenities are awesome too.

The staff has been very inviting, helpful, and friendly. The community is kept clean and overall feels very safe. The front office staff were able to answer any questions I had. I also love the location - it's very close to anything I need!
