I love this complex, its amenities, the treatment of the maintenance staff, the people in the office are very friendly. We like all the activities and classes they do for children, adults and even dogs. we simply love live here

My experience moving into Liv Ahwatukee was amazing. They were kind, aimed to please, and have stayed that way throughout the entirety of my lease. They moved fast for work orders. Everyone is professional. I love these apartments. I would recommend anyone to move here

The staff is super friendly. I moved 3 weeks ago; everything has been nice until now. Maintenance is very good and friendly. The floor plan and 3D are not accurate, so please be sure that your furniture will fit there,

Place is very clean, very friendly people and staff. The staff take care of every need within 24 hours. I truly appreciate living here and the staff that works hard everyday! You can't beat the social events either. There is no place like liv apartments.

Property has lots of excellent amenities, nice landscaping, and excellent staff at all phases. Any issues we've had have been taken care of as quickly as possible. Maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient. Lots of fun activities monthly including happy hour! Great place to "liv".

I'm thrilled with my experience at this apartment complex. The home-like atmosphere, beautiful pool, and amenities contribute to a welcoming environment. Liv Ahwatukee is THE spot. Everything is within commute, if not the entertainment comes to you whether it be food trucks, happy hour, or social gatherings. I love my community and most importantly my children are happy and in a blessed environment.

Love this community! Monthly activities to keep the community interactive and enjoyable. Quiet community that is well maintained. Our dog has adjusted nicely to apartment life. They have a monthly yappy hour for the dogs to socialize.

The apartments are very spacious and modern. And I love the gas range. I've lived here about 3yrs and enjoy the landscaping and swimming pools. The events that they have here are always fun. They have events every holiday and happy hour once a month.

I grew up in the ahwatukee area so leaving it was a big change and I knew I wanted to come back. Searched around and found other apartments but none on the level of liv ahwatukee. Everyone is so nice and they truly listen to your needs and concerns. It is my first time living on my own so this experience has been really nice and refreshing. The area is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves but very friendly. Stores and food places nearby even walking distance if you want to get your steps in! I highly suggest this place, amenities make this place 10 times amazing.

Liv Ahwatukee is an amazing place to live in. Staff is very courteous, the pools are beautiful, maintenance responds to request in less than 24h. Their apartments are very modern & stylish. Krystal at the main office is simply amazing. I love living here

The community and staff are great here. Lots of community engagement opportunities. Very pet friendly. If you live in an apartment with up stairs neighbors, be prepared to hear everything. Otherwise, very nice place to live.

Since I've moved here, my experience at Liv has been a very pleasant one. The entire staff has been helpful in every possible way. The community is beautiful and the upkeep is excellent. The professional staff is outstanding and always friendly and eager to help in any situation.

We have lived in several apartment complexes and Liv Ahwatukee has 110% been our favorite. The complex is always maintained to the highest standards, the staff is great, the events are so much fun and make it feel like we truly are a part of this cozy community. Regarding our new unit: WOW! We are so excited and happy to call this unit our new home and are so thankful the office staff was able to get us in, in such a timely manner. We absolutely love it here!

My experience here is great. Staff makes a priority to call you by name even when I'm just getting in car to go to work, the maintenance staff driving by in cart shouts out a good morning Linda, much appreciated!!

Everything from touring the complex to lease signing to move-in was such a smooth, easy process. We absolutely love life at Liv so far. The community events are also wonderful and it's nice to have such a beautiful place to call home!

My Liv community is amazing! The staff in the leasing office and maintenance are super friendly and curteous. I have never lived in an apartment complex that worked so hard to make sure we know each and every member of the team, this build a sense of a community rarely found in apartment complexes. This community is clean, and they always respond very quickly to any maintenance request. If I have to live in an appartment, I would make sure its a Liv community.

Liv ahwatukee is the best place to live, I have been visited other condos where other friends live and any of them has the quality that liv ahwatukee has, also has a lot of events that people of all ages can enjoy , I'm so happy to have the opportunity of living here

Appears to be a great immersive community inside and out. Definitely a must see for apartment living prospects. It felt more like a HOME and not just a temporary place to lay your head for the time being. Thanks for making me feel welcomed!

Liv is the best apartment community I have lived in. From the staff to the grounds themselves. No other place compares. As a detailer, having a car care center, makes the stay worth it all by itself. The amenities are part of what makes Liv so great. I'm stating until I buy a house. I lov liv.

Clean community. Apartment layout is great and has ample space for storage. Leasing staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests get addressed quickly. Rent is slightly higher than average but you get really great amenities for the price.
