A great place to live. Staff are very courteous and general upkeep of the apartment grounds are great. Maintenance are always prompt. Its a quiet community but the office have plenty of events organized to get people together and foster a good community. Overall, no regrets about moving in here.

From the moment we visited the site, it was very appealing. The application process was very easy to complete and the office staff made it all even easier. Very courteous and helpful, all the time. It's a very clean community, really liking the non smoking, etc., as that helps keep it clean. The maintenance staff keeps everything looking so clean and fresh, always on the job doing their job. There are so many neat amenities offered to appeal to all age groups. A very pleasant apartment living experience.

I ENJOY THIS COMMUNITY A LOT. HOWEVER, I DO NOT ENJOY THE PRICE OF LIVING HERE. COST OF LIVING IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT SINCE I HAVE MOVED IN, I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE SMOKING AND VAPING IN OUR SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT A LOT OF THE NEWER RESIDENTS ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO THE COMMON AREAS LEAVING THEM MESSY AND DISARRAY. I MOVED HERE BECAUSE I WANTED A NICE CLEAN AND QUIET COMMUNIT, BUT I FEEL THAT LATELY IT IS NOT ANY OF THAT AND IT COSTS MORE. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT LONG TERM RENTERS, SUCH AS MYSELF, SHOULD GET MORE DISCOUNTS AND HELP WITH MONTHLY RENT ETC.

With every apartment complex you live in, there will be things you don’t like. It is definitely one of the best in the area but could use some improvement. When I first moved in it was a lot different than it is now. Our cars have all been broken into, the pool area is flooded with non residents having huge parties and the breezeways are filthy and not maintained as much as they used to be. They are very receptive at the office with any complaints, and when there is a reason for compliments I do them as well. Over all a very nice property, the maintenance staff are amazing! Work orders are completed within a day or 2. Unfortunately I’ve seen two of my neighbors with eviction notices on their doors. Prices are too high for everyone to live comfortably.

LIV Ahwatukee has been a "breath of fresh air" when it comes to apartment living, everyone I have encountered on the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The other residents seem genuinely friendly and have a more neighborly vibe. Especially when it comes to the community events that are held. Everyone seems to enjoy them and actually participates, making it a fun experience overall.

Clean, welcoming, fun would be the first 3 words that I'd describe Liv Ahwatukee. I mostly just love the staff here. Very human, polite and friendly. The handymen wave as they pass by, the front desk attendants will help you relocate fallen baby birds. This is a good community.

This community is great! From the office ladies to the maintenance team! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Upon moving in there was some hiccups that were encountered and the Liv team did everything to make it right and as smooth as a move in process as they could despite some things that had happened! They were there for me and never left me hanging
