LIV Ahwatukee is hands down the best in top shelf rental communities. My wife said she would never live in an apartment but since our downsizing and becoming empty nesters we took a chance and now she does not want to move unless we move to Italy! Keep up the good work LIV!

It's a great place to live. The staff and maintenance team are very helpful and any issues with my apartment have always been quickly resolved. It is a safe area to live (for the most part) and very convenient for travel to other areas in The Valley and around the State. There are social events hosted by Liv and the pool and grilling areas are very nice.

We have lived here for 2 years. We are very happy with the complex, the staff, the location, which is convenient to everything. It is a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. All of the amenities are clean and ready to use no matter when! The complex is organized and constantly updated. I have appreciated our 4 years here! The heated pool is also a plus in the winter time.

Beautiful community and apartments but pricey. Very friendly and luxury vibe. Am definitely considering moving here soon. Walking distance from my kids school is very convenient. Lots of fun activities and amenities.

It's been my home for a very long time. It's close to my work I love that it is dog friendly. I love having a gym 24/7. The staff is very helpful with questions. They have a coffee machine downstairs that I love and lots of get togethers for us to meet people. Thank you very much.

1st day I moved in there was bugs in the house including in the carpet, & the washer was broken, haven't been able to wash clothes for work in 4 days, & got a closet in living room that I didn't ask for, when I was told, that specific building didn't have any closets in the living room

Great location, feels far enough away from the busy streets but is a 2 minute drive to a major street. The move in process is very easy and the office staff even helped me move in after normal hours because I experienced some car troubles that delayed me.
