Great community and fantastic community activities. Pancake breakfast or Doggy events are what add another level of reason to be part of the Liv community. I feel safe here and enjoy aspect of the complex. Gym is great and the hub is a fantastic spot for parties.

Good place with different amenities, nice place because is close to schools, stores, supermarkets and restaurants. It is above the average of cost of apartments but I think it is due to the different option they provide to the neighbors to relax or enjoy activities

Clean Amenities. More amenities provided for rental cost and allows you to cut out unnecessary expenses. Able to bundle utilities easily (trash, water, internet). Concierge trash removal. Well worth the rental costs. Lovely grounds that are well kept and very pet friendly.

I knew I would like the apartment complex. It is truly better than I thought it would be. When I decided to move to Arizona I did a google search and looked at over a dozen apartments. Liv Ahwatukee actually did not come up on my initial search. We heard about it from an UBER driver. I believe that was a blessing.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this property! I also loved the spacious lay out and new finishes. The property really is more than a complex but a community with things to do almost every day and tenant lead activities so you can get to know your neighbors!

Major issues galore

This is without a doubt the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I have never experienced such a high number of major issues in such a short period of time. (I moved here in June this year.) It started with a broken washer when I moved in. The issues snowballed from there, with a broken refrigerator, a roof leak, and a broken stove that resulted in a gas leak. Now I’m dealing with a broken refrigerator AGAIN and have been told I need to wait until Monday to get a replacement. Do yourself a favor and cross Liv Ahwatukee off your list of apartments to consider. You’ll be glad you did.
