I love this LIV Ahwatukee apartment community! The leasing and maintenance staff are top notch and attentive to our needs. They plan meaningful events for all ages - there's something for everyone! The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. It's a wonderful place to call "home."

Very happy living here. Great community. Amenities are excellent and very well maintained. Property is very clean and week kept. Maintenance staff is very prompt and strives to make sure everyone is happy. It was an excellent choice for us to move here

The community gets better every year. So impressed with the cleanliness and keeping outside furnishings and great room furnishings updated. Landscaping is absolutely beautiful. Just need to update painting of the buildings and railings.

Overall, after carefully considering every other apartment option, liv ahwatukee is by far the best bang for your buck. I'm terms of safety, luxury, fair pricing, square footage, amenities, you name it and Liv has it.

Liv Ahwatukee is an amazing place to live. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the property is very well kept up, the amenities are great, and overall I have had a great experience while living here. Communication is great as well.

This is our first apartment in 50 years and it's everything good we wanted in apartment living without the problems we feared. The management and maintenance staff has been amazing! They have been patient and kind while being totally attentive to our needs.

Liv is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and the amenities are second to none. The staff is excellent and maintenance is great and friendly. They do a ton of events others do not do. 2 nd time I have lived here and not going anywhere soon.

Move in process was very smooth and apartment was so clean it looked brand new. Staff is very nice and helpful to answer questions. The community is very safe and secure. The amenities are great and the community is clean as well.

Nice quiet non smoking community with friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping and pool areas. Residents are required to clean up after their pets so the grounds are kept clean. Ample parking when guests come to visit.

I have lived in the community for over 3 years. So far I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are very nice. The community is well kept and they are starting renovations, which makes it more appealing.

All the staff is great and friendly. If I had any issues with my unit the staff would take care of it. Swimming pool is always clean and the coffee machine for coffee in the morning is great. The gym is nice and clean.

This is an excellent apartment community to live in. The staff is always courteous and professional. I have never felt unsafe and there are standards of conduct for the residents that are upheld by the management.

Liv Ahwatukee has been a great community to call home over the last year. I work from home and enjoy the 2 bedroom apartment. It's the perfect size for 2 people. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the amenities too.

Maintenance issues day one, Alarm system went off with the 4 month year old infant. Just by unlocking and opening the door. The dishwasher also leaked. One of our bathroom doors would not shut. There were stains on the carpeting before we moved in

Amenities are fabulous and second to none. Yoga, water aerobics, an amazing community center for my children, beautifully designed apartments, etc.? If you have a family, this is the place. It's certainly luxury apartment living.

I love this complex. I never have issue getting issues taken care of by maintenance. The complex is clean and always upkept. Pool and common areas are well maintained. Staff is easy to work with and pleasant.

The apt has adequate ceiling heights, the kitchen has enough storage- wish the kitchen sink basins was one basin and deeper but that's about the only thing I really wish for. The amenities are 24/7, very clean and well maintained and I love all the community gatherings

Absolutely amazing! Everything is very clean, organized and well maintained community. All the staff members have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is truly a community where everyone knows and takes care of you. By far the best apartment complex I have ever lived.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful atmosphere. It is luxury living for sure! The staff is great, several options for amenities, and the pools are amazing! The area is quiet with several restaurants, stores, and convenience stores close by.
