The location is great. It's like living in a resort. The complex is beautiful and the apartments are very modern. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Liv Ahwatukee........

Great complex! The girls in the leasing office are awesome to work with. Very professional, happy, and helpful throughout the whole process. Amenities are great. I love the large patio my unit came with! Would definitely recommend LIV to someone looking for resort style living

My husband & I saw the apt on a Tues late after noon and we moved in on that Thurs AM. Lexi was AWESOME! Let me tell you about the pool(S) they are awesome. The one by the office has 3 pools in one area. The middle pool, I thought it was a lap pool, but it was only 3 feet so, its for toddlers. The other pool has sand and beach chairs. It feels like you are at the BEACH. I LOVE THE BEACH!!! It feels like you are at a resort!!

I love living in this community, the staff is very nice attentive and there is a lot of activities/amenities to show appreciation to the residents. Best pool ever! Neighbors are very friendly and overall the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Very nice office staff. Not the most flexible with regards to move in etc. I requested, after signing the lease, to move in sooner (my house closed sooner than I thought) I was unable to, which was understandable. I asked if I could come and get the keys a day earlier and was unable to get them until Sunday at 11:00, which put us moving right smack dab in the middle of the Arizona heat. Suggestion- plan better than I did, they are not flexible.

I love the amenities! There are so many options to spend time with my family as well as meet the members of the community! The apartments are upgraded as well! I just wish the apartments came with drinking water and that the patios were bigger on the second floor. The first floor patios are great!!!

We heard amazing things about Liv from current residents so we decided to look at the property in planning to move. Our last residency was not a good experience and we were looking for somewhere new that we could be happy to call home. Liv has far exceeded our expectations and we love it. I know residents who have been here 5+ years and that says a lot about the community!

So far the staff has been very friendly. I had an issue when I first moved in with a car in my parking spot and both security and the office staff had this issue resolved very quickly. The amenities are terrific!

The leasing office response is very good. Their reply is very quickly and maintenance is in good repair. The community is very clean. We can use the community area comfortably because of everyone are using follow the rule.

A wonderful place to enjoy a multitude of amenities. Very clean and organized. Great staff. Feels like a very safe place to have my family live. The residents are professionals and very friendly. I recommend Liv Ahwatukee.

Don't sign a lease here. What they call the monthly "water and service charges", are really hidden variable costs used to increase your rent monthly. The managers, in particular Monica, is really rude and will likely let you know this up front. Not only does she have poor customer service skills, but she fires the people in that office on a regular basis. People don't matter here. Is anything wrong with your rental? Be prepared to wait and be disappointed. Paper thin walls make it easy to hear your neighbors and the freeway that is right next to it. I have a had/heard numerous issues when I had a lease here. If the things I've mentioned so far don't bother you go for it. But find out what the neighbors are paying for rent first, it's not equal all around, and be prepared for that number to jump dramatically when renewal is up. Have fun. I'm glad I'm out!

Beautiful grounds and amenities, staff are great. I felt at home here right away, wonderful place to live, it feels like I live at a resort. Also a great location, close to tons of great restaurants, shopping and easy highway access.

Love living here at Liv Ahwatukee. I feel as if I'm on vacation every day. My apartment is beautiful and up to date. There are so many amenities here, such as the dog park, basketball court, game room, gym and pools. We are both close to work and have easy access to the freeway.

I've lived in 10 apartments in 4 different states and I gotta say Liv is the first apartment community I have genuinely enjoyed living at. The quality of the units as well as the amenities (including amazon hub) for the price is hard to find. I'm sure I could find things they can improve, but overall my expectations have been exceeded. Liv Ahwatukee is a place I could stay at until I buy a house.

I have lived in several apartments in my life, and Liv Ahwatukee is by far the BEST complex I've lived. The apartments are gorgeous and so close to anywhere I may need to go. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for my husband and me. I would recommend Liv Ahwatukee to anyone who needs an apartment in or around Phoenix/Chandler.

I've only been here a few days, it's fine. I don't know what else to type here. There's lots of scratches on the floors and the kitchen cabinets were dirty. I had to clean all of the cabinets before I could put anything away. The light switches had thick dust around them. The base board were not cleaned, the bathtub had a dirt stain, the drawer where the garbage can goes wasn't cleaned. This wasn't cleaned to professional standards at all. It should look brand new for your new tenants, but it definitely didn't.

we love it here it's a safe community we went out of town for ten days to Chicago. my husband loves ?? the swimming????? pool he loves the car port ,and the food trucks the different amenities. we love the trash butler, the washer dryer in-house it's been great living here .we enjoyed the syrinade from the balcony that was nice i thought we were in Paris. ??

The outdoor areas and the amenities are very nice. Lots of activities for families. The property is well taken care of. Pets are welcome but the property is kept clean. The property does a good job of trash management and recycling.

We truly enjoy living here, but I feel that we should have received a discount on our rent during this hard times with Covid-19. I was one of the millions that got laid off of my job and it's been difficult to stay a float.

The apartment management changed from my initial leasing period and is under new management and making improvements everyday. The staff is always pleasant and thoughtful. The community is full of pleasant people.

Great apartments that are incredibly clean. The residents I've met so far are all very nice. Usually pretty quite. Very dog friendly community, if you don't like dogs this is not the place for you. Beautiful landscaping which is enjoyable on walks.

I have renewed my lease and would love to stay forever but, I am looking to purchase a home, this has been the best apartment experience I have ever had and I do love the community and the building of the new shopping plaza was great with food and coffee I can walk to.

So far it has been overwhelming in the best way possible. Staff are friendly and courteous. I never thought living in an apartment could feel so much like a home. Very thankful for the amenities at this location, and for the staff always looking for better ways to serve our community.
