Nice facility which provides with good services such as gym, swiming pool, club house, etc. We have had some issues with neighbours who don't respect our intimacy. An aspect to be improved is the overall cleanliness of Liv Awhatukee.

The property is well maintained and whenever I've had needed a repair, it has been addressed very quickly. The staff and residents are very friendly, everyone says "hi" in passing and offers a helping hand if you need it.

I really like living here ? it's safe, clean, and close to my office. The community tends to be pretty quiet, but everyone is pleasant, and the amenities are well maintained. I've had a few maintenance issues but they've all been resolved quickly/satisfactorily.

The community is quiet and clean. I love the no smoking policy. It's nice to not have to worry about that odor. The office staff is great! Very responsive. I love that they have two pool areas. There's always room to swim. It's a fantastic community overall.

This place is awesome and the staff are so friendly. I have lived here for over a year and literally had no issues and any little issues they fixed right away. Everyone who lives here is really friendly and they have all kinds of events like they had a pool party with a DJ and giveaways and they had a carnival with a petting zoo...and free breakfast sometimes and events all the time...Literally they make it so if you get bored here, it's your fault lol. Love this place :)

The amenities here are truly amazing. This year has been rough because we haven't been able to use them. I have had issues with a very loud neighbor which makes it difficult to stay. However, the maintenance and office staff have always been kind and courteous.

Great staff and an amazing community! Always safe and clean! I have enjoyed my stay as there has not been any annoying noises. I am able to use common areas freely without any hassle. A great place to live for young and older individuals.

LOVE our Liv Ahwatukee Community and Staff. Grounds are kept immaculate, staff is excellent and friendly, many amenities ....... presentations, get-to-gethers and social activities, exercise room available 24/7, numerous exercise programs, cleaning services, fast maintenance if required, fast service on any issues, if needed, is prompt and satisfying, pools, tennis, volleyball, dog park, garden area, garages available and many, many other amenities and things to do!

Apartment is great, wonderful floor layout and amenities! Most storage space I have ever had even in a small space. Love the kitchen - gas stove and modern look are a plus! Staff is courteous and friendly and complex is very well maintained!

Great place to live with all the amenities present in the community. Staff is very customer friendly and they really care about the tenants. The most to offer out of any other complexes I looked at. I've been here a week. No complaints! The maintenance is fast. The pools are nice. There's a dog park. The fitness center and game room is nice too.

Living at Liv is like resort living. The amenities are amazing and the community social events are great for meeting neighbors. Being dog friendly is also a great bonus! Despite having many people living here, the community is pretty quiet.

Application and move in process went very smoothly with the help of our leasing agent. She is very knowledgeable and is always quick to respond to me with any questions I had regarding anything about Liv. We are loving it so far! Had a few maintenance issues to resolve upon move in, but so far they have come within the same day as requesting it and fixed the issue

Pet friendly and safety will depend on your views about toxic chemicals known to cause cancer being used during the landscaping process. There are many truly safe ways to rid a landscape of weeds - vinegar and salt water for example, but LIV has choosen to use a landscape company spraying Roundup all over the grounds. There is no notification of when it is used, where it has been sprayed, or warnings to keep yourself, your children, or your pets off of the grounds. Not only did my dog becoming violently ill, other pet owners have mentioned their pets suffering the exact same poisoning symptoms - its well documented what effects Roundup has on pets and humans. My review is simply a warning that if you choose to sign a lease at this complex that promotes healthy living, you will have no other recourse other than to ask management to please help with a change in methods of killing weeds and hope they will. I have been trying but still have received no response...of course I will continue to try to get through to someone who will actually respond.

The community is very nice with great amenities. Staff is very courteous and polite and bey willing to help. It would be nice if maintenance set expectations in terms of when work will be completed up front. I also think they're could be better sound insulation between floors. The sound of foot steps from the apartment above is much louder than I would like. If I do stay after my lease is up I will move to a top floor unit.
