We have lived at Liv for just over a month now, and we couldn't be happier love the floor plan, it's been almost 30 years since we have lived in an apartment was worried about noise, but we rarely hear our neighbors. Love the amenities the trash valet really comes in handy. Maintenance requests are done quickly. I always see the maintenance team out cleaning common areas like the dog park and the pool area. Lots of fun activities each month, food truck nights, pancake breakfasts, and hikes in the local mountains. Liv is in walking distance to area restaurants. The office staff is always so helpful especially Victoria she always has a smile and knows us by name and apartment. Which with all the tenants it's nice to have that personal touch

It started out absolutely wonderful. The grounds are amazing and the pools cannot be beat. However, in the last year, there has been a significant downgrade in tenants and the office's care of the facilities. The amenities are often broken, there have been criminal issues.

Living at Liv is a wonderful experience, I love living here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to live in a friendly and interactive community. From my apartment, to the people, to the amenities I have no complaints. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Every area around the complex is always clean, comfortable and welcoming. I spend a lot of time in the gym and at the pool and have made great friends. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

The service is outstanding. With any building things happen- light bulbs burn out, smoke detector batteries die, faucets drip- but with each minor inconvenience the maintenance staff has been oit within 24 hrs, including a Sunday once!

Great community family and pet friendly. Lots of social events for kids and adults. Love food truck night, and just taking a walk up to the hub on a cold night for a cup of hot chocolate. Great office staff. Beautiful pools

The apt community is pretty safe and clean. Neighbors are generally nice and quite (Grocery shopping is easy - Trader joe's, Safeway and Fry's market place). Maintenance and facility team promptly response. I take I-10 in the morning for my 10 miles commute, it usually takes 30 min in rush hours. Rarely 40 min when traffic is really bad.

Just recently moved in, so far the amenities live up to what I was expecting. Huge downfall is the noise. Pools are 24 hours and so are the parties. Also you can hear every footstep above you which makes going to sleep with kids very difficult. I do feel safe here though.

LIV is one of the best apartment homes I've lived in. I enjoy coming home, it's a beautiful place to call home. The staff is great and they keep grounds clean. I like all the floor plans offered, and I can use the gym and pools 24 hours a day. Living here fits my busy life style and when I want to relax.

Very friendly community. Management in the office are very helpful, and courteous. The activities they provide to the residents are fabulous, with pancake breakfasts, happy hours, activity directors who organize physical activities. Never found an apartment complex with such nice people in the office that are so helpful. Love living here!

I love it. We are refugees from California and we decided to move to LIV Ahwatukee! It's like living in a resort, and I am not just saying that because we moved from the dirty hovel that now is California! We did the 1 year lease, but when it came time to move we decided to stay another year! We are getting ready to buy a house and really wish your company had condos for sale- we love it that much!

To put it simply, don't move here. If you want incompetent, money hungry staff members this is your place. I'm a federal agent, and my job required me to move from AZ to FL. First they charged me $2,000+ to break my lease when they could have taken care of it, stating they didn't have to let me out of the lease because I'm not in the military. Then they incorrectly charged me. I sent multiple emails attempting to get it corrected, and they drug their feet on trying to get it corrected and at the end of the day it was still wrong. So then after trying to get it corrected, for the second time, they just plain out started ignoring my emails. Now I'm getting a warning email from them stating they are going to send it to collections after they have been ignoring me for months. I don't think I've ever dealt with a place with worse communication or care for their residents. P.S. The walls are paper thin so you can EVERYTHING outside your apartment. The AC ventilation is terrible so the living room will be freezing and the rooms are hot. Also, the water is always lukewarm, you will never get cold water and hot water is rare. I was told the water didn't get cold because it's hot in AZ and the pipes heat up, but even in winter during extended periods of cold weather the water still never got cold.

We love it here! The value of the amenities that come with the apartment are out of this world! The garage is large (extra).The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It feels like living at a luxury resort:) Liv is definitely the most pet friendly place!
