I love living at LIV! It is a safe community and well taken care of. I like participating in the community events each month too. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional, any requests are taken care of immediately!

I've lived here for a year already and just switched units. The application and move in process is very easy and the front desk employees are always helpful. The amenities and facilities are amazing and nowhere else can compare.

Liv Ahwatukee is amazing. So many extras. We love the pools, the HUB, outdoor chess area, splash pad, and so much more. Our apartment is spacious and quiet. I was worried when I had read some reviews about noise levels, but I can honestly say, so far it has been very quiet. Sometimes I even forget that we have neighbors. So happy this is our first home in Arizona.

I have to say Liv must be the cleanest apartment building around..great location, the only problem is that the AC is very very noisy also disappointed with the rent increasing every year even when we assigned a 12 months lease.

Just loved living at Liv! The intentional community design is amazing and really works to bring people together. We were new to the area and made lifelong friends and many acquaintances. We were entertained and had lots to do. We also loved the inside of the apartment. Everything is nice, well maintained, Maintenance comes quickly if you put in a request. All around very nice, well run. Also they take the no smoking on site thing very seriously. They definitely enforce the rule and keep the property cigarette free.

Love it, great customer service, friendly and a ton of amenities. Would definitely recommend to a friend! Family friendly as well! Maintenance is quick with service requests. Clean property, well maintained.

the apartments appearance is very clean and there is a friendly atmosphere. the staff has been very friendly and helpful during the entire move in process. I love the pool and the gym, and all the facilities they have to offer.

Wonderful Community,professional and friendly staff and service. any issues we have had were minor and were handled right away by the IPA team. they really care and are committed to maintaining a great atmosphere.

Liv is a truly excellent place to live. The entire staff is just as top-notch as the amazing facilities. I couldn't be happier with my decision to renew. Even better, there are only amazing neighbors around you as well.

So far it has been enjoyable, we love the amenities, and the location of our apartment, it is close to everything, lots of stores and restaurants. The hub is great for hanging out, however tends to be taken over by kids without parental supervision and then half of the things are left broken or missing.

My family and I just moved in this month and we love it!! It was a very quick and easy process getting the PERFECT apartment with fantastic amenities! We are excited to be apart of the LIV community and definitely recommend it!

So far everything has been great. The gym, pool, and other common areas are always neatly kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. No problems overall, yet when there is, the staff is very efficient with helping.

Clean property, friendly staff, great amenities! Pet friendly. A real feeling of community here! They encourage neighbors getting to know each other and it's a really nice feeling to feel like you aren't a stranger. And you can't beat the amenities. Liv has a resport like feel and who wouldn't love to live in a place that feels like a resport!

Liv is a small community on its own. It provides a sense of belonging with activities and great neighbors/staff. The community is clean and well mainted. I have never had any issues and maintainance is always prompt.

It has been good thus far. The only knock it would be that I did want to expedite my move in process. At times I was not getting calls back when trying to see the status of my application. I viewed this as unprofessional.

It was a wonderful experience touring this community. The staff was very nice and warm. the day I signed my lease they made me feel like I would be living in a peace family orientated place, very homey feeling.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff and how accommodating they are. The property is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. My family and I relocated from California and this is a perfect starter home for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Superior landscaping, professional staff, family oriented community, very spacious, modern. All of the residents treat you like family which is rare to find. Warming community. Smoke free!! Literally the air smells amazing

I think this is good and new apartment under good management. Specialy, the hub is very huge and good. And there are many programs, like a movie night and food truck and also pancake morning at saturday.

Liv Ahwatukee has been not only a wonderful but pleasurable living experience. The maintenance staff is fast and on it! Fixes things promptly! The social atmosphere here at liv has been amazing. Not only have my husband and I met friends that will be forever, our daughter who is 8 has made everlasting friendships. It's a safe and loving environment to raise a family!

Very clean community in an awesome location. Great amenities including pools, grills, weight room, sitting areas, etc. The staff is fantastic and always available to help. The units are well designed and very efficient.
